Choosing Gratitude Is The Key To Finding Joy During Difficult Times Says Louise Pistole, Best Selling Author Of Discover Your Joy

Pistole’s bestselling book, Discover Your Joy, also received Honorable Mention in the San Francisco Book Festival and placed in the BookFest Book Awards

For some people it’s not easy to find joy today. The headlines scream at us about US political unrest, social divisions, mass shootings, hurricanes, floods, war in Europe, inflation in the US, RSV, Covid – the list is endless. Where is the joy in all of that? Surprisingly, right under our noses. And bestselling author Louise Pistole can show us how to find it.

“Life has its ups and downs, but sometimes challenging events occur all at once. When our world is turned upside down, it’s normal to feel a lack of joy.

“Most adults will experience multiple severe traumas and losses throughout their lives. Loss of joy in these contexts is a natural part of the human experience.

“For some people, however, the lack of joy persists or appears out of the blue. This may occur in a mood disorder like depression.” – Stephanie Collier, MD, MPH, Contributor to Harvard Health Publishing, Harvard Medical School.

Pistole says, “During these stressful times, I encourage others to look for ‘moments of joy’ in everyday places in your day. Hold onto these moments and commit them to memory. Remembering and reliving even small moments will bring you back to your joyful center.

“Life doesn’t have to be perfect to be filled with joy. Even on tough days when you’re struggling, you have the ability to find your own joy. You just have to make a conscious decision to turn your day around.

“Remember, you are the master of your own joy!

Choosing Gratitude is your pathway to Choosing Joy!

“If you can find a few moments every day to express gratitude, you will soon see your life make a change in a positive direction. As simple as this idea is, it is also sometimes difficult to be grateful when everything in your life seems to be packed full of negativity.

“One of the simplest ideas is to say ‘thank you’ every morning as soon as you wake up. You can follow up with a few things you are grateful for which increases the gratitude in your heart. But just saying those two words, ‘thank you,’ will definitely start your day off on solid footing.

“Gradually ease yourself into writing a gratitude list in a journal. Don’t overthink it. Just write whatever comes to mind.

“This is also a good time to get your kids involved with gratitude. Teach them to say ‘thank you’ for any blessing, large or small, that comes their way.

“As you begin to make gratitude a habit, you will find that the more grateful you are, the more good things will come your way.

“This simple habit of being grateful is truly your pathway to joy.

Hope Anchors Your Soul

“Joy doesn’t simply happen. You have to intentionally ‘choose joy,’ and you have to choose to be joyful every day. It comes from a light deep within your soul. Joy really is a state of mind.

“How do you reclaim your JOY when you’re struggling with a tough day or situation? Start by refusing to let negative thoughts take root in your mind, then choose a better feeling activity.

“Hope is being positive under circumstances that are considered to be desperate. It is during the storms of our lives that we need to maintain our positive thoughts and cling to hope.

“Hope can heal the hurt or pain deep inside of you. It allows you to see the light even on the darkest days. It gives you courage, determination, and perseverance to cope and move forward. Your current problems seem less difficult to bear as you follow your beacon of hope.

“Through gratitude, positive thoughts, and hope, joy can be yours.”

Moving from anxiety, depression, or trauma to living a life of joy may seem impossible. How does one actually live a life filled with joy? Author and motivational speaker Louise Pistole has discovered the key to doing just that. She gives us that key in her best-selling book, 'Discover Your Joy: Daily Splashes of Inspiration for Living an Abundant Life of Happiness, Blessings, and Inner Peace'. It is a book unlike any other you will ever read.

While many of us believe that happiness is found at the end of some long, arduous process, it is instead that we begin from a state of joy. Some of us have it backwards. Joy is not a reward - it is a choice. And because it is a choice, it is something over which we hold total control. That choice can be made now - today.

Many of us feel hopeless and joyless. Perhaps our intentions are out of alignment with our actions. Surprisingly we can live in joy every day of our lives, but again - it is a choice.

"I made my choice one Sunday morning about 12 years ago when my minister spoke about being joyful and watching out for joy-stealers," Pistole stated. "His message resonated with me and I began my journey to joy through reading, studying, and writing. As I began choosing joy day after day, it gradually became a habit in my life. Now my mission is to guide others to discover their own joy through these daily inspirational readings."

In Discover Your Joy, readers will:

• Enjoy daily inspiration for happiness and joyfulness,
• Learn how to live an abundant life filled with gratitude, hope, and joy,
• Discover inner peace through encouraging words,
• Discover how to become a Joy-Fanatic and enjoy one's best life.

A quick inspirational read every morning helps readers discover ‘moments of joy’ each day. Chock full of encouragement and motivation, readers will learn to seek and experience gratitude, hope, and true joy.

Readers and reviewers alike have praised 'Discover Your Joy'. One said, "Each page in "Discover Your Joy" is a simple and beautiful reminder that the world may not be perfect, there will always be the ups and the downs, but we have the ability to CHOOSE each day how we will use this gift we call life. If We Don't Find Joy In Our Daily Lives, We Might Be Looking In The Wrong Place Says Louise Pistole, Author Of Bestselling Book, Discover Your Joy

Pistole is a best-selling author, blogger, coach and motivational speaker who describes herself as a "joy-fanatic". Her book provides readers with a quick inspirational read every morning and helps them discover ‘moments of joy’ each day.

As we get older some of us seem to lose the sense of wonder, happiness and joy we experienced as young children. Where did it go? As adults, the pressures we face day after day - job stresses, dealing with health issues, money issues, children, parents, the pandemic, rising inflation and a host of other challenges and problems - can wear us down and wear us out. The world seems to get darker and harder to navigate. At some point, we realize we have lost it. And we naturally blame "the world" and the challenges it hands us day after day.

