Anger, Hatred And Bullying Are Topics Addressed By Award Winning Author Jody Sharpe In New Youtube Series, Angel Inspiration

As a former teacher of special needs children, Sharpe has direct experience regarding the effect bullying has on children. Her award-winning, bestselling books help readers find hope, inspiration and gratitude. Her latest book took first place nationally in the National Federation of Press Women’s award contest.

Anger, hatred and bullying have been with us for nearly as long as the human race has existed. We will never be free of them, though we can mitigate the effect they have, which will allow us to improve our relationships, judgment, and sense of peace. These types of damaging emotions thrive on ignorance, fear, and prejudice, breeding intolerance and division, and perpetuate of harm and suffering. We can, given the correct approach, begin to dismantle the foundations upon which anger, hatred and bullying thrive, and begin to nurture new states of mind, in which compassion, love and kindness appear.

These topics are addressed in bestselling author Jody Sharpe's new Youtube video series, titled "Angel Inspiration". Jody witnessed the bullying of a special needs child before she became a special education teacher. She now includes a bully character in all of her award winning, best selling books. In a recent article posted on her site, she stated in part:

I was a special education teacher for twenty-five wonderful years. When I retired I wrote my memoir, 'Special Needs Children The Angels On My Shoulder'. I’d always had a heart for children, animals, the earth and those in need. Where did it come from? As a child I remember being around nine and witnessing bullying. A little girl with special needs, who would be diagnosed as a child with Down’s Syndrome today, rode her bike past school each morning. She was not allowed in regular public school in those years. Other children were laughing and calling her names and it made me hurt for her. Wondering why she wasn’t in school and why they were  mean to her was embedded in my heart. I knew even then I would never be mean like those kids were.

Now that I am a grandmother, and a writer, I reflect on the makeup of people in our world. Some have the hearts for others and some are the bullies of the world. Why? The bullies teach us how not to be, I know that for sure. Yet, why can’t they change or can they? In our warring world today, where bullying by politicians  and others is accepted as near normal, we must keep loving, keep caring and keep on. The children of the world are watching how we handle life day by day. There is a theory that those bullying adults have been bullied themselves and their jealousy and rage come from childhood experiences and the lack of love.

When I write my novels there is always a bully character who has an awakening and changes his or her ways to good in the end. This is what I pray for. This is why I write.

Sharpe's message resonates with readers, offering a beacon of hope. She passionately champions the transformative influence of uplifting literature, which can provide a ray of optimism in the face of depression and anxiety. Her anti-bullying message illuminates a path towards healing and resilience. Readers will discover in her books a profound shift in perspective that will carry over into their daily lives. They serve as an invitation to view the world through a different lens, one that empowers us to find the strength within to see the good in all people.

Her most recent work, 20 Moon Road, An Angel's Tale, features a character from her Mystic Bay series, Madam Norma. Madam Norma is based on a woman who influenced Sharpe's life in a number of unforgettable ways. The book trailer is available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TaqJxbFTE1U

Diane Donovan at Midwest Book Review stated, "Do angels come to children with special needs? In Mystic Bay, they do. As the truth emerges about the town's makeup, history, and mission, readers become immersed in a spiritual story of angels and beliefs that drive positive changes and kindness in the world and spread beyond the small town of angels.

"Sharpe's Mystic Bay series embodies hope, belief, the power of conviction and angel influences, and the acts of kindness that lead humanity on a better, gentler path. 20 Moon Road's revelations of relationships with Madame Norma that changed lives and transformed beliefs through documented angel sightings by special needs children makes for a warm tale of revelation and discovery that explores guardian angels, lasting legacies, and blessings.

"Libraries and readers looking for blends of fantasy and spiritual examination will welcome the Mystic Bay series as a whole and this latest addition in particular, which expands the nature, purposes, and insights of Mystic Bay upon the larger world outside its borders."

