Top Motivational Speaker Rocky Romanella, Author Of Bestselling Business Book, Tighten The Lug Nuts, Believes Inspiration, Creativity And Collaboration Are Essential Components Of Balanced Leadership

Romanella's best-selling book, Tighten The Lug Nuts, was recently ranked #1 in Business Leadership and Business Management. Rocky is a former CEO with over 40 years of experience and has recently developed a new podcast, The Leadership Library Podcast.

Of all the skills necessary to improve our leadership skills and help us apply effective Balanced Leadership principles, none are of more important than inspiration, creativity and collaboration. In a recent newsletter, bestselling author and top motivational speaker Rocky Romanella compared the development of these skills to being a songwriter. We should utilize these skills in the same way a musician utilizes the voicing and timbre of particular musical instruments, musical theory and structure to produce a hit song. In much the same way, we employ creativity, inspiration and collaboration to create a Balanced Leadership plan to create a powerful strategy that will allow us to improve constantly, and help us produce stellar results for our company, our customers and our shareholders. In that piece, Rocky stated, in part:

"Leadership is something we all have concerns about, and are always trying to understand. Leadership is a concept that is not reserved for or only applies to certain people in business, government, and civic organizations. The reality is that no matter our age, gender, occupation, educational level, or position in life, each of us touches and influences other lives.

"Through this extension, we are all leaders to someone at some time. It can be a person under our supervision or care, a spouse we honor and live with, or a child we nurture, a student we teach, or a player we coach. It could be as simple as a fellow member of our church or religious affiliation, club, league, or association, but it is usually identified by the fact we have made a positive difference through our actions and examples.

"With this sense of responsibility and being lifelong learners, we are constantly in pursuit of knowledge, whether written or experienced, learning how to be a good leader and how to improve our skills. We take immense pride in the books we have read and where they sit on the best-seller list. I often find that some of the best examples and learning experiences come from the stories we tell, the experiences we share and the songs we listen to.

"Sometimes they come from the stories we learned as children or read to our children as parents or grandparents. Leaders must develop emotional intelligence along with their educational intelligence and business acumen. Sometimes a simple story or great song I find can help people see the bigger picture, promote moral and ethical behavior, and, just maybe, not take ourselves so seriously that we lose sight of the fact that it is not always about us."

Bestselling Author Joseph M. Lenard, Who Predicted Overturning Of Roe Vs Wade In Historical Fiction Novel Terror Strikes, Issues Statement On Supreme Court's Recent Rulings

Lenard is the author of the #1 bestselling historical fiction novel, Terror Strikes.

The Supreme Court's ruling overturning Roe Vs Wade has created a firestorm in the US, with all major news organizations carrying the story. The major networks, including ABC, NBC and CBS all approach the ruling from slightly different perspectives. CNN ran a story on how some states were moving quickly to ban abortion and how this will reshape politics. The New York Times noted the protests being held nationwide. Reuters stated that the Vatican is praising the decision. NPR provided a list of the states that have banned abortion.

In short, the Roe V Wade decision is one of the most polarizing topics in recent US history. That will likely not change any time soon. From the majority opinion: "Roe was egregiously wrong from the start. Its reasoning was exceptionally weak, and the decision has had damaging consequences... It is time to heed the Constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people's elected representatives..."

Joseph M. Lenard, bestselling author of Terror Strikes, and member of Michigan’s Upper-Downriver Right-To-Life organization, predicted that Roe V Wade would be overturned in his book. He recently issued a statement, titled "OVERTURNED," on his website. That statement reads in part:

"Let’s be clear: RoeVWade was based upon faulty grounds. Even far-left Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg had admitted such. The grounds to murder babies was never actually established within flimsy privacy question of that ruling. So, can I murder someone as long as I do so in the privacy of my own home if I promise to sell off their body parts like PP does? (of course not).

“I knew thee before you were formed in your Mother’s womb.

"One does not have to take the Word of someone from the ACLJ or conservative group to understand this. Ruth Bader Ginsberg, in speech to University of Chicago Law School, admitted RoeVWade was a very narrowly focused ruling and she lamented how it did not go far enough toward deciding the actual broader issue of abortion (and establish the ability to kill a child in the womb). Many failed in the decades that followed, in holding the narrow-ruling, but instead allowed Democrats to falsely establish a broader doctrine of/from that ruling via lower court liberal-activist rulings."

The full piece is available at https://www.terrorstrikes.info/post/overturned-just-as-other-bad-precedences-were-previously-overturned-so-too-now-roevwade, and even includes access (audio) to WAAM Radio “Abolitionists RoundTable” show/discussion (of which Joseph took part) about the Roe overturn, facts not feelings, what must come next.

From “Terror Strikes” book…

"Abolitionists, the primary founders of the Republican Party, overturned SLAVERY while Democrats insisted Blacks weren’t HUMAN. Likewise, the GOP will overturn Abortion while Democrats make the same false narrative today those babies are just a clump of cells in the womb and aren’t human...