But is it possible we are looking for the answer in the wrong place?

Greg Bishop, in an article written about athlete Athing Mu, wrote the following in Sports Illustrated:

“Athing Mu, the 20-year-old middle-distance runner from New Jersey who specializes in what’s arguably the sport’s most brutal race. There’s not even a lot of argument. The task: sprint almost as hard as she can, for two full laps around the track, saving enough energy to separate over the final 100 meters but not so much that she’s not in position to separate at all.

That’s precisely where Mu’s other specialty comes in. She runs while exuding an emotion that’s rarely displayed in track, at least not during a race. It’s a simple concept—and yet, an elusive one. It’s what separates her from other elite competitors—and what will power her drive to break a controversial world record that has stood for 39 years.

It’s joy.”

"The joy that resonates and motivates Mu is available to everyone," says Louise Pistole, self-professed joy fanatic and author of the bestselling book 'Discover Your Joy: Daily Splashes of Inspiration for Living an Abundant Life of Happiness, Blessings, and Inner Peace'. "However, not everyone chooses to live in joy on a daily basis."

"If this is a simple concept, exactly what is it?" Pistole offers the following in response:

We must choose joy and we must choose it every day in order to experience this life-defining all-encompassing emotion. Joy is our natural default but it gets lost in the busyness of everyday life.

There are many ways to bring joy into our lives but the easiest path is through gratitude. The more grateful we are, the more joyful we will also be. As we go about our day, it is easy to say, “I am grateful for my nutritious breakfast. My car has plenty of gas. Traffic is light today. My boss is in a great mood.”

While it is easy to say these things, we get busy and distracted and don’t follow through with gratitude every day. Without regular gratitude, it’s hard to obtain the status of joyful. And that is why the emotion of joy is elusive.

Here are some other suggestions of ways to move into the joyful state that inspires Mu:

1. Start the day by reading a devotional or inspirational book. Take time for prayer or meditation.

2. Make gratitude a part of your morning routine. Make a list of a few things you are grateful for or say thank you out loud and think of some of your blessings.

3. Choose to be around other positive people and avoid the negative naysayers.

4. Take time for yourself whether it be reading a book, taking a walk, or getting to bed early. Your body, mind, and spirit all need this reprieve from the stresses of everyday life.

5. Spend time with family, friends, and those who love you. They are your tribe and they will always be there for you. The hugs, smiles, and laughter are all so good for you.

6. Do all the healthy things – eat nutritious meals, drink plenty of water, and get regular exercise. You will not feel joyful if you’re not feeling well most of the time.

7. Get out in nature as often as possible. The trees, flowers, bees, and water all help your mind and spirit to reconnect to the earth. You will feel revived, and again, more joyful.

If you’re not an athlete running sprints on a track, what are the benefits of living a joyful life?

1. Joy releases all the feel-good hormones into our bodies.

2. It makes us more resilient.

3. We will feel more positive.

4. Joy inspires us to be more loving, kinder, and to do good things for other people.

5. But one of the biggest benefits of being joyful is a sense of connection. We feel more connected to ourselves, to those we care about, and the world we live in.

No matter where we are in life, there are many benefits to seeking joy and many ways of finding joy. We all have to figure out what works best for us and reach for the gold.

How To Discover Joy In 2022 - Suggestions For Creating Joy Every Day In The New Year Offered By Louise Pistole, Bestselling Author Of Discover Your Joy

Pistole is a best-selling author, blogger, coach and motivational speaker who describes herself as a "joy-fanatic". Her bestseller, 'Discover Your Joy' will be available in e-book format at reduced pricing through January 7, 2022

Many of us believe that the state of joy can only be found in some far-off future time - after a specific set of circumstances have occurred, the stars have aligned or perhaps after everything just magically falls into place. According to Louise Pistole, bestselling author of 'Discover Your Joy', that is not the case. She recently issued a statement that offers a number of ways in which we can start the new year off by discovering the joy that is right now, right here, today:

"The last two years, the world has experienced unprecedented crisis and situations," Pistole stated. "Everyone was accustomed to going out to eat, to play, and to connect with others. Then we were locked down, quarantined, and left alone. It’s not surprising that these significant changes to our lifestyles affected our mental health. Now, many people are feeling depressed, anxious, or stressed.

"A recent article by Ask Dr Mike focused on taking care of our mental health in 2022. He used several interviews from his podcast Going There with Dr Mike to formulate steps for a better mental health journey.

• “First, we can check in with ourselves emotionally. How often do we really stop and consider how we are feeling?”
• “Once we have determined how we are feeling, we can try to figure out why.”
• “Once we’ve identified how we feel and why, we can then take the next step of trying to make changes to improve our mood.”
• “Once we have identified a possible coping strategy, we can give it a try and see whether it worked.”

"I would like to add to this list the habit of reading an inspirational or motivational piece/article on a daily basis.

"Regularly infusing our minds with positive thoughts allows our emotions to begin to focus on the good things in life. Daily inspiration encourages us to smile and laugh more, and to find moments of joy in every day.

"A few quiet moments in the morning leads to positivity, gratitude, and kindness. The power of these emotions can affect your whole day, and even all of 2022, for the best.

"Living a positive life has many health benefits including lowering your stress levels. As you spend time each day reading and absorbing an inspirational story, you will begin to feel the pace of your heart slow down to enjoy the world around you.

"Perhaps you will be inspired to take a walk outside. This is another activity that enlightens your senses and your emotions. It can help overcome the feelings of anxiety and being overwhelmed.

"Expressing gratitude every day has also shown to be good for our stress levels. Being thankful for everything you already have makes us look for all the good things in life. Focusing on the positive aspects of the day allows us to purge our minds of any negativity.