Mark Walker of Midwest Book Review said, "The last paragraph reflects the unique vision and mysticism, which exudes throughout this book:

As we fly away from the beach on a mission to help someone in need, I know what God and all angels know and what Madam Norma always shared. Only love can mend our hearts and our Earth. Only love can set us free. Madam Norma's life was simply made of pure love, for as she told me once, 'Kindness is the first ingredient of love.'

"I look forward to someday seeing the Mystic Bay Series on the Hallmark TV channel!"

Books by Jody Sharpe include:

To Catch an Angel - Jody is also the author of 'To Catch an Angel', written in memory of her late husband Steve. In 'To Catch an Angel', miracles happen in Mystic Bay, California, the town with the psychic and angel vibe. Angels are calling. Psychic Maggie Malone returns home to find she's swept up in the miracle of it all. She can't imagine why her mother left or who her father might be. But these questions pale in comparison to the wonder of the angels. Maggie meets writer, Noah Greenstreet. They realize they've met before, but where? Maggie and Noah embark on a journey to find our world is all awash with angels.

The Angel's Daughter - A secret lies in Mystic Bay, California, and only two people know it. First, there’s Hannah, a tender curly-headed half-angel. Then there’s her father, Gabe, an effervescent, teddy bear of a full-blooded angel. And it’s up to Hannah to keep the secret safe, but she’s made a colossal mistake telling her ex-boyfriend and writing professor, Sam Blakely. Now he's written a book exposing the secret to the world.

Town Of Angels - Angel vs. Bully in the town of Mystic Bay, California, where a well-kept secret lies. Angels live as humans there. After angels appeared to three children, all was blissful in the town full of psychics, and ordinary folk. But as brute, Klaus Waxman, comes to town, angel Ken Leighton, a storeowner, must carefully guide his flock of humans not to give in to the bully's efforts. As Klaus opens a store mocking the resident angel sightings, angel Ken guides psychic Justine Greer, and her family to thwart his efforts. And with the help of the indomitable oldest psychic in town, Madam Norma, the bully meets his match through the soft voices and intuitive minds of his neighbors.

Special Needs Children, The Angels On My Shoulder is a memoir based on her twenty-five years teaching children with special needs. The book placed second in the National Federation Of Press Women's At-Large Communication contest. The book is as entertaining as it is illuminating. It's a love story about the special students and others who over the years graced her life with just that, their grace.

With hearts of angels and challenges to face, the children took Sharpe along their journeys and inspired her own life's journey of self-discovery. When sorrow came, their kindness helped her through. The synchronicity of events from high school to retirement changed her life for the better, turning her face toward heaven.

Midwest Book Review stated, "Sharpe's ability to see the good in circumstances and people identifies the 'special' in 'special needs' as she delineates her journey through the education system and those teaching and social encounters which changed her perspective and life."

"Teachers (especially those working with special needs kids) will find this spiritual and social reflection easily accessible. It's presented in vignettes which offer small, digestible bites of insight into a world where angels and kindness are present in more than one form."

Special Needs Children followed her recently released children's book about angels, When The Angel Sent Butterflies. The new book helps children understand that love from their parents and others surrounds them. Love conquers fear, and believing that angels are near can help sweep any childhood fear away. This concept is presented in the book when Angel Ken sends Jones and Kate butterflies. The book, appropriate for ages 2 to 7, is now available at Amazon and Ingram.

Her latest book, Summer Of Angels, is a mystery novel. Meteorologist and psychic, Gayle Force proves a force to be reckoned with as she moves back to her beloved Mystic Bay, California. While sleeping, an angel sent her a vision in a dream of a future event. Gayle realizes she must use her intuition to save an old man from drowning. But who is this old man?

With the help of intuitive attorney, Alex Knight, she finds they are caught in the middle of a future crime. But can Gayle and Alex solve the case and save the old man before it’s too late? With surprising twists and turns of intrigue and love, Gayle and Alex find there are angels at the helm as they help prove the bully never wins.

In addition, on the "Tuesdays With The Angels" section of her site, Sharpe presents stories of real-life encounters with angels. The stories are available at Sharpe's website at http://www.jodysharpe.com.