The Republican Party was the sole driving force in getting passed the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments and under EQUALITY of ALL HUMANS Abortion would eventually over-turned as everyone knows, despite their denials, a HUMAN in the womb has Rights under the 14th Amendment..."    (page 79)

Honor. Integrity. Patriotism. -- For some people these are words. For bestselling author Joseph M Lenard, these are the core values that he embodies – every day - deeply ingrained in every facet of his life and work.

It is this set of cherished values he brings to life in his latest #1 bestselling historical fiction novel, Terror Strikes. The book has been compared to The Sum of All Fears and Deep Impact. Joseph M. Lenard shreds the “creative writing process formulaic methodologies” to create a writing style and literature like no other author before.

Billed as a book for conservatives, but appropriate for all readers, this extraordinary new book is a stunning achievement, set apart from even the best historical fiction books, as it clearly demonstrates the need for situational awareness and vigilance in a world in which mass shootings and other forms of terrorism have become the norm. Reviewers have called the book "compelling", "historically accurate", and utterly "unique".

Terror Strikes connects the dots of not just foreign terrorists, but those both foreign and domestic, that abhor Western culture and their attempts through terror attacks and other more shadowy undermining of our collective freedom to enjoy life, individual/personal liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Bruce Fleury (author himself of: “The Negro Project: Margaret Sanger's Diabolical, Duplicitous, Dangerous, Disastrous and Deadly Plan for [killing] Black America“) wrote in the foreword of Terror Strikes: "Joe Lenard’s book Terror Strikes, although a work of fiction, is especially timely and topical… [He takes] on an international crisis that, if not addressed with more urgency, threatens to condemn our descendants to live in a 7th-Century nightmare from which there may very well be no awakening.”

Whether you are a staunch conservative, a prepper, or just have concerns about what is happening in American life and society today, Terror Strikes will answer many of the questions you have regarding terrorism, foreign and domestic, and will make for a remarkable reading experience.

The full text of Lenard's article can be found at https://www.terrorstrikes.info/post/overturned-just-as-other-bad-precedences-were-previously-overturned-so-too-now-roevwade. He is available for media interviews and can be reached using the information below, or by email at jlenard@terrorstrikes.info. Terror Strikes is available at online and traditional booksellers. More information is available at his websites at https://josephmlenard.us and at https://terrorstrikes.info.

About Joseph M. Lenard:

Joseph is very politically active in south-east Michigan. He is a MIGOP Delegate, a member of current MICD12GOP and is the webmaster for the MI 12CDRC as well as the Taylor Republican Club, as also a member of the Wayne-12CDRC and is the editor for its newsletter.

Joseph has written and recorded music, in the tradition of the Lenard family legacy; though not entirely in the tradition of his father Thaddeus, who was creator/leader of “The Polka Kings” that often toured throughout northeast United States.

In addition, Joseph has about a dozen copyrighted short-stories including Watchful Eyes (sci-fi), Blue Monday (political thriller), Funhouse of Terror (horror) to his credit, as well as one other novel titled, The Gestapo Kidnap File. Assisted Living: What You Need To Know Before You Make A Decision - Can I Afford The Assisted Care I Need Is A Primary Question Says Frances Fuller, Bestselling Author Of Helping Yourself Grow Old

Best-selling author Frances Fuller offers a unique outlook on aging based on her own experience. Her insights are penetrating and deal with issues that many seniors and their families are concerned about. She offers an insider's view of assisted living.

On that long list of worries and concerns about aging, there is one subject that always rises to the top of the list - money. For many seniors, that long-awaited time when we should be able to kick back and enjoy our new-found freedom is colored with a growing sense of worry regarding our limited resources. Having a place to live, without placing a burden on others, is paramount in the minds of many. Frances Fuller, award-winning author of "Helping Yourself Grow Old" addressed that question in a recent post on her website titled, "Can I Afford The Assisted Care I Need?" In that piece she wrote in part:

"The question of cost is basic when we begin to search for a place to spend our declining years. Our resources are limited, and we don’t know how long they need to last. While visiting a certain very beautiful community, I met a lively, well-dressed woman who was chatting with a friend in the common room. She told me she was 98 years old and had lived there for nineteen years. Honestly if I had heard this when I was seventy-five I would have found it scary. (The cost of getting old can be fearful.)

"Besides, even if our funds are unlimited, we have principles related to how we are willing to spend money. We have families, younger generations behind us. And we live, with tender consciences in a needy world.

"All I can tell you about this conundrum is what to watch for as you try to make a wise decision.

"First, be aware that there are many retirement communities, owned and managed as businesses. Profit is their purpose. They may offer a lot that we want; they must if they are to get our business. And we may have good reasons for choosing one of these. A business offering care of the elderly is fair and reasonable, just like a restaurant or an airline.

