Brian Aull, Author Of 'The Triad: Three Civic Virtues That Could Save American Democracy', Chosen As One Of '50 Great Writers You Should Be Reading'

Aull lays out a vision for the future of democracy in the United States, and proposes practical steps citizens can take to solve the problems of partisan gridlock, money in politics, and growing economic inequality in the United States.  He bridges the divide between liberals and conservatives with refreshing moral clarity

Author Brian Aull has been chosen as a winner in the '50 Great Writers You Should Be Reading Book Awards'. His book, 'The Triad: Three Civic Virtues That Could Save American Democracy', offers solutions to the problems that threaten American democracy. At the same time, it takes a fresh approach to issues and bridges the divide between liberals and conservatives.

The best books on politics sometimes come from authors who are not “experts.” 'The Triad’, authored by an engineer, is a case in point. Aull offers a vision of what a healthy democracy looks like, and proposes practical steps that citizens can take to get us there.   Bridging the divide between liberals and conservatives he advocates three civic virtues: service, learning, and community building. Civic engagement based on these virtues is the key to changing the perverse incentives that lead to partisan gridlock, media bias, and political corruption. Applying these insights to specific issues, he points a path to widely shared prosperity, universal quality education, progress on race in America, the healing of the rift between science and religion, and American leadership for human rights and democratic values worldwide.

'The Triad' is not another book about politics. While other books about politics or political science study the system’s failures, Aull's book proposes actions to promote the renewal of democratic life in the United States.

"Right now, the United States faces all these social problems while its political process is corrupted and there’s a climate of divisiveness and distrust," Aull stated. "I am grateful to receive the 50 Great Writers award, and hope it will help me inspire my readers to the new level of citizenship that is now needed.   There are no easy 'diet pill' fixes.  As citizens, we need to see ourselves as the sources of solutions.   Starting locally, we need to have conversations aimed at learning from each other rather than winning an argument.   We need more than just civility, but respect and kindness.  And we need to build civic relationships that bridge divides such as race and class.”

Aull explains the three virtues referred to in the book’s subtitle:

1. Democracy is often defined in terms of what we each get from the system. A society is considered “democratic” if each citizen gets a fair slice of the "pie" in terms of public benefits. A healthy democracy, however, is just as much about what each of us contributes to the well being of the society. This is an ethic of service, that is, each citizen takes ownership of his or her role as a source of solutions to problems.

2. Democracy is often defined in terms of having one’s voice heard. But little attention is paid to the quality of the discourse. It might be an angry shouting match, but it's "democratic" if everyone is equally loud. A healthy democracy, however, has discourse in which people seek to gain insight from each other and discover solutions in a collaborative spirit. This is an ethic of civic learning.

3. Democracy is often defined as a system that protects the freedom of the individual. This is legitimate, but the exaltation of individualism causes us to overlook the power of community. When we build networks of relationships, and especially when they bridge divides such as race or class, something powerful happens. People are different, but they work together in a way that draws on diverse talents and resources.

"The renewal of democratic life is based on these three civic virtues:  service, learning, and community," Aull stated. "'The Triad' presents real-world examples where the exercise of these virtues contributed to successful problem solving."

'The Triad' has received praise from a number of reviewers. Terrence Metz, Founding Principle and Partner at Morgan Madison and Company said the book is, "A wonderful approach about how to live in a democracy . . . any democracy." Peter Levine at Tufts University stated that 'The Triad' is "movingly and impressively written."  Badi Foster of Northwestern’s Buffett Institute said that the book “helps us have the kinds of conversations that heal rather than divide the nation.”

Brian Aull is available for media interviews and can be reached using the information below or by email at bfaull19@gmail.com. 'The Triad' is available at Amazon. More information is available at his website at http://www.AwakenDemocracy.com.

Caregiving For Seniors Can Be Overwhelming - Cynthia Martindale Offers Rock Solid Advice In 'Graceful Last Chapters: Helping Seniors Who Need More Care'

No one else in the world has Martindale's skill set. It's been formed by her education, experiences and professional work. She now serves as a Senior Care guide, counselor, coach, and teacher. Her book walks readers step-by-step through developing unique caregiving plans to meet their needs, goals, and finances

In a recent article titled 'A New Outlook On Caregiving' in the Herald Tribune, Harold Bubil described his experience as a first-time caregiver. Bubil, a newspaper editor and columnist, talked about how that experience gave him a new perspective on caregiving. It created in him a real admiration for those who find themselves in the caregiving role.

The caregiving experience can be challenging for some people and, for many others, completely overwhelming. Nobody can prepare adequately. The options, some new and unfamiliar, can cause feelings of inadequacy, fear or perhaps sheer panic. We must make the right decisions, but how do we do that when we don't know the facts or can't understand the most basic concepts? Most people struggle, sifting through all the options and making life changing decisions, any one of which could cause disaster at some unknown point in the future. No two situations are the same. There are no cut and dried solutions.

What we as caregivers need, more than anything, is a map that will allow us to make the right decisions and will help us rest assured that those decisions are the right decisions.

Cynthia Martindale has that map. No one else in the whole world has her particular skill set. She holds a law degree specializing in elder care. She was a manager in assisted living. And she was the primary caregiver for her own parents. She now serves as a guide, a counselor, a coach and a teacher. She understands the fear, the problems and the frustration. Cynthia's book, 'Graceful Last Chapters: Helping Seniors Who Need More Care', walks readers step-by-step through developing their own caregiving plan, one that is unique to their situation and accomplishes their personal caregiving goals.

"We never know when our personal journey as caregiver will begin or how long it will last," Martindale stated. "The journey can begin suddenly and, in the blink of any eye, life is forever changed. Or, it can start slowly and build so gradually that we’re surprised to discover who we’ve become -- a caregiver. Whichever way it happens, it almost always takes us by surprise. The one thing we know for certain is we’re needed by someone who depends on us for help."