Bullying Hurts Children - Bestselling Author And Former Teacher Jody Sharpe Announces Upcoming AZ Authors Series Event, New Video About Bullying

Sharpe has direct experience regarding the effect bullying has on children. She is the author of a number of award-winning books and videos that can help readers and viewers find hope, inspiration and gratitude.

Best selling author Jody Sharpe is a former Special Education teacher. She had to deal with bullies and bullying nearly every day. She brings her real life experience to her writing and has produced a number of award-winning, bestselling books about angels and special needs children. In a recent blog post she stated:

"In my third in the Mystic Bay Series called, Town of Angels, Klaus Waxman, a bully, comes to town to reap havoc and mock the angels sightings in town. Children with special needs have seen angels and the whole town is jubilant and hopeful that angels are near. But bully, Klaus, is taught lessons in humanity by the indomitable Madam Norma, the oldest and wisest psychic in town. Klaus changes for the better with kind words and counseling. All bullies could change if helped like this along the way.

This is my prayer for the children of the world, that we, the grown-ups of the world, would see our way to help stop abusive bullying. Prayers are hopes and dreams, and if we all work together, what a wonderful world it would be for our children."

All Dogs Go To Heaven - Bestselling Author Jody Sharpe Announces New Video, Upcoming AZ Authors Series Event

Sharpe is the author of a number of award-winning books and videos that can help readers and viewers find hope, inspiration and gratitude.

Best selling author Jody Sharpe has announced she will be appearing at the Desert Foothills Library in Cave Creek Arizona on November 1st, 2022. In that talk she will discuss her encounter with a real life angel and about the synchronicity of inspiring events and encounters with others which were instrumental in influencing her writing about angels.

Sharpe also announced the release of a new video, titled "All Dogs Go To Heaven." She posted a piece on her site in which she discussed the idea of pets going to heaven:

"Will Rogers stated long ago, 'If There Are No Dogs In Heaven. Then When I Die, I Want To Go Where They Went,' Sharpe wrote.

"Many people who have had near death experiences, have written they have seen dogs and cats as they go through the tunnel toward the light. Recently, a friend of ours was on his death bed. His wife told me before he died, he saw his old friends and his mother who had passed away standing in the room. His beloved late dog was there too and ran to him. These stories of people seeing their loved ones convinced me. All our beloved pets go to heaven.

"Dogs have special roles in all of my books. I have given some of them the names of my late dogs and the dog and cat characters are woven into the story lines."

Jody Sharpe, Bestselling Author Of Books About Angels, Announces New Hope Is A Prayer Video, Articles And Upcoming Events

Sharpe is the author of a number of award-winning books and videos that can help readers and viewers find hope, inspiration and gratitude.

The dictionary defines synchronicity as "coincidence of events that appear meaningfully related but do not seem to be causally connected. While that may be true, it is not necessarily the only definition. For bestselling author Jody Sharpe, there may be a deeper meaning, in that all of us are connected at a subconscious level. She addressed that subject in a recent Youtube video titled 'Blessings From Heaven'. The video describes an uncanny, chance meeting that leaves no doubt that some events are divinely inspired. The video is available at her Youtube channel at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8ifd7rw9F_2fhUPWe6mh_A.

In a recent blog post she wrote, "For months now I have messages of inspirational thoughts that come through my mind. These angel messages are so clear. Hope is a prayer. This is a message I received recently. To me hope is a never ending prayer. Like wishing on a star or dreaming for your own life or those you love, prayers come in the form of hoping and wishing and dreaming. I hope for my family all good things with love and kindness. I hope for the best for friends and for those I don’t know in our fragile, beautiful world."

The full post is available at her site at https://jodysharpe.com.

Sharpe is the author of a number of award-winning books and videos that can help readers and viewers find hope, inspiration and gratitude.

The questions we ask about angels are many, but at the top of the list is "Are angels divine beings?" "Do they really exist?" If so, what are they trying to communicate?

Jody Sharpe has written a number of bestselling books about angels. In two new videos titled, "Are Angels Divine?" and "Messages From The Angels" she attempts to give us the answers.