"At the same time we should be aware of how they make their money. After all they are getting it out of our purses. Do they pay their employees a fair salary? If not you will surely see them struggling to keep staff. Are they able to keep their promises to residents? Ask people who live there. And are there major areas of life without known price tags? I have become suspicious of large sums that pay for everything: food, cleaning, electricity, internet, entertainment, all provided, though I don’t know what any of it actually costs.

"As residents, we might live with this a while before we notice that when we go out for dinner just to be with friends or family, we still pay for the dinner we didn’t eat in the retirement home. We would like to buy something we really like from a store and eat it in our room, but we see this as extravagance, because we have already paid for dinner in the dining room. Finally, we realize that we don’t know what we pay for meals.

"At the same time we should be aware that there are not-for-profit communities. Sometimes these are institutions that began as homes for certain groups of people, perhaps a Christian denomination that gives preference to its own retired ministers. They might even be subsidized by the denomination. Their daily activities will likely reflect the culture and values of the sponsors, and their monthly fees will be lower.

"Even within this kind of system there are varieties of financial models. Some require money up front, giving the impression that they are very expensive. My experience says, do the math over periods of years. The advance funds may come back to you in the form of small monthly expenses . . ."

The full piece is available at her site at http://www.francesfullerauthor.com.

Frances Fuller's book is unique among the many books on aging, because it is personal, while most such books are written from an academic point of view. Most are penned by sociologists, doctors, gerontologists, even the CEO of AARP, and one by a Catholic nun, Joan Chittister. Chittister's book, 'The Gift of Years' is beautifully written, focusing on spiritual values and finding meaning in life. Chittister admits in the preface that she was only 70, which is the front edge of aging, and her book is somewhat abstract.

Atul Gawande’s book, 'On Being Mortal', relates medicine and old age, It enjoys high Amazon rankings, in the category of “the sociology of aging.” It contains a great deal of valuable scientific information and shows understanding of the physical and emotional needs of the elderly.

Frances Fuller’s book, 'Helping Yourself Grow Old, Things I Said To Myself When I Was Almost Ninety', is an up-close and very personal encounter with aging. It is an uncontrived and firsthand look at her own daily experiences: wrestling with physical limitations, grief, loneliness, fears, and the decisions she has made about how to cope with these and keep becoming a better person. She faces regrets and the need to forgive herself and others and is determined to live in a way that blesses her children and grandchildren.

Frances deals with many common, universal but sometimes private issues in an open, conversational tone. Her confessions and decisions invite self-searching and discussion. She tries to make sense of her own past and to understand her responsibility to younger generations. In the process she shares her daily life, enriched with memories from her fascinating experiences. Her stories and her voice — fresh, honest, irresistible — keep the reader eager for more. The end result is a book that helps create a detailed map through the challenging terrain of old age.

The result of this intimate narrative is that readers laugh, cry and identify with her mistakes and problems. Reviewers have called the book, “unique,” “honest,” “witty,” “poignant,” “challenging” and “life-changing.”

For these reasons it is a book unlike any other book on aging you will ever read. The book can serve as a primer on what lies in store for all of us, from someone who is working through many of these issues. While the book is a perfect fit for book clubs, there are many other individuals and groups who could benefit from the information and ideas in the book:

Those approaching retirement
People who are currently retired
Children of aging parents
Those who have lost a spouse
Retirement community discussion groups
Counselors
Educators
Life coaches
Church groups (men and women)

and a host of others. For group discussions, Fuller has made a set of discussion questions available at her website at http://www.FrancesFullerAuthor.com.

Readers have lavished praise on the new book. One Amazon review stated, "I find myself thinking,'I need to read this again and take notes!' It’s full of wisdom, humor, and grace. I also have committed to rereading it annually - it’s that important!" Another said, "There is valuable life experience in this book. Helping Yourself Grow Old is truly is a book for all ages, and one not to be missed." Another stated, "Beautifully written book telling timeless truths, for both the old and the young. Highly recommend this book for anyone who loves to laugh, cry, and learn wisdom from someone who has lived so much life."

Frances' prior work, 'In Borrowed Houses', has taken three industry awards and has achieved Bestseller status. Frances Fuller was the Grand Prize winner in the 2015 '50 Great Writers You Should Be Reading' Book Awards. It received the bronze medal for memoir in the Illumination Book Awards in 2014. Northern California Publishers and Authors annually gives awards for literature produced by residents of the area. In 2015 'In Borrowed Houses' received two prizes: Best Non-fiction and Best Cover.

Critics have also praised ‘In Borrowed Houses.’ A judge in the 22nd Annual Writer’s Digest Self-Published Book Awards called 'In Borrowed Houses' “ . . a well written book full of compassion . . . a captivating story . . . ”. Another reviewer described the book as “Wise, honest, sensitive, funny, heart-wrenching . . .”. Colin Chapman, lecturer in Islamic Studies at the Near East School of Theology in Beirut said, “ . . . western Christians and Middle Eastern Christians need to read this story…full of remarkable perceptiveness and genuine hope.”