"Daily inspiration also allows us to focus on kindness. Spreading kindness to others comes from within our hearts and leaves us with a warm feeling inside. While you hear many stories about being kind to others, be sure to include self-kindness in your daily plan.

"There are many motivational books to choose from, but I would like to suggest Discover Your Joy. Start your new year with this powerful daily inspirational book. As an added bonus, the e-book version is on sale through January 7."

The Pandemic’s Toll On Our Mental Health Is Staggering, But We Can Find Joy Everywhere Says Louise Pistole, Best Selling Author Of Discover Your Joy

Pistole is a best-selling author, blogger, coach and motivational speaker who describes herself as a "joy-fanatic".

Today the headlines dramatically illustrate the breadth and scope of the ill effects brought on by the Covid 19 pandemic. It has affected our lives in many ways from stress and alcohol to exercise and child care. In fact, there is hardly any part of our lives that has gone unscathed. Furthermore, as problems continue to rise, solutions do not readily present themselves:

“…the World Health Organization (WHO) emergency committee said the pandemic is far from over, though countries are making progress in rolling out vaccines and treatments,” according to an article by the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy.

The Hill states, “The pandemic has made a multi-faceted impact in our lives, which has exacerbated existing mental health issues and created new cases of depression and anxiety disorders. We have had to deal with the effects of the virus on the brain as well as the body. We endured loneliness from extended shutdowns, sheltering in place and social distancing. The loss of daily structure of our pre-pandemic lives and the insecurity we experienced in its wake. Many experienced loss of income and long-term unemployment. Sleep difficulties are more prevalent, due to overwhelming anxiety, changes in structure and increased weight. The pandemic has stressed us emotionally, physically and financially. “

NBC News has reported, “Stress from the pandemic has people struggling to make decisions large and small, with nearly a third of adults questioning even basic day-to-day choices, according to a new report.

"The American Psychological Association's "Stress in America" survey, conducted by the Harris Poll, found that 32 percent of adults are so stressed by the pandemic, they sometimes wrestle with daily tasks, such as choosing what to eat or what to wear.”

Healthline.com issued a report stating, “Many people in the United States may be drinking more alcohol as a way of dealing with the stress and disruptions of the COVID-19 pandemic, suggest several surveys. Some may even have slipped into “gray area” drinking — that realm between healthy levels of alcohol consumption and a diagnosed alcohol use disorder.”

Child care has taken a hit as reported by CBS News, “Across the country, there is a growing child care crisis. It's a crisis made worse by the pandemic and stagnant wages."

These are but a small sampling of the problems we face today. So what is the answer? Best selling author Louise Pistole offers some solutions, based on her best selling book, Discover Your Joy:

“Even though there are no magical answers to all the problems brought on by the pandemic, there are things we all can do to help ourselves and others.” Pistole stated.

“Start by focusing on the good things in life. This could be family, job, hobbies, or anything that is meaningful. Read something inspirational or motivational every day. Listen to a few uplifting podcasts.

“Take time every day to go outside. Take a walk without your phone in hand or earbuds. Observe the sights and sounds around you. Soak in the sunshine and fresh air. You’ll also feel better after getting some exercise.

“Try to take steps to interact with people every day. Share your story of how you or your family are doing under the circumstances. Soak in any encouragement that is offered and reciprocate as needed. Conversation and sharing offers hope to face a new day and new challenges.

“We know that consuming alcohol to deal with the stress of the pandemic will mask the problem instead of leading to a solution. But when times have been rough for so long, it’s difficult to recount the reasons not to drink alcohol.

“Encourage friends/family to seek guidance before the alcohol becomes a habit. There are ways to break the cycle and find positive ways to deal with stress. Kindness and encouraging words will help people find their way out of the negativity of the pandemic.

“Phone a friend or family member for actual conversation. It’s more personal than texts. You can hear their voice or their laughter. The conversation is stimulating. Encourage each other to keep moving forward.

“Get enough rest. Sign off from your electronic devices early in the evening. Use the time to read, meditate, or other quiet activities.

“Be prepared to deal with the effects of the pandemic on your life for a long time still to come. But rather than allow the pandemic to cause worry or anxiety, use some of these suggestions to move towards living a positive and joyful life."

15 Ways To Find Joy Even In The Midst Of The Pandemic Offered By Louise Pistole, Best-selling Author Of 'Discover Your Joy'

Pistole is a best-selling author, blogger, coach and motivational speaker who describes herself as a "joy-fanatic".

The national news has been so negative for so long, we can begin to wonder if things will ever return to normal. Headline after grim headline, story after unpleasant story, the media hits us over and over again with messages about the pandemic that are depressing, pessimistic and filled with doom and gloom scenarios for the future.

While the effects of the pandemic have been catastrophic on a national scale, it is on a personal level where we can consciously choose to take another path; a path that is very different. We do not have to wait for the pandemic to be over to return to a state of equilibrium. We can instead find joy in the very midst of adversity, if we consciously choose to do so. Best-selling author Louise Pistole recently offered 15 tips to find joy in our lives, regardless of any external event:

"While reading a C|Net article titled, 'COVID-19 pandemic causes devastating drop in global life expectancy, study finds,' I was struck with sadness. So, not only is the pandemic claiming lives every day, but those who survive now likely have a shorter life span.

"The article goes on to state, “In July, the CDC's National Center for Health Statistics also reported that life expectancy in the US fell by 1.5 years in 2020. That's the biggest drop since World War II, according to NPR.”

"The closing comment in this article said, “As of last week, the COVID-19 pandemic had killed as many Americans as the Spanish flu in 1918 -- about 1 in 500 Americans. Unvaccinated people have accounted for more than 97% of hospitalizations and deaths.”