In a recent blog post she wrote:

"The word divine means from God. God is divine and angels are sent from God. The angels are as perfect as they can be because they are God’s messengers. When I think of angels, I call on them to help me in my writing and in my day to day solving problems. I know now I get thoughts in my mind that are sent from above. These thoughts help me embrace my joys. I find  peace knowing these divine celestial beings are sent from God to help all of us.:

What Do Angels Look Like? New Article By Best Selling Author Jody Sharpe Offers Several Perspectives On The Appearance Of Angels

Sharpe is the author of a number of award-winning books and videos that can help readers and viewers find hope, inspiration and gratitude. Sharpe was the recipient of the National Federation of Press Women’s award.

There is no question that angels exist. However, the characteristics of angels are as varied as those who have encountered them in this world. Sharpe not only writes books about angels - she also collects stories about angels for the "Tuesdays With The Angels" section of her website. She recently posted a piece with a number of descriptions of angels and angels encounters:

"Angels to me, are as different as falling snowflakes," Sharpe wrote. "They come in human form and angel form, like we do, in different colors, shapes and sizes. I have never seen an angel with wings, but others I know have seen angels themselves. Some look like humans, others look like angels and some are unseen.

"I am as sure as there is a heaven above, I met an angel once over 25 years ago. He came in the form of a human, an older gentleman. Months after my daughter Kate, passed away suddenly. My dear friend, Nancy, invited me on a girl’s trip to Houston. The first day of our trip in Houston, we went shopping at an upscale mall, There we met a man in a department store and had just a friendly hello to him at the men’s department, However, the next day, the man came up to us in a little shop in a town an hour away from Houston that neither of us had ever been to. The tall man came up to us and surprised us by saying “hello girls”. We chatted for a few minutes and he said, we thought jokingly, “See you at the airport.” Nancy and I laughed and turned to look at some gifts. A few moments later, when Nancy and I turned back to him, the man was gone. Later, we realized he must have been an angel because it seemed an amazing encounter. My fear of flying had escalated after my daughter’s passing. As we looked up and down the street that long ago day, the gentleman was nowhere? We sat down at a little table outside the store and said to each other,”Could the man be an angel sent to comfort me?” My fear of flying has decreased over the years now and I’ve looked for him at airports but haven’t seen him, yet I know he is there. He never told us his name nor did we tell him ours, but to this day I call him, The Man I Call Angel.

"As I’ve written my Mystic Bay Series over the last ten years, my novels center around angels living as humans. I certainly have asked many people if they have seen angels. And to my surprise, so many friends and strangers have had experiences. They are all first hand from people I call friends or have met at book events. Every encounter is comforting to me and extraordinary. One encounter is from a friend. Her husband had passed away. An angel appeared to her and identified himself as her guardian angel. She couldn’t see his face clearly, but his wings were a beautiful gray blue color, folded long to his sides. She said he spoke comforting words to her as she felt ill that day. She said he stood about 12 feet tall. She has never forgotten how her angel helped her with loving words and presence that day."

The full text of the piece is available at Sharpe's website at https://jodysharpe.com.

Jody Sharpe also announced recently that two new screen treatments of her books are now available: ‘The Angel's Daughter’ and ‘Town Of Angels Christmas’. Angelic presence on earth is the central theme of all the books in her Mystic Bay Series. The series is comprised of four books, the first of which, ‘The Angel's Daughter’, is now available on Kindle Unlimited.

Readers of the Mystic Bay Series who wish to start with the first book in the series can now access’ The Angel's Daughter’ on Kindle Unlimited. The book serves as a great introduction to Jody's concept of angels on earth.

'Special Needs Children, The Angels On My Shoulder' is a memoir based on her twenty-five years teaching children with special needs. The book placed second in the National Federation Of Press Women’s At-Large Communication contest. The book is as entertaining as it is illuminating. It’s a love story about the special students and others who over the years graced her life with just that, their grace.