Frances has shared stories about her life in an interview with Women Over 70, and a recording is available on their Facebook page.

Frances Fuller is available for media interviews and can be reached using the information below or by email at frances0516@att.net. The full text of her latest article is available at her website. Fuller's book is available at Amazon and other book retailers. A free ebook sample from 'In Borrowed Houses' is available at http://www.payhip.com/francesfuller. Frances Fuller also blogs on other issues relating to the Middle East on her website at http://www.inborrowedhouseslebanon.com.

About Frances Fuller:

Frances Fuller spent thirty years in the violent Middle East and for twenty-four of those years was the director of a Christian publishing program with offices in Lebanon. While leading the development of spiritual books in the Arabic language, she survived long years of civil war and invasions.

Cities Becoming ‘Death Traps’ for Many Reasons Says Expert Dr. Richard Ruhling

Ruhling cites as his reasons health, child safety, negative lifestyles, nuclear threat, terrorism, the pandemic, racism and water supplies.

Biblical prophecy expert Dr. Richard Ruhling is offering some advice to those who live in cities, based on current news events. He stated recently:

"California is one of 7 states to have Colorado River water supply cut as Lakes Meade and Powell dry up. “Moment of Reckoning” is announced for 2023 and some farmers are not planting fields this year due to the severest shortage since 1930. (Yahoo)

"The Environmental Protection Agency stunned scientists and local officials... new health advisories for toxic "forever chemicals" known to be in thousands of U.S. drinking water systems, impacting potentially millions of people.” (USA Today)

"These government agencies are failing us, noting recent news of 107 brain tumors linked to a NJ High School, (Today)

"These are three examples of water problems, which is just one of a dozen problems that cities are facing. They include education, medical care, government, economy, religion, etc.

"Rearing children in cities is high risk for violence, negative lifestyles and educators undoing what parents teach their children at home. Home schools or church schools proliferate.

"The government is lying on many topics, or why would the media get $1 Billion to push the shot from Biden? Biden said last summer that the inflation was 'temporary.' He gets an F for $10 a gallon gas in California. With their water drying up and unprecedented wildfires, the Golden State is turning brown. Three of their cities are in the top 10 list for Exodus.

"Biden provided missiles for Ukraine and Russia has evened the score with missiles in Nicaragua. Early Christians understood Christ’s warning in Matthew 24 and they fled when they saw Rome’s military in 66 AD, sparing them the siege in 70 AD. The warning included not getting one’s things from their house, but if we move before trouble comes, we can take our things and avoid martial law that will focus with increased frequency in calamities.

"In Hurricane Katrina, people who didn’t leave before it hit were prevented from leaving later. With increasing frequency and intensity of earthquakes, scientists say disaster can come anytime."

What are we waiting for, asks Ruhling, citing the frog that doesn’t know when to jump from a slowly heating pot of water.

He suggests that getting out of the city may be smarter than the frog or a 5th grader.

Suicides Rates Rise Among Veterans, Police Officers, Even After The End Of Covid Lockdowns - Joseph M. Lenard, Bestselling Author Of Historical Fiction Novel, Terror Strikes, Shows Us How To Help Those Having Suicidal Thoughts

Lenard is the author of the #1 bestselling historical fiction novel, Terror Strikes. Suicide is a sub-theme in his highly praised book.

In a recent piece on Military.com, titled, "Since 9/11, Suicide Has Claimed Four Times More Military Lives Than Combat," it was stated that, "More than four times as many troops and veterans of the wars since 9/11 are believed to have died by suicide than were killed in the wars themselves, a new study from Brown University has found.

"In a paper released Monday as part of its Costs of War series, Brown's Watson Institute for International and Public Affairs estimates that 30,177 active-duty personnel and veterans of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have taken their own lives over the last nearly 20 years."

That is staggering. And it is not only veterans. In a recent article on CBS17.com, it was stated that, "The suicide rate among law enforcement officers is rising. Nationwide, on average, the risk of suicide among police is 54 percent higher than workers in other industries."

These are but a few of the headlines in the news today detailing suicide rates in stressful occupations. We have also seen rises in suicides in other groups, most notably teens. Why is this happening and what can we do about it? Joseph M. Lenard, author of the bestselling historical fiction novel, Terror Strikes, recently posted an article in which he offers an up close and very personal look at suicide, and offers advice regarding how we might help those who are having suicidal thoughts. In that article, he said in part:

"Back in 2018 we had two high profile suicides with Kate Spade and Anthony Bourdain in just a couple of days’ time, but on average 22 Veterans commit suicide daily. Sadly too, those who serve as first responders often fall prey to thoughts of suicide, as well as those with survivors-guilt from heinous criminal and terrorist acts (I discuss this as a sub-theme in my book: Terror Strikes – Coming soon to a City near you!). My thoughts and prayers go out to their families. I have had several on-air interviews with local radio show hosts, over the lockdowns about the spikes in suicide attempts due to the even greater isolation, especially among teens.”