"What does this information mean to us? Do we read it and just continue to go on with our lives? Or do we stop to consider the impact it could have on our lives?

"Personally, I am alarmed to see how many people have died from the pandemic. I am confused by the varying opinions of whether to get vaccinated or not. And, I am saddened that our life spans are potentially shortened.

"After giving some thought to this article, here are my tips and ideas for dealing with the pandemic, shortened life spans, and everything else around this topic.

Tip #1 - The one thing we all can do today is to treat others with KINDNESS. Not everyone will have the same opinion that we do and that’s ok. Use kindness to offer others hope and encouragement instead of attacking those who may think differently.

Tip #2 – Don’t stress over everything in the news. I believe we need information and knowledge in order to make intelligent decisions. But worrying over the news headlines causes stress, anxiety, depression, high blood pressure, and a host of other medical issues.

Tip #3 – Relationships are important in our quest to deal with the pandemic. Reach out to family and friends regularly and let them know they are important. Take time to chat with neighbors. Phone a friend for sharing and support. Check on the older members of the family or those who live alone.

Tip #4 – Make every day count by doing the things you love. Have breakfast in bed. Buy fresh flowers for the table. Learn to make an exotic meal. Read about far away places to visit. Laugh out loud. Take a road trip. And, always sing in the shower.

Tip #5 – Enjoying nature is one of my personal favorites. Take a walk to watch the squirrels play, listen to the birds sing, and smell the flowers. Sit on a bench for a while to enjoy the sunshine. Being out in nature is sure to bring peace and calm to our lives. By putting the phone aside and being fully present outdoors, we return to our day refreshed and re-energized.

Tip #6 – Being grateful for everything we have brings more things to be grateful for into our lives. Make it a daily habit to say ‘thank you’ several times during the day and name a few blessings. Amplify gratitude by saying it out loud or writing it down. There’s always something to be thankful for. And, remember to say grace at mealtime.

Tip #7 – Forgive anyone who may have wronged you. Forgiveness is often difficult to do, but is definitely a powerful source for freeing our minds and hearts of the turmoil. Sometimes we also need to forgive ourselves. Believe you are doing the best you can at the time.

Tip #8 – Look for the positive in people and situations. Don’t get caught in a downward spiral of negativity. Instead, rise above it by spending time with positive minded people. Focus on the good things in life. This one tip will keep our spirits high which releases all the good hormones into our bodies.

Tip #9 – Prioritize health by consuming a healthy diet and drinking lots of water. I know these are good habits that we all need, but I am one of the worst about eating anything green and drinking enough water. I battle it every day. I’ll try to be proactive and do better in an effort to inspire others to follow likewise.

Tip #10 – Take time for yoga or meditation. Both of these activities have a way to calm the chatter and turmoil in our brains. Even doing one of these activities for short periods of time on a regular basis will calm the mind and body. The quietness will nurture the soul.

Tip #11 – The benefits of regular exercise are amazing. Along with burning calories, exercise also strengthens our bodies, increases flexibility, and keeps our hearts humming along. Exercise is one thing most of us dread adding to our schedules. But it is one way to add back those extra years to our lives.

Tip #12 – Another personal favorite of mine is journaling. By writing down thoughts and feelings regularly and releasing them to paper, we clear the pathways in our minds and hearts. Over time, themes or patterns emerge from our writing which can lead us to ideas, inspiration, or ah-ha moments.

Tip #13 – The one tip above all is to serve others and serve them with love and kindness. Our mission here on Planet Earth is to care for our fellow mankind. The list of ways to serve is truly endless. We can do many things from working in a soup kitchen to checking on a sick friend. Find the service that fits your interest or skills. Then go out into the world and serve.

Tip #14 – We all deserve and need time for self-care. Just like flight attendants always tell us to put on our own oxygen mask before helping others, we must take care of ourselves in order to be able to take care of others. If we are depleted of energy or enthusiasm, everything else in our life suffers. Read, relax, refocus – we deserve it.

Tip #15 – For those who believe in a higher being and eternal life, prayer is the ultimate source for living through a pandemic and everything else in life. As we turn our cares over to the Creator of the Universe, our hearts and minds are filled with inner peace.

Rather than allowing the pandemic to cause worry or anxiety, especially over the possibility of shortened life spans, use some of these tips to guide you to living a joyful life instead. Choose one tip to start today, then gradually try to add all of them to a daily routine. Conscious choices and positive living are the pathway to joy!

Discover Your Joy

How does one actually live a life filled with joy? Best-selling author and motivational speaker Louise Pistole has discovered the key to doing just that.

Chock-full of encouragement and motivation, readers will learn to seek and experience gratitude, hope, and true joy.

I highly recommend this book!!" Another stated, "Pistole gives great insight into ways to remind us that our joy is important and to beware of “joy stealers”. This book is a great way to start your mornings with a great cup of coffee and to discover your joy each and every day!"

Four Ideas That Can Help Readers Move Beyond The Pandemic Offered By Louise Pistole, Author Of New Motivational Christian Book, ‘Discover Your Joy’

Pistole is an author, blogger, coach and motivational speaker who describes herself as a "joy-fanatic".

A recent article by CNBC stated, “America is ‘closer to the beginning’ of the pandemic than the end.” The article goes on to discuss how Americans enjoyed some normalcy of life during the summer. But now, virus cases are once again spiking out of control and are fueled by the delta variant.

People had ditched their masks but now even vaccinated people are encouraged, or even required, to wear masks again. Discouragement has set in.

And Americans are now anxious, depressed, burned out and angry about everything associated with the pandemic. Life seems to be backsliding instead of moving forward to healing.