With hearts of angels and challenges to face, the children took Sharpe along their journeys and inspired her own life’s journey of self-discovery. When sorrow came, their kindness helped her through. The synchronicity of events from high school to retirement changed her life for the better, turning her face toward heaven.

Midwest Book Review stated, "Sharpe's ability to see the good in circumstances and people identifies the 'special' in 'special needs' as she delineates her journey through the education system and those teaching and social encounters which changed her perspective and life.

"Teachers (especially those working with special needs kids) will find this spiritual and social reflection easily accessible. It's presented in vignettes which offer small, digestible bites of insight into a world where angels and kindness are present in more than one form."

‘Special Needs Children’ followed her recently released children's book about angels, ‘When The Angel Sent Butterflies’. The new book helps children understand that love from their parents and others surrounds them. Love conquers fear and believing that angels are near can help sweep any childhood fear away. This concept is presented in the book when Angel Ken sends Jones and Kate butterflies. The book, appropriate for ages 2 to 7, is now available at Amazon and Ingram.

In addition, on the 'Tuesdays With The Angels' section of her site, Sharpe presents stories of real life encounters with angels. The stories are available at Sharpe's website at http://www.jodysharpe.com.

Sharpe hopes to create a collection of angel stories that involve sightings of angels, interaction with angels, miraculous angel encounters and other types of accounts or stories. Everyone is welcome to submit angel stories. All submissions will be considered, but inclusion is not guaranteed. Stories may be submitted at http://bit.ly/2FV8amd.

Sharpe's YouTube channel brings all of this together, offering segments on all of these topics. One topic of special interest is bullying, specifically as it relates to special needs children.

In addition to the National Federation of Press Women’s award, Jody was chosen as a winner in the annual '50 Great Writers You Should Be Reading' Book Awards'. She was chosen from a field of hundreds of authors through a public voting process.

Sharpe is the author of a number of award-winning books and videos that can help readers and viewers find hope, inspiration and gratitude. Sharpe was the recipient of the National Federation of Press Women’s award.

Best selling author Jody Sharpe has announced that a new book about angels, 20 Moon Road: An Angel's Tale is currently in production and will be available during the summer of 2022. The new book will feature a character from her Mystic Bay series, Madam Norma. Madam Norma is based on a woman who influenced Sharpe's life in a number of unforgettable ways. She provided the backstory for Madam Norma in a recent blog post:

"I’m writing about Madam Norma my beloved character in my Mystic Bay Series. My new book 20 Moon Road An Angels Tale will be published sometime soon. I patterned many a character after my dear friends. Madam Norma was inspired by my late friend Norma. For forty years we were friends. She was like a surrogate mother, best friend and confident all in one. I was like a daughter to her, she once told me. We shared our lives, and she died at ninety-three a few years ago. She survived losing her two sons, her dear husband of over sixty years, yet she had a joy of living. She would wake up every day and open her curtains saying, 'Good morning world!'

"Oh how I miss her so. I’ve recently lost two dear friends, and it’s heartbreaking and yet . . . I remember this. A friend sent me a beautiful card years ago when I had lost my daughter, Kate. On the card three dogs were looking out the window. The card read . . .

Sharpe's latest book 'Town Of Angels Christmas, A Tale Of Love And Animal Rescue' was a bestseller in the Holiday Fiction category, ‘Town of Angels Christmas' features the same town and many of the characters from ‘Town of Angels’. Angel Ken, a store owner, fears the secret will be revealed when vet, Jordana Hart, a woman with special healing abilities moves to town. Years before Angel Ken materialized as an old man, changing the course of her life.

Will Jordana recognize Angel Ken as the man from her past as they work together on a rescue mission to bring twenty-two horses to Mystic Bay before Christmas? Will they see what lies before them, a Christmas story only the angels could write?

Other books by Jody Sharpe include:

As Klaus opens a store mocking the resident angels sightings, Angel Ken guides psychic Justine Greer and her family to thwart his efforts. Maggie and Noah embark on a journey to find our world is all awash with angels.

The Angel's Daughter - A secret lies in Mystic Bay, California and only two people know it.