"Why do I speak with local radio about suicide? I certainly do not often share this publicly; though the local hosts know; but in 2006 I attempted suicide via an over-dose on drugs. Obviously, that was not a successful attempt - as I'm still here. Every day and every night I still struggle with and fight those feelings, so I know what they deal with.”

"I had lost my job and gone onto Social Security Disability in 2004, that led to divorce, which culminated one night in 2006 that something just snapped. Note: others' situations will obviously be different, especially our Veterans suffering PTSD, but regardless of what may seem minor to you, are major catastrophes in their mind and may lead to the same dark place and that suicide is the right option. It is not.”

"For me, it was almost surreal, like I wasn't even in control of myself as I took one pill (regular nightly dose) and then, just took another, then several, then a handful. I have no idea how much time later, I awoke in the hospital. I still, all these years on, struggle daily with these thoughts and issues.”

"This is something that can afflict male or female, young or old, rich or poor, whatever. I hope that Spade and Bourdain and their families have found some degree of peace. I hope you will join me in thoughts and Prayers, and if you don't mind - if you could include me in those that I can find God's comfort and strength, I'd appreciate it.”

“So, now would be a good and important time to reach out to all your family and friends and remind them how much you love them and how much you appreciate them being around. You are not likely to know that someone in your circle is feeling this way. I can't speak 'statistically', but only from my own circumstances and feelings, that they are likely to also feel that they cannot reach out to you - as you will not understand, or may be dismissive, or think less of them. They may."

The full piece, including a number of suicide prevention resources and audio clips, is available at https://www.terrorstrikes.info/post/even-after-the-covid-lockdowns-still-more-suicides.

Honor. Integrity.

Terror Strikes connects the dots of not just foreign terrorists, but those both foreign and domestic, that abhor Western culture and their attempts through terror attacks and other more shadowy undermining of our collective freedom to enjoy life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Bruce Fleury wrote in the foreword of Terror Strikes: "Joe Lenard’s book Terror Strikes, although a work of fiction, is especially timely and topical… [He takes] on an international crisis that, if not addressed with more urgency, threatens to condemn our descendants to live in a 7th-Century nightmare from which there may very well be no awakening.”

Whether you are a staunch conservative, a prepper, or just have concerns about what is happening in American life and society today, Terror Strikes will answer many of the questions you have regarding terrorism, foreign and domestic, and will make for a remarkable reading experience.

The full text of Lenard's article can be found at https://www.terrorstrikes.info/post/even-after-the-covid-lockdowns-still-more-suicides. Anxiety Caused By School Shootings Is Not Limited To Victims, And We Must Take Action Now Says Best Selling Author, Award Winning Film Maker Dr. Barbara Becker Holstein

Dr. Barbara Becker Holstein is a best-selling author, award-winning Selfie Filmmaker, Positive Psychologist and podcaster who helps us overcome anxiety and alienation through multiple media channels. She was recently chosen as one of five people for the Norwalk High Wall of Honor.

According to NPR, this year 27 school shootings happened in the US as of this date (June 7,2022). The after effects of these shootings will last for decades for some, lifetimes for others. Political views and opinions about gun control aside, this leaves us with a huge number of young people who will have to deal with this for the rest of their lives.

"Hundreds, if not thousands of people will be affected by a school shooting," Dr. Holstein stated. "Survivors, teachers, administration, the local communities. But it does not stop there. All school age children will be experiencing heightened levels of anxiety, some so severe it will be akin to soldiers waiting to engage in a battle. That level of anxiety is not normal. For some, just attending classes may be overwhelming. There is a national emergency for youth mental health. Between 2016 and 2020, the number of children ages 3 to 17 who were diagnosed with anxiety grew by 29% and those with depression by 27%. We must all take action to deal with this, and we must be prepared to do this long term."

Dr. Holstein hopes to bring parents, teachers, librarians, grandparents and media together to accomplish one goal: Change in the lives of young people who suffer from anxiety and a growing sense of hopelessness and despair.

Dr. Holstein wraps Positive Psychology concepts in forms of media that young people find engaging, relatable and inspiring. These include:

Three Bestselling, award-winning books (perfect for school libraries)

The Selfie Project

Award-winning films and selfie films

Podcasts

Dedicated websites

Stage plays

A library of articles

Ted-style talks

"I am making my latest film 'Lock Down' available to parents and educators," Dr. Holstein stated. "We have no time to waste in dealing with the safety of our kids, physically and emotionally. I hope 'Lock Down' will help generate the type of compassionate concern and connection that moves us as a society to thoughtful and timely solutions."

In addition, Dr. Holstein was one of five people chosen this year for the Wall of Honor at Norwalk High, her alma mater in Norwalk Connecticut, by the Norwalk High School Alumni Association.