Topics covered in the book include:

* Life as a caregiver for seniors: Uncover all the options for care, do your best work, and find peace of mind when your journey’s done.

* Long term care: Learn how to create the best plan for today and for future needs, then make it happen. You won’t avoid the hard parts -- legal preparation, financial planning, and medical history -- because they’re made easy.

* Senior Care at home: Learn about home health care, homecare, home care assistance, home health, and home care services -- and most importantly -- what makes them different?  Find resources, interview, hire, get the right mix, and locate the latest technology.

* Senior Care in retirement communities: Demystify how to find the senior care you need at a senior living community. You’ll learn criteria for independent living, assisted living, and memory care facilities. Ask the right questions to uncover what you need to know, and get ready to tour.

* Decision-making made easy: Viable options for healthy senior living can be either ageing at home with additional care or senior care inside senior housing.

Readers will be better prepared to help make choices for seniors who need more care. They will form a knowledge base to proceed on the journey, learn the lay of the land, the terminology and definitions, the common twists and turns that can’t be controlled, and the options likely faced along the way. They will become better guides, partners, and friends to those who depend on them. Above all, readers will know they are not alone.

Cynthia Martindale is available for media interviews and can be reached using the information below or by email at cindy@martindalecopywriting.com. 'Graceful Last Chapters' is available at Amazon and other book retailers. More information is available at her website at http://www.bookforcaregivers.com.

About Cynthia Martindale:

Cynthia Neher Martindale combines her education, business expertise, and personal experiences to bring readers a valuable resource about caring for aging loved ones. Her academic accomplishments include degrees from Hillsdale College (B.A. in English), Northern Illinois University (M.A. in English), and Valparaiso University School of Law (J.D.). Graceful Last Chapters: Helping Seniors Who Need More Care is the result of her years as both a sales and marketing director for senior living communities and as the primary caregiver for her parents. Its pages are filled with support and guidance for caregivers, clearly defined options for care, and the ways and means for readers to craft their own successful journey through caregiving challenges and heartbreak. Ms. Martindale offers readers fundamental knowledge, hope, a sense of identity and, ultimately, a path toward peace of mind. Cynthia lives in Flossmoor, Illinois.

The Secret Behind 'The Secret' - Author Reba Linker's Inspirational Book For Women, 'The Little Book Of Manifesting Big', Now Available In Print For The Holiday Season

Linker's latest inspirational book offers universal techniques, learned from a true spiritual master, expressed with clarity, humor and wisdom, that produce results without all the empty promises. The book makes an ideal Christmas gift

Author Reba Linker has announced that her latest inspirational book for women, 'The Little Book Of Manifesting Big' is now available in print. To celebrate, she is offering a no-charge PDF download of the book from her website.

The secret behind 'The Secret' is simple, but not easy. Humans are complex beings. That complexity can often alter the course of our manifestations. Reba believes that the power to create, to manifest, is a gift - a part of what we are as humans. Like any natural gift, the gift of manifesting needs to be honed and nurtured for it to reach its full potential. And, like any powerful tool, it needs to be used well and wisely to gain the best results.

"The trouble with books like ‘The Secret’ and others of their ilk," Linker stated, "is that they make it sound one-dimensional: all you need to do is think: 'I am wealthy' to manifest wealth, or 'I am healthy' to manifest health, or 'I am in a fabulous relationship' to manifest a love relationship. It can be that simple, when all channels are clear and all systems are ‘go’ (in my book I tell the story of how I manifested an extra $10,000 in the first week of my class on manifesting – so it definitely can happen that way). But for many potential students of manifesting, this over-simplification becomes a terribly discouraging model: as soon as an obstacle may arise, they may simply give up, thinking: 'I just don’t have the gift.’ Well you DO have the gift, we all do."

'The Little Book Of Manifesting Big' contains universal techniques, learned from a true spiritual master. An author and Life Coach, Reba Linker puts forth the timeless message that it is of utmost importance to 'trust yourself, know yourself and love yourself'. The book is the foundation for Reba’s new course, 'The Little Course of Manifesting Big'.

As the author of a number of inspiring books, Reba believes that every moment of every day we affirm our reality, for better or for worse. All day, all the time, our words and thoughts and beliefs create the picture of our lives, whether we are aware of it or not. Our lives, truly, are perfect reflections of our minds. 'The Little Book of Manifesting Big' gives readers the tools to practice conscious, deliberate manifesting.

This latest inspirational book for women has received rave reviews. Readers have stated:

“If you thought you knew everything there is to know about manifesting, think again. In this, short, sweet, powerful book Reba unleashes some gems you don’t want to miss."

“The Little Book of Manifesting Big takes on a huge topic and makes it simple, manageable and doable. In it, Reba Linker shows how we truly do create our own reality!”

“I loved loved loved it…I felt as though I were hearing these words from a good friend.”

“My wish is for all the people who read your book will not just read it but apply it in their life…"

Reba Linker is the author of Amazon Kindle bestsellers 'Follow the Yarn' and 'Imagine Self-Love,' both available on Amazon. Her children’s book, 'The Compost Heroes: A (Mostly) True Fable for Modern Times', was endorsed by folksinger Pete Seeger, and is available only through her website at http://rebalinker.com/books/.

The no-charge pdf version of 'The Little Book of Manifesting Big' is available at her website at http://rebalinker.com/little-book-manifesting-big-offer for those who wish to view the work before making a Holiday purchase.

Reba Linker is available for media interviews and can be reached using the information below or by email at reba@rebalinker.com. 'The Little Book of Manifesting Big', is available at Amazon.com and wherever books are sold online. More information is available at her website at http://www.RebaLinker.com.

