Tyler Perry's Message At Joel Osteen's Lakewood Church Was A Miracle Message For Award Winning Author Donna Louis

 Louis is the multi-award-winning author of two Christian books, 'Miracles of Direction' and 'Book of Proverbs: Wisdom Vs Wilderness'. Louis’ books reveal God’s desire for our happiness and joy.

Miracles do not necessarily have to be of a supernatural nature. Sometimes miracles happen quietly, with no fanfare or theatrics. We encounter them every day. Tyler Perry is known for his philanthropy and generosity when others are in need. He recently paid for Rashad Brook's funeral expenses. The 50-year-old actor is also planning on setting up college funds for Brooks' four children: Dream, 1, Memory, 2, Blessing, 8, and Mekai, 13. "To everything, there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away; A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace. - Ecclesiastes 3:1-8.

"There are times in all our lives when we need more support. Sometimes at night to help me fall asleep I will play Joel Osteen messages on my cell phone. I will just select a message and place the phone under my pillow and listen until I drift off to sleep, ensuring that I keep positive thoughts in my mind. One morning when I woke several messages had played and the last one was the message Tyler Perry preached at Lakewood Church back in April 2018. I never knew Mr. Perry had spoken there and so I reloaded the message and listened. It was an extremely powerful message titled 'Climb and Maintain'.

"That is what we all need to do daily is to Pray and Worship. This is what God created us for. Was that a miracle in the way that God revealed Mr. Perry’s message to me? I believe so, because everyday we encounter miracles. Believe for yours! Remember life is what you make it. Sure, there will be highs and lows but try changing your thought pattern. Say things like, 'I have an inbuilt optimism and know that the lean times won't last forever. Everything and everybody prospers me.' 'And this too shall pass.' Start to look at the glass as if it is half full and not half empty."

Louis' latest book, 'Book of Proverbs, Wisdom vs. Wilderness' delves deeply into the timeless human quest for wisdom. As all Christians know, the primary purpose of the Biblical Book of Proverbs is to teach wisdom. John Meacham, Author Of 'Divine Revelation', Disputes Joel Osteen’s Teachings On The Prosperity Gospel

Meacham believes that many Christians do not understand the teachings of Christ and instead follow an Old Testament faith based financial reward system

In his book 'Become A Better You', Joel Osteen supports the concept of self actualization. Osteen's followers include church members in the tens of thousands. More than seven million people receive his teaching via satellite. But John Meacham, author of 'Divine Revelation: A Call From Christ To Join The Armies Of Heaven', believes much of Osteen's teaching is in error.

"In my book 'Divine Revelation'", stated Mr. Meacham: "I shared that I decided to read Joel Osteen’s book 'Become a Better You' because I speak out against Osteen and the Prosperity Gospel in radio interviews. I feel this message is not a Christian message for one reason: a Christian message proposes a life passionate for Jesus Christ and not one for us."

“Osteen doesn’t preach a Christian message," Mr Meacham continued, "In studying his book and noting on the title page the number one purpose was self-actualization, I realized he promotes some form of the power of positive thinking supported by an Old Testament faith-based financial reward system." Wikipedia defines the Prosperity Gospel as “a Christian religious belief whose proponents claim the Bible teaches financial blessing is the will of God for Christians. They report that Joel Osteen has spread the Prosperity Gospel past it’s beginnings in the Pentecostal movement to the Evangelical’s and to the rest of the world. Wikipedia also discloses that many prominent Christian leaders, such as Rick Warren and Jerry Farwell, have harshly criticized the movement as heretical false teaching.

In His Sermon on the Mount, Jesus said, 'Do not store up riches for yourselves here on earth. Instead, store up riches for yourselves in heaven.' Despite these strong words from Christ, tens of millions of Christians everywhere follow the false teaching proclaimed in the Prosperity Gospel and are investing their faith seeking social advancement and financial rewards.

"Unfortunately," Meacham continued, "many Christian churches now display a dollar sign above their door rather than the Cross of Jesus Christ. These Prosperity Churches need to heed the words of David Platt in his book 'Radical: Taking Back Your Faith from the American Dream' and turn away from the pursuit of earthly riches and turn their congregations towards Christ and the riches of heaven."

Mr. Meacham spent eight days at the Sea of Galilee in 2005. During this time he received a new revelation from Christ that involved messages that spoke of the state of the seven churches in this modern time.