So how can we mentally cope with life during the pandemic? How can we move from anxiety to living a life of joy? Louise Pistole, author of ‘Discover Your Joy’, offers four strategies that can help readers not just survive, but thrive.

One. Scale back the intake of news and social media. Both of these outlets fill readers’ minds with worrisome thoughts. Instead, look for positive things happening in life and focus on those things.

Spend time with other positive-minded people who will help focus on the good things in life. And, use positivity to encourage others who need a boost.

Laughter is a great form of stress relief and is good for the soul. Look for a reason to laugh every day to increase positivity and push negativity to the curb.

Two. Spend time in gratitude. By taking a few moments every day to express gratitude, life can make a change in a positive direction. As simple as this idea is, it is also sometimes difficult to be grateful when everything seems to be packed full of negativity.

Gradually ease into starting each day by saying a simple ‘thank you’ and follow up with a few things to be grateful for. Move on to writing a gratitude list in a journal.

Gratitude brings to attention the positive values that often get suppressed in the busyness of life. The more grateful one is, the more there is to be grateful for. Gratitude is truly the pathway to joy.

Three. Rely on hope. Hope is being positive under circumstances that are considered to be desperate. It is during the storms of life that a person needs to maintain positive thoughts and cling to hope. It provides courage, determination, and perseverance to cope and move forward.

Current problems or concerns will seem less difficult to bear by following a beacon of hope and encouragement. Joy comes after the darkness has passed.

Four. Nurturing the inner spirit is a form of self-care which is one of the best ways to preserve mental stability and is essential to living a life of joy. When lives are empty of energy, love, compassion, and kindness, everything else in life suffers.

Swap the chaos for calm by taking a walk in nature. Absorb the sights and sounds. Pause and listen. Let the mind wander. This activates all the feel-good hormones and reduces stress levels.

Meditation is a state of mind that de-clutters the brain and helps to reduce negativity. The result is a heightened self-awareness that focuses on peace and calm.

Yoga combines breathing and stretching to reduce stress. It opens the mind and fills the body with positive energy. Thoughts are clearer and the mind is more creative. It is the perfect recipe to be free from anxiety and depression.

Any form of self-care helps to heal the mind, body, and soul.

Moving from anxiety, depression, or trauma to living a life of joy may seem impossible. How does one actually live a life filled with joy? Author and motivational speaker Louise Pistole has discovered the key to doing just that. She gives us that key in her latest book, 'Discover Your Joy: Daily Splashes of Inspiration for Living an Abundant Life of Happiness, Blessings, and Inner Peace'. How to Break Out of Prison - Only One Way Can Lead To Freedom From One's Personal Prison Says Evangelical Outreach And Its Holiness Preaching

Evangelical Outreach, EOMIN.org proclaims and defends the Christian Gospel against various forms of religious deceptions from Catholicism to Jehovah's Witnesses to Eternal Security to KJB Onlyism.

Freedom can be defined in many ways. The dictionary defines freedom as "liberation from slavery or restraint or from the power of another". Another definition is "the quality of being exempt or released usually from something onerous". While freedom can be defined in many ways, there is one form of freedom that supercedes all others. It will allow one to experience total freedom, whether it be from a physical prison or from any kind of personal prison. Dan Corner, Director of Evangelical Outreach explains:

If you or someone you know is in prison and want to break free, here is a surefire way to escape that will ALWAYS work, regardless of the obstacles; but, they must sincerely be willing to escape. Don't waste your time with razor blades, files, hacksaws, bribery or even dynamite. (Shortly I'll tell you about a special type of dynamite.) Don't even think about getting hostages or doing a helicopter land in the prison yard, as some have done in the past. Those methods are all ineffective and completely useless in this prison system, compared to the real way to escape! The remedy I have for you is much more powerful, quicker and quieter too, but to help other prisoners escape too, you'll need something sharper than a sword! (More about that and how to get one shortly.)

This remedy will work even in the toughest maximum security prisons, under the heaviest armed guard in solitary confinement and even for those people on death row. Such circumstances are really not a problem at all. In fact, what I'm about to divulge has already gotten many prisoners free over the years, though this knowledge is heavily suppressed by the authorities. Surely you can understand why this knowledge (in its pure form) is not commonly known, though there are many cheap counterfeits which don’t work at all. Again, freedom must be in its pure form, without adding to or taking away from it. Be aware: the evil principalities want the prisoners confined behind their bars and to stay there for life, but they can't stop you from breaking free, if you truly act upon the pure remedy.

This is not guess work, but an absolute guarantee, and no one will have to smuggle anything into your jail cell! The chains and cuffs will soon come off without any metal key, as soon as you're ready. It's up to you to decide the timing. You will not need any accomplice or getaway vehicle to flee from prison to safety to go into hiding until things cool down. You can break free today, right after you read this and learn how. In fact, the sooner the better – do NOT delay!

Be sure to read this out loud and don't worry if the prison guards, chaplains, spiritual leaders, police, judges, lawyers or even the prison warden himself learn the way too. In most cases, they need this information too, though they are not behind the kind of prison bars you are. Hopefully, it will not fall on deaf ears. So don't be quiet about this. Be as loud and vocal as you can. If you can somehow get up to the prison housetop, shout it from roof tops to the people. Even the armed guards in the watchtowers need it too. If you can't get to the house top, spread it all around the prison yard and don't hesitate – get the Word out ASAP. The need is so great. The prisoners need to be freed regardless of their sentence and how many times they were denied a retrial. Let's take a brief look at the past.