'he & She,' By Author Wayne Clark, Named As One Of 55 Best Self-Published Books 2015 By IndieReader

'he & She' is a powerful and penetrating look into male midlife crisis

Canadian Indie author Wayne Clark's novel, 'he & She' has been named as one of the best self-published books for 2015 by IndieReader. 'he & She' is an in-depth, fictional exploration of the subject of male midlife crisis.

In 'he & She', Clark gives readers a penetrating look into midlife crisis. A searing vision of the future, foretelling only pain, regret and failure, compels one man to make a last-ditch attempt to feel truly alive one more time, even if it kills him. His journey takes him down paths riddled with obsession, fantasy, alcoholism and BDSM, all wrapped in a smothering cloak of loneliness and desperation. Yet an image he finds by accident on the Internet triggers a tiny glimmer of the hope that compels him to take just one more shot at life.

“One of my daughters put this honor in perspective.  IndieReader’s list of the best indie books of 2015 included 55 books, eight of them in my category of Literary Fiction. To be among them is special enough, but became even more so when my daughter reminded me of how many ebooks are out there. I don’t know the figures for last year but I read that almost half a million were published in 2013 alone. That’s a lot of competition.”

'he & She' also took a 5-Star Silver Medal in the Readers' Favorite International Awards. In addition, Clark was chosen as a Finalist in the 2015 IAN Book of the Year Awards for general fiction, and as a winner in the 2015 Great Writers You Should Be Reading Awards.

A number of critics have praised the award-winning novel. BlueInk Review called it “… a stylish piece of literary fiction… intellectually engaging throughout. A finely drawn portrait of desire in its fall and winter seasons." A review on the IndieReader site stated that 'he & She' is, "A remarkable investigation of a man attempting to save himself from stagnation."

Wayne Clark is available for media interviews and can be reached using the information below or by email at mtl1642@videotron.ca. 'he & She' is available at Amazon in paperback and Kindle versions and in all other digital versions at all major online retailers. More information is available at his website at http://www.wayne-clark.com.

About Wayne Clark:

Award-winning author Wayne Clark was born in 1946 in Ottawa, Ont., but has called Montreal home since 1968. Woven through that time frame in no particular order have been interludes in Halifax, Toronto, Vancouver, Germany, Holland and Mexico.

By far the biggest slice in a pie chart of his career would be labeled journalism, including newspapers and magazines, as a reporter, editor and freelance writer. The other, smaller slices of the pie would also represent words in one form or another, in advertising as a copywriter and as a freelance translator. However, unquantifiable in a pie chart would be the slivers and shreds of time stolen over the years to write fiction.

Top Books For Christmas - 'The Truth' and 'Secrets' By Dr. Barbara Becker Holstein Help Tweens and Teens Develop Healthy Approaches To Growing Up

It used to be a diary. Now it's social media and selfies. Nothing has really changed, other than the tools kids use to deal the angst of growing up. It is vitally urgent that parents understand how to help them cope

Teens and tweens today face challenges that parents, grandparents and educators struggle to understand. While many of those problems are the issues faced by nearly everyone, the ramifications of how those challenges are addressed have changed dramatically. The advent of social media, selfies and other forms of electronic communication have, in many ways, increased the dangers kids face. What has not changed is the need for parents to understand and to be involved. Dr. Barbara Becker Holstein addresses these issues head-on in her book for teens, 'The Truth'.

" 'I hate my mother';  'I'm in love and I can't imagine marrying anyone else when I grow up';   'How can we move now,  I can't leave all my friends behind';   'I'm miserable and nobody understands';  'I can't stand it when my parents fight'; 'When I grow up I will do things differently'".

"The list could go on and on," Dr Holstein stated. "Growing up is tough and quite frankly, it always has been.  What makes it different now is kids move from telling secrets to their friends and isolating in their bedrooms to the world of social media.  That means that any feelings, thoughts, ideas or pictures or videos of themselves that they express on social media can appear on Facebook, or Instagram, selfies and other technologies."

ScreenshotBarbara"That's the part of the angst of growing up that is new.  The use of social media can be dangerous as it exposed our kids to strangers and often to their own remarks, pictures or videos that they wish they hadn't shared, perhaps a month or years later."

"Both The Truth, Diary of a Gutsy Tween' and 'Secrets, Diary of a Gutsy Teen', give parents a great place to start communicating about the angst of growing up with their daughters. These coming of age books in the form of written diaries by a girl growing faster than her moods and feelings can keep up with, give parents a perfect opportunity to share their own stories of growing up and to make your daughter more comfortable to come to you with her feelings and problems.

"The surest way to protect your child from excessive and poorly thought out exposure to social media is to make sure the door is always open for her to come to you.  After all, most kids just need to be heard and understood.  Who better, than you to fill that mission? My suggestion is that after your daughter reads one or both of the books you get together to chat about the thought provoking questions in the back of the books."

"I take the subject of social media so seriously, that recently I've produced a short film, 'The Truth' in which the 'Girl' has many of the usual problems and feelings of growing up.  She does keep a written diary, but she has also made the leap to potentially placing her entries on Social Meda, by recording her video diary entries on her cell phone. The Film Festival route is about to start for 'The Truth, a Short Film' so look for more information at www.newshortfilmthetruth.com and of course on social media."

"The Truth, Diary Of A Gutsy Tween" is a revised and expanded edition of her very successful book, 'The Truth: I'm a Girl, I'm Smart and I Know Everything'. The new book is published by Sky Pony Press.

Her second book in The Truth Series is “Secrets: Diary Of A Gutsy Teen”. The book has been awarded a Silver Medal in the 2015 Moonbeam Book Awards in the Pre-Teen Fiction category. In 'Secrets' the girl is 13 years old. She handles many adolescent issues, including a crush, moving, a death in the family, feeling fat and problems with girlfriends.  'Secrets' provides a book kids and parents and grandparents can share and use as a sounding board for needed communication between the generations.

