Exclusive Never Before Seen Interview With Coach John Wooden Offered During March Madness By Keynote Speaker Rocky Romanella Of 3SIXTY Management Services

A highly sought keynote speaker and trainer, Romanella is founder and principal of 3SIXTY Management Services, LLC. He has over 40 years of leadership at Fortune 100's and most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and Director for UniTek Global Services, after retiring from a 36-year career with UPS.

To celebrate March Madness 2019, top motivational keynote speaker Rocky Romanella of 3SIXTY Management Services recently posted a never before seen, exclusive interview with Coach John Wooden.

John Wooden was both a very successful coach and a wise and beloved teacher. He achieved an unparalleled record of success. According to his website: Ten NCAA's Men's Basketball Championships, seven in consecutive years, 16 appearances in the Final Four, a record of 88 consecutive victories, 38 straight victories in NCAA tournament play, four perfect seasons, 8 perfect PAC 8 Conference seasons . . .it goes on and on. In short, he became a legend. But what is perhaps more important is his reputation as a wise teacher who clearly understood what is required to be an effective leader.

Bill Walton is quoted on the site as saying "Coach Wooden never talked about winning and losing, but rather about the effort to win. He rarely talked about basketball, but generally about life. He never talked about strategy, statistics or plays, but rather about people and character. Coach Wooden never tired of telling us that once you become a good person, then you have a chance of becoming a good basketball player."

Rocky Romanella of 3SIXTY Management Services LLC, a consummate leader in his own right, had the unique privilege of interviewing Coach Wooden. He has made that never seen before interview available in the Coach's Corner section of his website.

"As I left this memorable and moving conversation with Coach Wooden, my epiphany was the concept of Legacy. As we grow and develop, take on new challenges or simply move into a new phase of our lives, we will be faced with complications and adversity that may set us back. Honesty, perseverance, and trustworthiness will become major factors in overcoming these obstacles and creating our personal brand and our legacy.

"Along the way, we will come to a decision point. Our choice is simple but profound. Our choices are LEAD, FOLLOW, or GET OUT OF THE WAY. If we choose to lead, we will need to be an honest and trusted leader. If we are focused and ready to face these complex business challenges and personal changes with discipline, determination, honesty of purpose, and in an ethical manner we will be successful.

"Whether we realize it or not, we are all here to determine what our real intent is in life. For each of us it may be different. For each person it may be different: whether you are a spouse, father, mother, leader, or mentor; to have a legacy, it is important that we leave the place a little better than found it.

"Purpose-driven people put their morals, character, and honesty first. Without purpose, we drift. With purpose, we steer. You have a responsibility to yourself and to others to use your best judgment, weigh your options carefully, and make the right decisions—even if they’re not the most favorable or popular, even when no one is watching! When you do that you honor yourself and your values.

"Wherever your path takes you, know that your trustworthiness is your highest honor. That will be your legacy. As a person your core beliefs are not what you would like them to be, but rather what actually lives and breathes in you as a person. The good news is that you will have many opportunities in a career and in life to demonstrate these values and beliefs, but only one chance to get it right each time.

"Live your word. Leave a legacy."

Balanced Leadership Concept Developed By Rocky Romanella, One Of The Best Motivational Speakers In America, Provides The Structure For The 100 Day Business Plan For 2019

The best corporate motivational speakers and keynote speakers, those at the very top of the list, have some key skills in common. They have developed the ability to energize, inspire, motivate and engage their audiences. Some leadership motivational speakers take keynote speaking to entirely new levels however. Rocky Romanella is one of those rare leadership motivational speakers who teaches leaders how to forge a dynamic leadership team based on the all-encompassing concept of Balanced Leadership.

The three components in Balanced Leadership are Our Customers, Our People and Our Stakeholders. All of this is built on a framework that puts less emphasis on "doing things right" and instead focuses on "doing the right thing" for those three groups.

"Creating a strong culture is critical to your company’s long-term success and growth, Romanella stated. "It should be desire of the senior leadership team to create the best, the brightest, most informed and best educated management team in the industry.

"In the service business, people are our most important asset. The time we spend with our people is an investment in the future, not an expense or burden on our time. This time you spend with your people is an investment.

"You cannot successfully grow your business without an investment in people. This is an important first step to building a performance culture. This investment in your people will result in successful results for your company and personal and professional growth for you.

"We must view the business through the eyes of a leader. As your company is evolving into a performance-driven organization it will be connected by the principles of Balanced Leadership. This is where every leader should:

• Think like a customer by approaching each challenge as a true solutions provider.
• Feel like a valued individual by knowing your work matters and you are part of the solution not part of the problem, and you will never compromise on safety.
• Act like an owner by understanding the business and your role in what leads to success.
• Process ties it all together and allows us the ability to replicate the results over time and new people.

"To move forward, you will need to embrace this Balanced Leadership philosophy along with the goals and objectives though walking the talk and your daily actions. Your success will be measured by the degree to which everyone in your organization at every level begins to understand, embrace, emulate, and execute the vision and strategy. In my view, leadership is about building a bridge to the future. You give your team the opportunity to help build that bridge by communicating and educating each one of them on the vision and strategy."

More information on the development of a 100-day business plan and a wealth of other strategic planning material is available in Romanella’s highly praised book, 'Tighten The Lug Nuts: The Principles of Balanced Leadership'. Rocky brings these principles to life in his engaging and highly entertaining keynote presentations and breakout sessions.
