Author Roxanne Bland has announced her latest fiction novel, 'The Underground: Second Edition', a spellbinding paranormal urban fantasy fiction novel set in Seattle. The cast of characters in the new novel include vampires, shapeshifters, elves, witches, demons and aliens.

After graduating from high school, she attended Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts, where she majored in Government.