Both “The Truth” and “Secrets” are great for parents, grandparents, older siblings and teachers to establish lines of communication with the tweens and teens in their lives. Both books have been re-released by Sky Pony Press. Both make perfect Christmas books for teens and tweens.

Award-Winning Children's Book Author Dr. Nicole Announces Mom's Choice Award For 'Are You Eating My Lunch?'

Dr. Nicole is a best-selling author of children's books that educate, inspire and teach valuable life lessons

Award-winning children's book author Dr. Nicole has announced that her latest bilingual children's book, 'Are You Eating My Lunch?' has received a Mom's Choice Award.

In the traditions of Walt Disney and Dr. Seuss, Dr. Nicole breathes life into inanimate objects and wildly entertaining characters that engage children in powerful ways. Through parent/child interaction, her works develop a love for reading while helping children develop the most important skill of all - critical thinking.

Having been rigorously evaluated by a panel of MCA evaluators, 'Are You Eating My Lunch' is deemed to be among the best products/services for families. To be considered for an award, each entrant submits five (5) identical samples for testing. Entries are matched to evaluators in the MCA database. Evaluators are bound by a strict code of ethics not only to ensure objectivity, but also to ensure that the evaluation is free from manufacturer influence. The five evaluations are submitted to the MCA Executive Committee for final review and approval.

Dr. Nicole's books have won numerous awards. Her previous children's book, 'Parents For Sale', was a Bronze Medal winner in the 2015 Reader's Favorite International Book Awards Contest in the Children - Animals category. Other awards include 2015 Purple Dragonfly Books Award: Chapters Book: Honorable Mention; 2015 New York Book Festival: Children’s Book: Honorable Mention and the 2015 Hollywood Book Festival: Children’s Book: Honorable Mention. 'Parents For Sale' is Story Monster Approved, and has received a 5 Star rating from Readers’ Favorite. 'Strike At Charles' Farm' was named a runner-up in the 2015 Animals, Animals, Animals Book Awards. 'Are You Eating My Lunch' has also received four 5 Star reviews from Readers' Favorite.

"As a family doctor, I recommend parents read books to their child as soon as possible," Dr. Nicole stated. "Select great stories to open their mind and develop their imagination. Let them create their own book if they are old enough. Time spends reading together will become unforgettable souvenirs in their mind. Studies say that it is better to read one or two books over and over again than to read too many books. Have your children read out loud to their pet. They will love it and will improve their reading skills."

In 'Are You Eating My Lunch?', a 30-page, bilingual picture book, a young boy named Xavier visits the zoo. At lunch time, he can’t find his lunch box. He decides to investigate. He asks all animals the same question: “Are You Eating My Lunch?” During his investigation, he learns the animals’ favorite food.

Dr. Nicole has sold over 150,000 books in her career. She is highly regarded for her work with children's books and a health guide for families. Her goals are to create in children a love for reading and to create interaction and engagement, all with a focus on helping children develop the most important skill of all - critical thinking.

'Are You Eating My Lunch' has received high praise from reviewers. Grady Harp stated, "This is another little winner from Dr. Nicole - combining learning with entertainment. Such a fine style of writing she has established – making the reader want more. Highly recommended."

A no-charge copy of her any of her books is available for University teachers, journalists and members of the media who provide email, website, mail address and phone number.

Dr. Nicole is available for media interviews and can be reached using the information below. The Refugee Crisis, Immigration And The Quest For Freedom - Author David Michael Palladino's 'Quest For Freedom' Gives Us A View From The Other Side

David Michael Palladino writes inspirational fiction for young readers. His works teach important ideals and values. He utilizes engaging works of fiction to accomplish that goal

The refugee situation the US faces today is a crisis of epic proportions, unlike anything seen before in the history of the world. All countries, including the USA, are facing problems that our forefathers could never have imagined. Immigration used to be a simple issue. This, however, is the age of terrorism and security is at the forefront of our collective consciousness.

Refugees and immigration have become political issues. The US has found itself under tremendous pressure from all sides. The refugee issue has literally split Americans into two camps - those who see it as a duty to help those in need, while the other side believes that to offer asylum to anyone carries far too much risk.  In the past, the open door policy held by the US government served as a model of both democracy and freedom. No more. Now politicians running for office use the refugee crisis as a platform issue. Immigrants are seen by many to be a threat to the economy and American jobs. Politicians use both to play on the fears of American voters.

It wasn't always that way.

Escape from Soviet Communism and the quest for freedom is the theme of 'Quest For Freedom' by David Michael Palladino. It is the story of the beautiful Romanian, Adriana Corderu and her quest to obtain freedom by escaping the Iron Curtain.

Palladino produces inspirational fiction for young readers. His works teach important ideals and values. As a former U.S. Army Ranger, former High School Phys-Ed & Health Teacher and Coach, and founder of “Palladino Martial Arts”, he understands the significance of instilling these all-important ideals and values in young people. He utilizes engaging works of fiction as the backdrop to accomplish that goal. This work will be especially appealing to parents, grandparents and educators. And it is  pertinent today in light of the world situation. While Americans often see only one side of the issue, that issue is much larger than many in the US imagine.

During the Cold War the world revolved around the conflict between the theologies of communism and democracy. The two main protagonists in this conflict were the United States in the West and the Soviet Union in the East. As Eastern Bloc leaders began to tighten restrictions in the lives of their people, commensurate with their increase in power, there began to emerge, in the East, a group of young people, hard and idealistic, adventurous and courageous. These would become the heroes of the movement of their time. These were the brave young souls who, with inspiration from President Reagan, began to break down the Iron Curtain.

