The World Academy For The Future of Women Now Actively Recruiting Facilitators To Deliver Its Leadership Curriculum In Kathmandu And Dhaka

The World Academy For The Future Of Women is an advanced leadership program that prepares university women for campus, community, country, and global leadership.

Having successfully delivered an advanced leadership program to university women in rural China since 2009, the World Academy for the Future of Women (WAFW) is currently recruiting additional men and women willing to go beyond their personal and geographic boundaries to deliver one of eight four-week modules in Bangladesh, China, or Nepal. A “Facilitator Introduction & Orientation” training session will be held July 13-15, 2018 in Phoenix, Arizona.

“The Academy students are so motivated and engaged”, stated Danielle Hampson, WAFW Director of Media & Marketing, “that many of our volunteer facilitators, who love their interaction with Academy members, often ask to return and teach additional modules. When I ask them to summarize their overall experience as facilitators, the response I repeatedly get is that it is life changing, and that they go back home changed and looking at life differently”.

Founded by Jerrie Ueberle, the World Academy is committed to the advancement of women’s leadership worldwide and is focused on preparing women to discover their passion, purpose, and path to success. “Our facilitators are extraordinary men and women who see themselves as global citizens being a stand for the future of women worldwide”, said Ms. Ueberle, “they are volunteers who seize the opportunity to contribute through their engagement, and build relationships around issues of intimacy, action and intervention, and they strategize with Academy members on projects bigger than either had imagined or taken on. Our facilitators change women’s lives!”