Famous Prison Breaks

Let’s reminisce for a minute or two. Some of the most noteworthy prison escapes by prisoners who were never recaptured again are from:

* Alcatraz (the Rock) in June 1962 amidst the waters of the San Francisco Bay by escapees Frank Morris, Allen West, and brothers Clarence and John Anglin.

* Waterloo Prison Camp, Michigan in 1969 by Jerry Bergevin.

* Clinton Correctional Facility for Women, New Jersey by Joanne Chesimard in 1978.

Oh prisoners, listen to me. Their ingenious plans to escape to freedom are nothing compared to the one I know that will absolutely work for you. Note, I said "ONE", for there is only one way to escape the horrible confinement of your personal prison house to get real freedom. All prisoners everywhere – worldwide – should be set free, and this WILL work for them too regardless of their crimes and religious background.

Did you notice the above listing cites both male and female prisoners who have escaped man's prison house and cleverly eluded recapture to the attention and amazement of the authorities? Those escapees I just mentioned were not really free though. So don't envy them. They were still in a type of prison and terribly bound by their chains and addictions, although they got out. Their horrible slavery and invisible chains remained until their death, unless somehow they learned of "the way" I want you to know about. This is so powerful, believe it or not, even a hardened jailer from centuries ago learned of the same way, and he and his whole house became filled with joy afterwards! Yes, it is true.

The way to escape is not actually knowledge itself, but sort of. "The way" is actually a person. In fact, he's a King, who after being sentenced to death, died in shame like a criminal between two others. One criminal who died by the King found freedom as he was dying, and the King himself told him he was going to Paradise, which is in the third heaven! The King not only knows how to get there, he himself is THE WAY in (Jn. 14:6); he even came from Paradise to help us get there too, but we must follow the King's directives closely.

A man named Paul summed up this good news in these words, "I have declared to both Jews and Greeks that they must turn to God in repentance and have faith in our Lord Jesus" (Acts 20:21). Paul himself spent much time in man's prison house for proclaiming and defending that same vital message. Imagine that! Oh how our arch enemy, the devil, hates that good news (gospel), and he has offered many worthless counterfeits to deceive people who want to go to Paradise, but are on the wrong road. So, be alert to the devil’s counterfeits.

The King and PRECIOUS Lord Jesus said: “If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me. For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it. What good is it for a man to gain the whole world, and yet lose or forfeit his very self? If anyone is ashamed of me and my words, the Son of Man will be ashamed of him when he comes in his glory and in the glory of the Father and of the holy angels” (Luke 9:23-26).

Jesus also told people he had a spiritual yoke for us to wear much like oxen, or other animals in the natural have, that would be working in a field and pulling a burden:

Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light (Matt. 11:29-30).

People who have repented (and become Christians) are described as follows:

Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires (Gal. 5:24).

To turn from your wickedness, which is dragging you to a fiery hell, and to wisely choose to submissively place Jesus' yoke upon yourself to follow and serve him is equated to believing on Jesus. This way is also the same as getting born again. When a person is born again, he is also forgiven of all of his sins and set free from the sin addictions he was a slave to (John 8:34-36; Rom. 6:22). In particular, it is contact with Jesus' cleansing, precious blood (Rev. 1:5; 1 Pet. 1:19; 1 John 1:7) that brings this new creation (2 Cor. 5:17) miracle about.

NOTE: You will never find rest for your soul until you come to Jesus on his terms. But there is another part to the question, what is the gospel of Jesus Christ: Jesus taught that you must turn from sin (repent) or you will perish in hell's fire:

But unless you repent, you too will all perish (Luke 13:3).

Getting born again occurs at the point of a trusting-and-submitting faith in Jesus for personal salvation, which includes repentance. All 100% of our trust must be in mankind's only Savior, who is Jesus, in order to have salvation (John 14:6; Acts 4:12; etc.). (The Gospel is the power of God, the dynamite – dunamis, Greek. – of God, Rom. 1:16.) Again, Jesus must be the sole focus of our faith. Many have, unfortunately, been deceived into lethally trusting church membership, water baptism, Mary, Saturday Sabbath keeping, Lodge membership, wearing the brown scapular, etc., for salvation. Others are trusting partly in Jesus and partly in something or someone else for their salvation. These people have also been dangerously misled. If you are a backslider, repent to reverse your spiritually dead and lost condition (Lk. 15:24 cf. James 5:19-20; Rom. 11:20-23).

Examples of final salvation verses are shown here:

Our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed (Rom. 13:11).

All men will hate you because of me, but he who stands firm to the end will be saved (Matt. 10:22).

Someone asked him, “Lord, are only a few people going to be saved?” He said to them, “Make every effort to enter through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able to” (Luke 13:23, 24).

Remember 2 Cor. 4:16-18. The word of God is sharper than any double-edge sword (Heb. 4:12). See also Eph. 6:17. Share this message with others. God bless you.

Evangelical Outreach Announces Publication Of Original Christian Poetry Entitled 'The Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego Poem'

Evangelical Outreach, EOMIN.org proclaims and defends the Christian Gospel against various forms of religious deceptions.

As stated on the Wikipedia website, "Poetic forms have been used by Christians since the recorded history of the faith begins. The earliest Christian poetry, in fact, appears in the New Testament. Canticles such as the 'Magnificat' and 'Nunc Dimittis', which appear in the Gospel of Luke, take the Biblical poetry of the psalms of the Hebrew Bible as their models. Many Biblical scholars also believe that St Paul of Tarsus quotes bits of early Christian hymns in his epistles." In keeping with a beloved Christian tradition, Dan Corner, Director of Evangelical Outreach, recently announced the release of an original Christian poem entitled, 'The Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego Poem'.