"I wrote the book," Palladino stated, “out of deep concern for the state of the human spirit in America.  Adriana is the classic example of what the human spirit can accomplish when it is inspired to rise to victorious new heights.  When American’s grab onto Adriana’s story and their mood and demeanor begin to change, they will start to believe in their dreams again.  When that happens, American’s will start to fulfill their destiny and become everything they were created to be, then America’s ‘Spirit of Victory’ will be restored.”

'Quest for Freedom' has received rave reviews. One reviewer stated, "More native born Americans need to know this story and more importantly appreciate our country as she did." Another said, "The readers become engrossed immediately in Palladino's dynamic effervescent style."

'Adriana Corderu, Quest for Freedom' is available at Amazon, Barnes and Noble and Rosedog Books. Christian Jewelry - B.BéNI Opens Doors With New Website, Unique Christian Jewelry Line

B.BéNI produces spectacular Christian jewelry that represents deep biblical faith

B.BéNI, where old world influence meets new trends in a faith inspired jewelry line. B.BéNI is an inspirational jewelry company, headquartered in the US, that produces unique Christian jewelry, such as Christian bracelets and Christian necklaces. Based in New England, B.BéNI is an inspirational Christian jewelry company that is dedicated to providing customers with the highest quality of faith inspired jewelry. In today's uncertain world faith is far more important than ever. Inspirational jewelry serves as a beautiful and comforting reminder - jewelry that represents one's beliefs and trust in God.

Many years of experience in the jewelry industry led the founders to the realization that something was lacking in the world of jewelry - really spectacular Christian jewelry that represents deep biblical faith. A passion was sparked to fill that void with a line of their own unique designs. Each piece is their own original design, a simple sketch to a CAD design and then to a solid model. A cast piece is then made from the solid model. The final step is the plating process and the clear lacquer protective finish for durability. A lot of energy and love go into each piece. Béni is the French word for blessed so the company is saying "Be Blessed."

B.BéNI's jewelry is manufactured in the state of Rhode Island, the jewelry capital of the USA. All of the metals, finishes, findings, clasps, gemstones and crystals are of the highest quality available. Fashion, Faith and Quality - not necessarily in that order - is what B.BéNI is all about.

B.BéNI is a partnership between Diane Beloncik and her daughter. It is a unique partnership, in that Diane is located on the East Coast, while her daughter is located on the West Coast. The two spend hours on the phone, face chatting and sharing photos. In their view, the distance between them is barely a factor.

”We have always had a dream of creating our own jewelry line. Especially in the world of Christian fashion jewelry, there is a scarcity of REALLY amazing pieces. The internet and being able to communicate long distances (for example, our CAD designer lives in Spain) has made this dream a reality!”

B.BéNI specializes in three types of Christian jewelry:

Bracelets: Their solid brass charm bangles, beaded bangles and gemstone cuff bangles are richly plated in sterling silver, 24K Russian gold, or rose gold finish. Lacquer finish protects and prevents wear. They are adorned with various solid brass beads in various finishes, various semi~precious gemstone beads, genuine Swarovski and Preciosa crystals, and fire polished Czech glass beads. All pieces are Nickel free and crafted in the USA.

Necklaces: Necklaces combine solid brass chain, clasps & findings with Czech glass bead chain and various solid pewter pendants and connectors. Semi-precious stones and crystals that are either Swarorvski or Preciosa add a touch of sparkle. Richly plated in sterling silver, 24K Russian gold, or rose gold finish. Lacquer finish protects and prevents wear. All pieces are Nickel free and crafted in the USA. The necklace lengths vary and all necklaces may be extended with a choice of two styles of necklace extenders.

Key Rings: Solid pewter key ring charms are richly plated in sterling silver. The ring and connector loops are all stainless steel. Lacquer finish protects and prevents wear.

Canadian Indie Author Rusty Blackwood Announces Debut Of 5 Star Rated Romantic Fiction Novel, 'Willow's Walk'

Blackwood's latest 5 star romance novel follows 'Passions In Paris', a romantic fiction novel written in the tradition of Bram Stoker's 'Dracula' and 'What Dreams May Come'

Canadian Indie author Rusty Blackwood, author of 'Passions In Paris', has announced the release of her new romantic fiction novel, 'Willow's Walk'.

'Willow's Walk', follows the release of 'Passions in Paris: Revelations Of A Lost Diary'. Her first romantic fiction book is a sweeping saga written in the tradition of Bram Stoker's 'Dracula' and 'What Dreams May Come'. It has been compared to Erich Segal's 'Love Story' and Nicholas Sparks' 'The Notebook'.

'Willow's Walk' is a gripping new tale, certain to hold readers captive from the very first page. Set in the beautiful city of Ottawa, Canada in 2003, this touching story centers on the life and times of a woman determined to prevail at all costs, regardless of what is set before her, the result of which is certain to leave the reader reeling in its wake.

The path each person walks is entirely their own. The pitfalls along that path, as well as the way in which they are dealt with are entirely up to the individual. But Willow Sutherland Crosby walks a far-different path, and with her own agenda.

Abuse, deception, intrigue, and a never ending quest for happiness and love - will she find these, or will her blind determination be her downfall?

"I am over the moon," exclaimed Miss Blackwood joyously. "I cannot begin to express the pride I feel in not only writing and completing this novel, but to be able to see it release to such anticipation.'Willow' was a long time in process, experiencing what seemed countless setbacks along its path to fruition; there were even times when I was beginning to question its completion, but I am a firm believer in everything happening for a reason, and everything happening in its own time. So it is with 'Willow'. Now that it is released, it feels as if the prior obstacles have never been, and it is my sincere hope that 'Willow's Walk' will enjoy a solid, and successful future."

