Suffering Alone, Dying Alone - A Tribute To Those Impacted By The Covid-19 Pandemic Offered By Award Winning Author And Film Maker Cheryl Williams

Williams took top honors in the Top Female Author awards program for her recent book, 'A Collection Of Poems: A Journey Through Life'. She has released 3 films to date dealing with the pandemic including 'Covid-19 A Child's View'.

Over 200,000 lives have been cut short by the pandemic in the US. The suffering is unfathomable. Nearly every single person on the planet has been affected. Cheryl Williams, a Covid-19 survivor, school nurse, award winning author and film maker sees the suffering up close, daily. Her family, her friends and her acquaintances, all affected by the virus, inspire her with their bravery, their determination and their resolve despite the impact the pandemic has had on their lives. "The Ark of the Testimony was first carted back by kine or cows who had never known a yoke or plow. The lowing kine, flushed heavy with milk, was set at the crossroads of decision. Turning to the left, it would lead them straight into the heart of Philistia; turning to the right and back to Israel would leave no doubt as to the Hebrew God’s omnipotence. The cows stood dumb and unmoved until a sudden clap of thunder in a troubled sky put them into motion, and they flinched as if struck with a whip.

"The unpiloted cart, guided by the hand of God, rested at the unfortunate town of Beth-shemesh. The curiosity of the populace reached beyond rational argument, saying, ‘Let us see the face of God, now that He is here among us.' They broke the seal of the lid for a quick peek inside. The townsmen kindled the wrath of God and suffered many to die. The wandering Ark then found safe keeping of twenty-years in Kirath-ye’arim.

"The Ark was not coming back to Shiloh or the Tabernacle of Habitation. The Tent of God was finally dismantled and stored away, fittings and all, in a vacant hold built especially for its safekeeping.

"God did not give the Philistines hemorrhoids; He gave them a plague of mice. The mice did the heavy lifting. Why, mice, you may ask? Because God uses the foolish things of this world to confound the wise and the weak things of this world to confound the mighty. And so, what is weaker than a mouse?

George Floyd, Covid-19, Unemployment, Rioting And Police Brutality - There Is But One Way We Can Thrive In America Today Says Award Winning Author Donna Louis

"We have George Floyd who was murdered by police officer Derek Chauvin, who is now requesting that the charges be dropped arguing that George Floyd's alleged drug use was the reason why he died and not the inaccurate use of force by the officer. As if that was not enough, we are now dealing with the shooting of Jacob Blake that almost took his life. When does it stop? People are speaking up with massive protests, now major league sports are uniting and protesting as well. On Friday August 28, 2020 MLB celebrated the life of baseball great Jackie Robinson and released a statement about the death of Chadwick Boseman who portrayed Jackie Robinson in the movie “42.”

When asked about how he felt doing the movie about Jackie Robinson and the racism he endured Boseman said, “he took the role seriously, because he wanted "to do right by the family" and not disappoint Robinson's widow, Rachel Robinson. “ When asked about the racist language that Robinson had to suffer through Boseman said, "You do get angry," hearing it, and you do feel, in a slice of that reality, somewhat like he would feel. And it's an incredible amount of courage to deal with that." Jackie Robinson dealt with racism in 1947. This is 2020 and nothing has changed.

"There was a report in the news recently that a man in Springfield went into a Walmart and started hugging people and then told them they now have Covid-19. What is possessing God’s children to behave in the manner that we are? People are going through enough daily trying to survive with the unemployment issues hanging above our heads.

"Why have we lost our JOY? Jesus – Others – You. This is the way in which we were taught by Jesus to live our lives. We are to keep LOVE first and always love our fellow man. 'And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love'. – 1 Corinthians 13:13.

Louis' latest published book, 'Book of Proverbs, Wisdom vs. Wilderness' delves deeply into the timeless human quest for wisdom. As all Christians know, the primary purpose of the Biblical Book of Proverbs is to teach wisdom. Missing Woman Speaks To Investigator In Lucid Dreams - Journalist Presumed Dead. Or Is She?

New Novel Explores Possibility of Life After Death, Extends Best-Selling Milford-Haven series into Paranormal Genre

Can a journalist haunt her own life? Can a person be living life with no clue she’s actually passed on? Can she make herself heard by someone who’s still alive?

These are among the key questions posed by best-selling author Mara Purl in her new book, What the Soul Suspects. The story tracks the progress of Christine Christian, a character who suffers memory loss from a minor head injury. Yet as the tale continues, Christine’s ongoing disorientation leads to more confusion.

She meets with investigator Deputy Delmar Johnson of the SLO County Sheriff’s Department, thinking they’re working the same case from two angles. He, however, is investigating her disappearance, and the “meeting” takes place in a lucid dream.

Both the journalist and the investigator are in for major shocks.

When author Mara Purl launched her novel series, it began with two protagonists: artist Miranda Jones, and journalist Christine Christian. But during the prologue—even before Chapter 1 began— Christine met with an accident. Following a lead in pursuit of an important story, she took a nasty fall and was never heard from again.

The narrative then follows painter Miranda Jones. Faced with a difficult life choices, Miranda follows her heart, using her intuition—even when it seems to be leading her away from parental advice, comfort and success. But Miranda’s story—which has legions of followers in the Women’s Fiction genre—leads to adventure, success, and eventually, personal happiness.

“Thematically both characters are of key importance to the series,” Purl commented. “Miranda represents ‘heart’—intuition becoming a reliable guidance system. The series now has six novels following the progress and adventures of Miranda and several other characters. And although an investigator had nominally reviewed the case of the missing journalist, her case has gone cold. No body has ever been discovered, and Ms. Christian often traveled internationally for extended periods.