"We will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold you have set up";
They were willing to go to their death and told that to the king close-up.
Their Godly courage has blessed and strengthened multitudes over the years;
If you are going to endure to the end you must, like them, conquer your fears.
[Dan 3:18; Mt. 10:28]

Threatened by the blazing furnace the three Hebrews stood true;
It takes determined people like them to be of the chosen few.
If you were there too and threatened with death over the same;
Would you buckle, then later bow your head in tearful shame?
[Dan. 3:6; 3:15; Mt. 10:22]

During the last generation, when the Antichrist is here;
If you are alive then, your ultimate test will be near.
If you worship his image and take the mark of the beast;
That will cause your eternal salvation to quickly cease.
[Rev. 14:9-12]

To be tormented with burning sulfur means, one is surely lost;
To get final salvation you must die pure in heart and count the cost.
You might have to pay with your life, as martyrs have been many;
On the other hand, unfaithful apostates have also been plenty.
[Mt. 5:8; Rev. 21:27; Mt. 24:10; etc.]

You must remain faithful to Jesus to not be hurt by the second death;
That means to the very end of your life -- to your very last breath.
Blessed and holy are those who have part in the first resurrection;
Don't fear those who kill the body, but God's ominous rejection.
[Rev. 2:10,11; Rev. 20:6; Mt. 10:28; 25:41]

The final overcomers will not receive the mark of the beast;
Regardless how or when, one day your physical life will cease.
First and foremost and above all else, you must make it in;
Nothing is worth going to the fiery lake - no person or sin.
[Rev 20:4; Rev. 21:1-8]

Know that both your words and actions are powerful and clear;
Though your heart is unseen, they reveal if you are true and sincere.
If you become an idolater to take the mark so you can buy or sell;
Into the fiery lake of burning sulfur you will go to eternally dwell.
[Mt. 12:37; Rev. 13:15-17 cf. Rev. 19:20; 14:9-12]

To overcome you must not love your life to shrink from death;
It's most important you are faithful to God till your last breath.
If you have to stand alone when everyone else falls away;
Be faithful to the true and living God and do not, him, betray.
[Rev. 12:11; Rev. 2:10,11; Heb. 3:14]

It's home in Paradise or fiery torment in the hot burning lake;
It's one or the other so whatever happens do not God, forsake.
Entering the holy New Jerusalem one blessed day;
Is surely worth any price you might have to pay.
[Rev. 21:1-8; 2 Chronicles 15:2; Phil. 1:21,23]

Your vital testimony of Jesus plays a salvation part too;
Like the three courageous Hebrews, you must remain true.
The Antichrist himself will be thrown into the fiery lake;
Never take the mark of the Beast, for your very soul is at stake!
[Rev. 20:4; Heb. 3:14; Rev. 19:20; Rev. 14:9-12]

God's Truth On The Roman Catholic Church, The True Church And Peter The Rock

Catholicism teaches Jesus founded the Catholic Church on Peter the first Pope and Evangelical Outreach, EOMIN.org, carefully examines that claim

Is the Roman Catholic Church the true Church based on the Christian New Testament? This is the ultimate spiritual authority question, for if it is valid we should all become Roman Catholics. Conversely, if their claim is debunked, then present day Catholics should leave that counterfeit religious system. Which is it? Dan Corner, Director of Evangelical Outreach, recently has this to say in response to that question:

Over 1 billion people in our day believe Roman Catholicism is the one true church founded by the Lord Jesus Christ and built upon Peter (the bishop of Rome), the first pope. The focus of that teaching comes from Mt. 16:18,19, but is that really what it is saying?

Simon Peter answered, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God." Jesus replied, "Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by man, but by my Father in heaven. And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven." (Mt. 16:16-19)

Fact 1: "Peter" (petros in Greek is masculine), while "rock" (petra is feminine). Also, petros means a stone or boulder, while petra means a mass of rock, which is much different. That alone shows Peter could not be the "rock" upon which the church was built.

So what is the "rock"? It goes back to Peter's confession about Jesus' identity - "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God", which was revealed to him by the heavenly Father. The "rock" is (the truth that) Jesus is the Christ, the Messiah, and the son of the living God.

Fact 2: Peter was not uniquely given the "keys of the kingdom of heaven" (Mt. 16:19). Those "keys" are for binding and loosing, which the other disciples also had the ability to do:

I tell you the truth, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. (Mt. 18:18)

That message was spoken to the "disciples" [plural] (Mt. 18:1). Hence, Peter did not uniquely get the "keys". Those undeniable facts negate the solitary, authoritative claim Rome has given itself, but there is even more to note.

Fact 3: If Peter were made the head of the apostles, why didn't the other apostles know it? Such is apparent as they were arguing amongst themselves over who was the greatest (Lk. 9:46; 22:24)? Why didn't Jesus correct them by saying that he made Peter the greatest, if he really had? Even Peter viewed himself as a fellow elder, like those he addressed (1 Pet. 5:1); the apostle John addressed himself in the same manner (2 John 1).

Fact 4: Why didn't Peter preside over the important Jerusalem Church Council related to salvation for the Gentiles, if he uniquely had the "keys" and was made the "rock" upon which Jesus would build his church (Acts 15:6-30)?

Fact 5: Why is Peter only one of the reputed "pillars" instead of being the only one or, at the very least, the pillar listed first? The order is "James, Peter and John" (Gal. 2:9) showing the other two men are at least equal in authority to Peter, further debunking Peter’s primacy.

Facts 6: How could Paul not be behind the chiefest of the apostles (2 Cor. 12:11), if Peter was indeed the chief and visible head of the church?

Fact 7: How could Jesus state John the Baptist was the greatest born of woman (Mt. 11:11), implying that John was greater that Peter (and Mary)?