While in pre-release, 'Willow's Walk' received a number of 5 star reviews from professional reviewers. Maria Beltran stated, "I highly recommend this book." Gisela Dixon said, ". . . I thoroughly enjoyed reading about the life of a person presented in such a wonderful manner."

'Passions In Paris' has also received rave reviews. Linkk Kula Kane said, "Passions in Paris I think stands its ground with these other powerful romantic stories like 'The Notebook' by Nicolas Sparks. A long kindled love, which finds its place from a romantic spark in the mind of one, to a mounting real life experience between two different worlds, brought together by an on going weave of circumstances, doubts, mystery, and intrigue, that sets ablaze forbidden emotions on a roller coaster ride of endless desire, and surmounting obstacles, that test the strength of their determination to prevail. Miss Blackwood has a rare talent to bring this and more into the minds and hearts of those who have had the privilege to be transported into her wonderful world of story telling."

Reader Fred Pifer stated that 'Passions', " . . .is a fascinating book of a love story that seemed to be written with me in mind. In the book 'Love Story' by Erich Segal, he told of a deep abiding love story that reminds me of Cullen and Joy’s in Ms. Blackwood’s book, but the twists of intrigue and mystery that she adds keeps the reader on edge throughout."

Other reviewers have praised 'Passions In Paris'. Reviewer Cat Howard said, "Eternal love, finding your true soul mate, and how echoes from past lives can influence the present, this story has it all . . . " Another Reader's Favorite reviewer stated, "Enjoyable and exciting, this is a book for people who have romance flowing in their veins." 'Passions In Paris' has a 4 star rating on Amazon.

Information on the new romantic fiction release, including a new book trailer, is available at Blackwood's site on the 'Willow' page. Readers can download paperback and Kindle versions of both books at Amazon sites worldwide, including Amazon.ca.

Rusty Blackwood is available for interview in the Toronto area and can be reached using the information below or by email at writerrusty@hotmail.ca. More information is available at her website at http://www.rusty-blackwood.com.

Assault And The Abuse Of Power - Award-Winning Author S. Jane Gari's 'Losing The Dollhouse' Gives Readers An Inside Look At The Aftermath Of Abuse

Gari's book about child emotional abuse has liberated her from the past and allowed her to finally "put it down". She demonstrates that it is possible to recover and thrive, even after the deepest of betrayals

The major news organizations are filled with stories of sexual abuse. Bill Cosby's accusers now number in the dozens. USA Today reported on an assault by Josh Duggar. CNN and many other news organizations have reported on the story of Donald Dennis who perpetrated abuse on Boy Scouts over a period of 12 years - upwards of 1,000 times with a single child. There are so many stories of abuse by Catholic priests they boggle the mind. A new film starring Michael Keaton, 'Spotlight', chronicles the investigation done by reporters at the Boston Globe who uncovered over 300 stories of abuse by priests in the Boston area alone.

Regardless of the form abuse takes, be it sexual or emotional abuse, regardless of victim or perpetrator, all involve an abuse of power and a violation of trust. In Gari's case, that violation of trust came on two fronts. Her latest book, 'Losing the Dollhouse', reveals the aftermath of her decision to expose her stepfather’s advances. Surprisingly, her mother chose to support the stepfather. The book is a powerful narrative of Gari's journey to healing.

“I wrote 'Losing the Dollhouse' because storytelling is the way I process my own experiences," Gari stated. "My hope for the book is that it helps others in their journey to heal from past traumas. Stories help us examine emotional and sexual abuse and then move toward forgiveness, peace and a solid sense of our own inner strength.”

Three adapted chapters from the book were nominated for the Pushcart Prize. Unlike other emotional abuse books, Gari's work helps readers take three steps toward real healing, all based on the theme "Put It Down":

* Achieve Forgiveness—
Just put down the anger and move from acceptance to peace.

* Achieve Healing—
Just put down the hurt and move from examination to empowerment.

* Overcome Fear—
Just put down the title of “victim” and move from challenger to champion.

In addition to writing books, Gari also teaches workshops, edits other people's work and tutors children. She is available as a speaker on writing and publishing. Gari also speaks about topics related to her memoir: sexual harassment, emotional abuse, children of divorce, OCD, anxiety, anorexia and forging a healthy sense of self in spite of these issues.

She is also available as a school workshop facilitator.  Gari has been working with students as a certified English teacher since 1996.

S. Jane Gari is available for media interviews and can be reached using the information below or by email at sjanegari@gmail.com. 'Losing The Dollhouse' is available at Amazon and other online book outlets. A portion of the proceeds benefit RAINN, a national network that provides support to victims of abuses. More information is available at Gari's website at http://www.sjanegari.com.

About Jane Gari:

S. Jane Gari is the author of a number of books.  In addition to 'Losing the Dollhouse' she has also  co-written a humor book titled 'Flush This Book: True Tales of Bodily Malfunctions'. She is currently revising her first novel, 'Shakespeare's Daughters'.

Latin America Is Proof Of The Pope's 'Great Words' Says Dr. Richard Ruhling

Dr. Richard Ruhling is an expert on Biblical prophecy and is the author of 'The Alpha & Omega Bible Code'

Dr. Richard Ruhling says Latin America is proof that the pope's US/UN agenda for “common good” has little value because South America, colonized by Catholic priests, have had Catholic government for centuries and are still in poverty.

Ruhling spent a summer in Latin America as a student missionary where he learned to pull teeth in Caracas, Venezuela. He says Coca Cola's marketing was a success—people drank it like water and their teeth nearly fell out because they were so rotten. He pulled as many as 100 teeth in a morning, reflecting with sadness on the greed behind sugar-flavored water with caffeine to enforce an addiction.

Ruhling spent half the summer in Colombia. In order to hold meetings on topics of health, happiness and Bible, the missionary needed permission from a town meeting where a Catholic bishop and priest presided. He reflects on those countries where nearly half people couldn't read or write and their ignorance made them easy targets for Communism rampant in Catholic countries.