"Let us never forget how hard it has been for women to have access to ways to develop their full potential. I know this first hand as without two encouraging parents, both in education for their life work, I probably would have ended up in a little house with a white picket fence, perhaps doing some volunteer work. Instead, I am now receiving an award on the Norwalk High School Alumni Association Wall of Honor as a person who has done outstanding work in my field over a number of years. Wow, I'm honored and also still determined to help people around the world come into their own professionally and personally by understanding their 'Enchanted Self' and what it means to let that part of themselves develop. Perhaps you would like to know more about finding your Enchanted Self and how that can help you move forward in life? Please listen or read my speech I delivered at the Wall of Honor 26th Awards Program."

As a school psychologist and in her private practice, Dr. Holstein has worked with many children and parents, helping them to develop life skills in decision-making, recognition of their own talents, feel more courageous, and helping both kids and parents develop more successful inter-generational skills. Her last book, ‘Conflict and a Bit of Magic’, helps kids build self-esteem though reading the journal of a girl, identifying with the girl, and understanding they have more courage and resiliency than they thought they had. The book is based on the experiences of the already famous “girl” from 'The Truth, Diary of a Gutsy Tween' and 'Secrets, Diary of a Gutsy Teen', and achieved bestseller status in the multi-generational families category.

Dr. Holstein's cutting-edge presentations, most recently based on the Covid-19 pandemic issues, can be found on both YouTube, Vimeo and on the Roku channel and Amazon Fire TV, titled as 'The Enchanted Self Presents'.

Dr. Holstein recently created The Selfie Showcase, a new project emerging from The Selfie Project, that allows young people to voice their opinions on subjects that matter to young people, including the pandemic. She is now accepting submissions from the public for the "Selfie Showcase" and is actively seeking change-makers and mental health professionals to appear on her video podcasts.

The Selfie Showcase allows kids, teens, and young adults ages 13 to 18 to candidly express their concerns, worries, observations and possible solutions by creating selfie videos or films around important subjects using a smartphone. Dr. Holstein's mission is to help rectify, in several ways, some issues young people face by giving them a chance to engage with others in meaningful ways about the anxiety and stress they must grapple with constantly.

Selected participants may appear on the Selfie Project Channel, available on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC3uaOTcYF70z5CpBh11VoUQ. They will also appear in the Selfie Showcase on SelfieFilmmakers.com. They may be invited to be on Holstein's podcast or perhaps be a part of her next film. Full details, rules for submission and helpful hints can be accessed at the Selfie Filmmakers site at http://www.selfiefilmmakers.com/instructions.

Holstein's unique Selfie Films have taken many awards and have been shown in many film festivals and competitions. A full list, now over 100, can be found at Enchantedself.com.

Holstein's podcast series is actively seeking change-makers and visionaries to appear on her podcasts. Dr. Holstein hopes to feature members of traditional media, mental health professionals and educators who can make a real difference in the lives of young people. Many of the podcasts feature young people - to give them a voice regarding their concerns and their solutions. Guests, if accepted, can arrange to appear by contacting Dr. Holstein directly.

Dr. Holstein is available for media interviews and can be reached using the information below or by email at barbara.holstein@gmail.com. ‘Seven Ways To Help Your Family Recover From The Pandemic’ is available at Amazon. More information about the Selfie Showcase is available at http://www.selfiefilmmakers.com. Selfie videos and selfie films can be uploaded at the site. Potential podcast guests can contact Dr. Holstein by email. More information is available at her primary website at http://www.enchantedself.com.

As Pfizer Asks FDA Approval of Covid Shots for Babies, There Are Concerns Regarding Information From The FDA And CDC, According To Medical Expert Dr. Richard Ruhling

Dr. Richard Ruhling is an expert on Biblical prophecy and is also the author of 'The Alpha & Omega Bible Code'

Children have no statistically significant chance of death or serious illness from COVID, and the CDC reported higher COVID-19 case rates in fully vaccinated children than unvaccinated in ages 5-11 since February 2022.

Children are up to 52 times more likely to die following the COVID-19 injection than children who have not received it, according to the UK Office for National Statistics, reported by World Net Daily, 6-2-22.

The FDA approved Pfizer booster shots for children 5-11 in spite of trial data showing the risk of death in children is 107 times higher than death from covid. Where is their accountability, asks Ruhling.

“With such facts, it’s unbelievable that the FDA could approve the shot as a death sentence to infants and innocent children when they otherwise have no risk. The FDA knows better—they gave a warning death and dozens of Adverse Reactions on their website 1 1/2 years ago,” says Richard Ruhling, MD, MPH. https://www.fda.gov/media/143557/download

“Knowing this, why would the FDA approve this for children at no risk? It is outrageous,” says Ruhling.

The CDC, in business with pharma, also has a bad record since medical literature shows Adverse Drug Reactions are a leading cause of death (Journal of AMA, 4-15-1998) reported 106,000 deaths in hospitals, making medical care the 4th to 6th leading cause of death, but not mentioned in the CDC’s list of Top Ten Causes of Death.

