#2- Our nervous system (controlling our emotional responses) can't tell if what we're thinking is ‘really happening’ or just vividly imagined. That's why TV, movies, books and life-events are so impacting on our emotions. Whoever replays in their mind the events that bothered them or inspired them, their nervous system often reacts as if it’s really happening again and in truth, its only in our imagination.

#3- The major key to our emotional or physical healing is what we ‘say to ourselves’ and what ‘we believe is true’. It’s often best to accept the worst and go for the best by seeking healing and restoration from God our creator."