During the same time period the US prospered because our Constitution says “Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion.”

"We violated our Constitution when Reagan appointed an ambassador to the Vatican and we have given billions in aid to private schools of which most are Catholic. This respects the establishment of religion and America has been going down since Reagan opened to gates to Catholic immigration," says Ruhling who is non-denominational.

He cites Adventist history growing out of the Great Disappointment in 1844 when Baptist William Miller preached a rapture. They believed the judgment in the 7th chapter of Daniel would be on the Day of Atonement, but they overlooked the “great words” of the little horn in the context of verses 8,11,20,25.

Protestant reformers all believed the “little horn” was the papacy that grew out of the 4th beast that represented the Roman Empire (after Babylon, Medo-Persia and Grecia.)  The little horn changed the Bible's times (Sabbath to Sunday) and laws (abolishing the 2nd Commandment that forbids images in their catechism), martyred millions of Protestants and had great words against God in the pope's title, Vicarius Filii Dei, that adds up to Revelation's 666 (Google), all of this fitting the description of the little horn in the 7th chapter of Daniel, says Ruhling.

So what are the “great words” for the “common good”? It's a disguised plan to honor Sunday for “family values” and conserve creation by restricting commerce, travel and fuel consumption. Ruhling asks why the pope wants to honor creation more than the Creator who made the Sabbath as a memorial to creation for family, worship and rest as seen in the 4th Commandment, but who reads them, he wonders.

Ruhling thinks the practicality and hypocrisy of the pope's plan can be seen from his encouragement to  open European doors to refugees--Germany has a million while the Vatican has accepted two families.

"The word 'Babylon' derives from Babel meaning confusion and it could apply to worldwide confusion of  education, healthcare, legislation, government and religion," Ruhling stated. "The 17th chapter of Revelation supports the pope as riding the beast (political system) of a UN-run New World Order where Catholic nations, ours included will vote for the pope's leadership and UN  'peace-keepers' can quell dissent by delivering protesters to FEMA camps originally intended for illegal aliens in REX 84 signed by Reagan."

Returning to the significance of the little horn's “great words,” Adventist pioneers missed the timing by 171 years—not on the Day of Atonement in 1844, but on the Day of Atonement in 2015. Counting from the thin crescent moon seen on the evening of September 14/15, the pope's US & UN speech was 24/25, the 10th day according the 23rd chapter of Leviticus.

Richard_Ruhling_Cover_AlphaThe sudden rapture that the Millerites expected is not expected, but the time of judgment seen in the 7th chapter of Daniel, signaled also by the rare solar eclipse and blood moon at the beginning of this biblical year, may begin in Jerusalem. The Bible says “judgment must begin at the house of God” and the house of Judah could experience a 3rd Intifada described by the prophet Zechariah in his 14th chapter.

Ruhling cites a Messianic rabbi saying, “God has two houses and He will clean them both before putting them together,” a reference to the two sticks (house of Israel and Judah) becoming one in the 37th chapter of Ezekiel. If we see trouble in Jerusalem in April, we should prepare biblically for US trouble in May.

Why May? Ruhling says the three times Christ said, "You don't know the day or hour, it was an idiom for you don't understand," and each time he said it, Christ gave an example for Passover a month later, “as the days of Noah” when the Flood came with Passover timing, but in the 2nd spring month. Why the 2nd month?

Methuselah died the year of the Flood--his name meant, “at his death, the sending forth of waters.” He died as a sign the Flood was coming. Noah was “unclean by reason of a dead body” (a law in the book of Numbers, 9th chapter). We forget that Christ said the law is in effect “till heaven and earth pass” in his famous Sermon on the Mount.

Further supporting that provision of the law, Christ linked his last two parables by saying,"Watch (being awake was only commanded at Passover), you don't know (understand) the timing, for it's like a man traveling to a far country." Israelites didn't travel in winter, and if they took a long journey in spring and couldn't get back for Passover, they were to keep it in the 2nd month.

Christ was the Master who took the long journey and His [invisible] return for a time of judgment in the 2nd month will be a sign to Jews of His identity as Master, and that He didn't do away with the law as most churches teach.

Ruhling further says that 2nd Passover should become known as the Christian's Passover because they have also been on a long journey in pursuit of truth since the little horn spoke great things, intending to abolish the biblical festivals as “Jewish.”

It's amazing how much we can learn from Daniel, written more than 500 years before Christ, yet pointing to the year of His baptism (Messiah means anointing) in the 9th chapter. It's the only book Christ said to understand when He was asked about the end of the world.

Dr. Ruhling offers more on Daniel in his ebook, The Alpha & Omega Bible Code that has mostly 5 stars on Amazon, available at http://amzn.to/1iXKH8n.  More information is available at his website.

Franklin Graham's Stance On Muslim Immigrants Is Wrong Says Award Winning Author Frances Fuller

Fuller spent many years in the Middle East. She puts a face on the Middle East many Americans have not yet seen. Her award-winning memoir, 'In Borrowed Houses', gives readers a penetrating glimpse of the Middle East from the inside

The Syrian refugee crisis has split the US into two camps. Frances Fuller, award-winning author of 'In Borrowed Houses' spent many years as a Christian publisher in Lebanon during the Lebanon civil war. She believes the position taken by Franklin Graham is wrong.

"Franklin Graham is wrong again," Fuller stated. "According to Sarah Eekhoff Zylstra in Christianity Today, Graham opposes opening the country’s doors to Syrian refugees, saying, ‘We cannot allow Muslim immigrants to come across our borders unchecked while we are fighting this war on terror.’