Two years later, the Western Journal of Medicine (June, 2000) reported 199,000 deaths from Adverse Drug Events outside the hospital. Together these reports total 305,000 deaths in and outside the hospital, making medical care the #3 cause of death, but again, not mentioned in the CDC’s list of Top Ten Causes of Death.

Then the Archives of Internal Medicine (9-10-2007) reported a 7-year study from 1998 to 2005 in which the death rates from Adverse Drug Events increased 2.7 fold. Multiplying 305,000 by 2.7 is 824,000 deaths from drugs “properly prescribed and administered” as medical care became the leading cause of death, but still no mention by the CDC in their Top Ten Causes.

Ruhling wonders why such dishonesty is tolerated in the highest levels of government when the health of Americans, even children and babies, is at high risk from pharma and these agencies offer no protection.

Dr. Ruhling's latest book, MegaQuake 2023, includes a surprise link that is relevant to the Covid crisis we see. The book is available at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09W1XVVMV. What Was The Vietnam War Really Like? Jack Billups, Veteran And Author Of Bestselling Vietnam Memoir, My Vietnam, Gives Readers A Revealing Account Of The War Never Offered Before

Billups' highly praised book is an utterly unique Vietnam memoir that served to help him reconnect with his daughter.

The Vietnam War is an event that has been immortalized in countless books and a vast number of hit movies. A mere sampling of these fictional and semi-fictional accounts include:

Apocalypse Now starring Marlon Brando
The Deer Hunter starring Robert De Niro
Forest Gump starring Tom Hanks
Born On The Fourth Of July starring Tom Cruise
We Were Soldiers starring Mel Gibson
Good Morning, Vietnam starring Robin Williams
Full Metal Jacket by Stanley Kubrick
Platoon starring Charlie Sheen

The public can't seem to get enough, as interest in the Vietnam War still runs high today. But many of these tales are complete fiction or have been massaged to increase their entertainment value. The question remains: What was Vietnam really like for those who had boots on the ground?

Bestselling author Jack Billups, as a 19-year-old Army volunteer, received the Bronze Star with the V attachment. He was awarded the Air Medal, which went to those who participated in combat aerial missions. Assigned to the 1st Air Calvary infantry as an M60 machine gunner, Jack served in the steamy jungles near the Ho Chi Minh trail along the Cambodian border. Recently he received a number of awards and official commendations for his service during the Vietnam War, a story that eventually became a bestselling Vietnam memoir, My Vietnam: A Gift To My Daughter.

It is a stunning piece of writing that will likely take its place as one of the best Vietnam memoirs ever written.

“From what I’ve been able to tell, most people see the Vietnam war through the prism of two-hour movies,” Billups wrote. “Its blood, guts, firefights, and death the entire time. Hollywood, how they distort things! The reality was different; it would be more accurate to select any Vietnam movie and stretch it out over a year.”

My Vietnam is, at its core, a love story, combined with a dramatic and searing account of the Vietnam War experience. That experience is shared with a family member, in the most intimate way possible - a return trip to the battlefields of Vietnam.

Billups' memoir puts the reader into a pair of combat boots, and allows them to see, hear, smell, taste, and touch the Vietnam combat experience in vivid detail. That is but part of the story.

"Hey Dad, please share your Vietnam experiences?" Naomi's request set into motion a journey, 50 years into the past, as a "grunt" in the steamy jungles of Vietnam. Four months later with his memoir completed, Naomi asked, "Dad, let's go to Vietnam, just you and me?" Could the ghosts of Vietnam past morph into a father and daughter blessing in the present?

George C. Colclough, Col. Inf (ret) USAR, former president and CEO of Smith & Wesson, stated in the introduction to the book, "Just another Vietnam War book? Certainly not, Jack takes you down two roads as he embarks on one remarkable journey with his daughter. First, Jack effectively articulates his story in such a way that puts the reader into the boots of a grunt, causing them to feel what he felt, and understand the daunting challenges of those who traveled the Vietnam jungle.

"Secondly, Jack and his daughter continued this remarkable adventure as they traveled back to Vietnam to return to the places where her father had so many vivid experiences. A wonderful story!"

What really sets this bestselling memoir apart is Billups' writing style. There is no pretense; nothing feels forced or contrived, made up or embellished. Billups presents his real-life characters in such a way as to make the reader feel intimately familiar with each of the members of his very young band of brothers, warts and all. Billups tells it exactly as it was.

His style holds through the second part of the book, describing his return to Vietnam and the jaw-dropping changes now evident in modern day Vietnam. One of the highlights of the second part of the book is the reunion, bringing those somewhat innocent young men back together many decades later as mature men. Readers will get a vivid look, from many points of view, at how the Vietnam experience changed the lives of those who lived through that experience.

It is also a compelling memoir that reconciles America and Vietnam, then and now, including the culture shock of seeing Vietnam as it exists today. It offers a heartfelt and heartwarming message to the people of both countries, and a greater understanding of what the old song "Ruby" called "that crazy Asian war."

