Christian devotional author and speaker Kristi Burchfiel has been chosen as one of '50 Great Writers You Should Be Reading'. Her honors came as the result of an appearance on The Authors Show in which she discussed her Christian devotional series of books.

Kristi Burchfiel's Christian devotionals contain short daily devotions that are designed to focus on one truth from a verse in the Bible and then lead the reader in a response that they can take with them and apply throughout the day. The books include an introduction to how to use the guides as well as background information.

Several years ago, God led Kristi Burchfiel through some difficult times in her personal life. Only by studying the truths found in the Bible did she find the answers she needed to get her life back on track. She now works daily to continue putting those truths into practice.
