Bill Humbert's professional recruitment experience began in 1981 in Washington, DC as a contingent recruiter, primarily recruiting technical professionals. In 1985 he was recognized as the top fee producer in a firm with locations in the Washington, DC suburbs, Baltimore and Philadelphia. In 1990 he started his own recruitment consulting firm.