Readers and reviewers alike have praised 'My Vietnam: A Gift to My Daughter'. It has been called "A beautiful journey to healing," and "A thought-provoking and introspective Vietnam memoir". One reviewer said, "The book was so good, I was sad when I finished it." Another stated, "Jack's memory of his time in Vietnam has been beautifully detailed in his book. Not everyone wants to relive such a terrible page in our American history, but Jack was able to do a remarkable job talking about actual events that he lived through and came back home in one piece to give such a wonderful gift he has given to his daughter."

Another wrote, "The book delivered on my husband's hopes for a healing response to what our Armed Services faced over there. My husband usually can't read much Vietnam War material due to PTSD. He read this in just a few days; it was that good. Our thanks to the author for undertaking this topic and telling his story."

The book will make for an engaging read for veterans, spouses and children of veterans and others who have been impacted in any way by serving in any branch of the military, as the memoir includes the years leading up to, and after his service in Vietnam, including the effects his tour in Vietnam had on his family.

About Jack Billups:

As a 19-year-old Army volunteer, Sgt. Jack Billups received the Bronze Star with the V attachment. He was awarded the Air Medal, which went to those who participated in combat aerial missions. Assigned to the 1st Air Calvary infantry as a M60 machine gunner, Jack served in the steamy jungles near the Ho Chi Minh trail along the Cambodian border.

Jack grew up during the 1950s and early 1960s in a peaceful Southern California community populated by many senior citizens and dotted with chicken ranches. He is a dependable and talented "everyman" who makes no claim about his service in Vietnam except for being a patriotic American who did "the right thing" as he saw it. He maintained that attitude throughout his life. Asked to talk about his military experience by his daughter, he began writing it out, and ended up exposing 50-year-old forgotten memories and emotions about the jungle war, concluding with a trip back to Vietnam with his daughter.

Monkeypox BioWeapon Release Supports UN/WHO Control; Biden Withdrawal Is A Victory Says Health Expert Dr. Richard Ruhling

Dr. Richard Ruhling is an expert on Biblical prophecy and is also the author of 'The Alpha & Omega Bible Code'

A global security organization, Nuclear Threat Initiative, "focused on reducing nuclear and biological threats imperiling humanity" in an exercise that involved a monkeypox pandemic, March 2021. (World Net Daily, 5-23-22 also reported Biden’s withdrawal of legislation ceding US health sovereignty to UN/WHO.)

Eight months later they looked at the outbreak of the monkeypox virus in the fictional country of Brinia on May 15, 2022, the focus of the March exercise. Under their imaginary scenario, "the initial outbreak was caused by a terrorist attack” using the Monkeypox virus as a bioweapon. Ibid.

Their first scenario resulted in 1,421 cases and 4 deaths, but seven months later, the virus had spread to 83 countries with 70 million cases worldwide, and 1.3 million people dead. Researchers learned that the virus was engineered to be vaccine-resistant "so why should people want WHO or CDC control when the UK has reported 90% of deaths as fully vaccinated?" asks Richard Ruhling, MD, MPH, who taught Health Science.

Monkeypox virus comes from a family of viruses that include smallpox, but monkeypox is believed to be less severe, sexually transmitted, but if personal healthcare is good, most people should be resistant.

Healthcare tips from Dr. Ruhling include:

1. A plant-based diet gave 73% less severity to 500 healthcare workers who got Covid, reported by the British Medical Journal.

2. Flu comes after holidays with high sugar intake that lowers immunity’s phagocytic index. It’s wise to get our sweets from fresh fruit that includes Vitamin C, especially citrus. A person can take extra vitamin C if symptoms develop—250-500 mg every 3-4 hours with a cup of water.

3. Fever is the body’s mechanism to fight viruses. Take a hot tub bath immersed for 15-20 minutes and as the water runs out of the tub, pour cold water front and back several times. It can double the white blood count, and fasting also helps white cell immunity. Ruhling claims he beat the flu overnight this way while working an emergency room.

"This is real healthcare, as opposed to medical care that has little to do with healthy habits, and prescription drugs are a leading cause of illness and death due to Adverse Drug Reactions, though this is never mentioned in the CDC’s Top 10 Causes because they are in business for the billions they get from pharma," Ruhling stated. More information is available at Dr. Ruhling's website at http://LeadingCauseOfDeathPrescriptionDrugs.com.

Dr. Ruhling's latest book, MegaQuake 2023, includes a surprise link that is relevant to the Covid crisis we see. The book is available at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09W1XVVMV. About Dr. Richard Ruhling:

Dr. Ruhling graduated from Loma Linda University medical school and planning for overseas work, took a Masters Degree in Public Health. After Internal Medicine training and board certification, he also had a Cardiology Fellowship before teaching at Loma Linda’s School of Public Health. Attending a cardiology convention, he heard Pritikin reporting how a low fat, low cholesterol diet reversed heart disease and got 85% of patients off their drugs for diabetes and blood pressure.