"Graham is wrong,” Fuller says, “because he is ignoring the facts.  Immigrants do not get here without passing through extensive interviewing, screening and security clearances.  They don’t even get to choose what country they will go to but must be referred by the UN High Commissioner for Refugees. Then they must be cleared by six different government agencies including the Dept. of Homeland Security. The process, according to immigration lawyer Scott Hicks, is difficult to get through and 'most people languish in camps for months or years while their story is evaluated and checked'.

"This information is attested to by Matthew Soerens, US director of church mobilization for World Relief, which opposes the decisions of thirty-one US governors to ban Syrian refugees from their states. Soerens, also quoted by Zylstra, says that since the 1970s the US has received three million refugees and ‘No one from that program has attacked anyone.’  Refusing Syrian refugees will, in Soerens’ words, 'punish the victims of ISIS for the sins of ISIS.'

"Franklin Graham is wrong also because his attitude is unchristian. He is responding not to a great humanitarian need but to fear. To put security above compassion is selfish and not the way of Jesus. Graham is dangerous, because he is both influential and wrong."

Fuller spent many years in the Middle East. As the result of her time spent as a missionary, Fuller wrote an award-winning book entitled 'In Borrowed Houses'. Told in short episodes, Fuller’s book reveals the alienation, confusion and courage of civilians in the Lebanese civil war, introducing to the reader a variety of real people with whom the author interacts: editors, salesmen, neighbors, refugees, soldiers, missionaries, lawyers, shepherds, artists, students. With these people she works, studies, plays games, prays, laughs and cries, all to the accompaniment of gunfire. Together these small stories tell what war is like for civilians caught on a battlefield, and they create the impression of the Lebanese as a fun-loving, witty, patient and resilient people. They also compose, not a political history, but a historical document of a time and a place.

Critics have praised  ‘In Borrowed Houses.’ A judge in the 22nd Annual Writer’s Digest Self-Published Book Awards called 'In Borrowed Houses' “…a well written book full of compassion…a captivating story…”. Another reviewer described the book as “Wise, honest, sensitive, funny, heart-wrenching…”. Colin Chapman, lecturer in Islamic Studies at the Near East School of Theology in Beirut said, “….western Christians and Middle Eastern Christians need to read this story…full of remarkable perceptiveness and genuine hope.”

Frances Fuller is available for media interviews and can be reached using the information below or by email at frances0516@att.net. Fuller's book is available at Amazon and other book retailers. A free ebook sample from 'In Borrowed Houses' is available at http://www.payhip.com/francesfuller. The Consciousness Of Co-Creation: Author And Speaker James Anthony Moran Provides Hope, Inspiration And Motivation

Moran has acquired knowledge that has the potential to change life in amazing ways and to lead others to peace of mind

On the surface, the world would appear to be in shambles. Unemployment figures are at an all-time high. Poverty rates have reached new heights worldwide. Climate change is slowly destroying the planet. Terrorism runs rampant and suicide rates have skyrocketed. As a result, many people must deal daily with overwhelming feelings of hopelessness, lethargy and apathy. In the midst of all this insanity, we crave but one thing - peace of mind. James Anthony Moran has found the path that leads to this most cherished of goals.

"Deep inside all of us," Moran stated, "we know that there is that feeling that something is missing in our lives.  This is true for all of us regardless of who we think we are.  I am no different than anybody else in this respect.  Even at five years of age I was becoming aware of the fact is something is amiss.  I began to wonder who am I and why am I here?  Little did I know then that I was to be guided on a journey that would lead me to the answers to my questions."

"If we are honest with ourselves we can readily admit that there is an uneasiness in all of us. My description of it is a very subtle war going on in the inner realms of our being.  This feeling has always been there - it's just that we never stopped to investigate.  I spent almost all my life investigating this very scenario and after many trials and tribulations, along with much soul searching, what I have to offer clients is this: 'A permanent peace of mind is yours as I introduce you to a groundbreaking psychology with a different way of thinking, leading to a unique way of being in the world.'"

Moran’s gift lies in the fact that, as an initiate, he has been through his own 'dark night of the soul'. He possesses a wealth of knowledge. He is a leader with a natural ability whose ethos is based on empowering and supporting those who are seeking the required knowledge in these very challenging times. His great gift as a speaker comes from the fact that James Anthony understands what is happening in the world, how it is happening and why it is happening, and therefore he can confidently provide very simple and clear solutions to problems that baffle so many.

In the words of Dr. Cathal O’Connell, Director of Applied Social Studies at University College Cork, Ireland, "James Anthony is a devout believer in sharing his knowledge with others. Truly, it is the story of one who is on a remarkable journey."

He now firmly believes that his purpose lies in passing on the knowledge he possesses to those individuals who are finding the challenges of life difficult. Down through the years he has worked with people from all walks of life and he strongly believes that the answers people seek are within themselves. As James Anthony explains, “The life you are living now is directly related to what you know. Have you a desire for more? Regardless of your circumstances or where you are in life right now, you can change provided you have the necessary knowledge.”

Anthony offers one on one consultations with clients via Skype. He is in the process of creating an online video resource library that will be available to the public. His book, 'Irish Spirit Rising: The Journey', will be available in the spring of 2016.

James Anthony Moran is available for media interviews, speaking engagements and consultations. He can be reached using the information below or by email at james@jamesanthonymoran.com. More information, including client booking information, a media kit and video samples, is available at his website at http://www.jamesanthonymoran.com.

About James Anthony Moran:

Graduating from University College Cork Ireland with a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in 1997, James Anthony began to look at the whole idea of how change affects people. What he has now drawn from his soul searching escapades is a body of knowledge garnered from a variety of life experiences, as well as a study of various disciplines in relation to the effects of consciousness on the ongoing evolutionary development of the human species, as well as all other life forms which includes the living earth. In June 2014, his research was validated and endorsed as original, unique and universal by University College Cork.