Fact 8: The Apostle Paul openly opposed the Apostle Peter because Peter was in the wrong (Gal. 2:11-14). Paul would never have openly opposed the Apostle Peter if he were the supreme, visible head of the church, while Paul himself occupied a lesser church office than Peter. This single incident alone also shows it is impossible for the Apostle Peter to have been the head of the church.

Fact 9: Peter was a married man (Mt. 8:14; 1 Cor. 9:5); so, why don't the popes, if they share in the same office, have a wife like Peter did?

Facts 10: There is no church office of Pope. Therefore, the alleged papacy and papal infallibility itself are mere empty claims. The real church offices are: apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers (Eph 4:11), but no pope anywhere in the New Testament.

Nor is there any scriptural evidence of subsequent popes after Peter (known as apostolic succession). Ordaining others via the laying on of hands could not have applied to such a non-existent church office. This statement also includes Pope Boniface VIII and his famous Unam Sanctam decree of 1302. That Ex Cathedra (infallible) decree stating that one must be in submission to the Roman Pontiff in order to have salvation is meaningless, as are the other 100+ anathemas that the Council of Trent (1545 to 1563) has placed on all non-Catholics.

Fact 11: How could "Pope" Honorius I (625-638), after his death, be both anathematized as and branded as a heretic by a different Catholic Pope, at one of their own church councils, the Third Council of Constantinople in 680, the thirteenth and sixteenth sessions? How could the College of Cardinals elect Honorius I in the first place to be their pope, if they were led by the Holy Spirit?

Fact 12: If Peter really were a Pope like those in our hour (Pope John Paul II, etc.), how could Peter have neglected to mention Mary in both of his epistles (1, 2 Peter), as well as, in all of his salvation sermons cited in the Book of Acts? FYI: Pope John Paul II’s personal motto was "I am completely yours, Mary", and he frequently spoke of her, which is extremely typical for all popes. Folks, Peter was right; Mary has absolutely no role in our salvation whatsoever. Remember Luke 11:27-28.

The Roman Catholic church declares itself to be "The Church" with the ultimate, spiritual authority of the one true church, but its claims are completely unfounded and they even violently clash with God's word. The evidence shows the Catholic magisterium is untrustworthy and has misled multitudes of precious sincere souls, who have believed their teachings and their "approved" Marian apparitions. It remains the sincere Godly desire of multitudes of Christians, especially ex Catholics, for Catholics to let the New Testament inform them. We must all turn from sin and place 100% of our trust and faith in the PRECIOUS Lord Jesus Christ alone for our soul's salvation. Folks, faithfully and unashamedly follow and serve Jesus till death to enter God's kingdom (Acts 20:21 cf. 26:20; Lk. 9:26; Heb. 3:14). Such is the true saving faith in the PRECIOUS Lord Jesus, which will get you into Paradise after death.

The sacraments, Mary, and being a Catholic cannot save anyone. Final spiritual authority is the scriptures (the Bible); God's written word is the Christian's spiritual authority (2 Tim. 3:16-17). Scripture shows one must sincerely turn from idols and other sins (1 Cor. 6:9-11; Gal. 5:19-21; Rev. 21:8; etc.) and obediently follow Jesus in order to have eternal life in God's kingdom and escape the lake of fire (Lk. 8:21; 2 Cor. 7:10; 1 Thess. 1:9; Lk. 11:27-28; 1 John 5:12-13; Rev. 20:15; etc.). Jesus is our true "life, sweetness and hope"- not Mary, as openly declared in the Rosary – yet another violation of Jesus' teachings (Mt. 6:6-8). Remember you are 100% safe to go by the Bible alone. Don't take a chance with your SOUL. This is for ETERNITY. [Pass this on to another.]

The Jesus Is Michael Teaching Is Deceptive And Not A Christian Teaching Says Evangelical Outreach

The Jehovah's Witnesses and Seven Day Adventists have been misled and are leading others astray.

According to an article found on the Institute For Religious Research entitled, "Is Jesus Michael the archangel?" a piece in April 1 2010 Watchtower addressed the question "Is Jesus the Archangel Michael?" The response, as presented in the article, was "Put simply, the answer is yes…. Jesus Christ is Michael the archangel…. So Michael the archangel is Jesus in his prehuman existence. After his resurrection and return to heaven, Jesus resumed his service as Michael, the chief angel, 'to the glory of God the Father.” Dan Corner, Director of Evangelical Outreach, recently had this to say:

To learn the real identity of Michael the archangel is very important for millions of people. Why? Because the Jehovah's Witnesses and Seventh Day Adventists both wrongly believe and insist that Michael the archangel is Jesus Christ! While the Seventh Day Adventists believe Michael is deity, the Jehovah's Witnesses adamantly oppose the deity of Christ, even denying Jesus was ever prayed to or worshiped!

Michael the archangel is only referred to on five different occasions throughout the entire Bible:

But the prince of the Persian kingdom resisted me twenty-one days. Then Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, because I was detained there with the king of Persia. (Dan. 10:13)

(NOTE: Michael is but just one of the archangels – one of the "chief princes".)

But first I will tell you what is written in the Book of Truth. No one supports me against them except Michael, your prince. (Dan 10:21)

At that time Michael, the great prince who protects your people, will arise. (Dan. 12:1)

But even the archangel Michael, when he was disputing with the devil about the body of Moses, did not dare to bring a slanderous accusation against him, but said, "The Lord rebuke you!" (Jude 1:9)

And there was war in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. (Rev 12:7)

Additionally, the word archangel is only found one time besides Jude 9:

For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. (1 Thess. 4:16)

Which archangel is coming down from heaven is unclear since there are more than one. It might not even be Michael. Furthermore, we must logically conclude from 1 Thess. 4:16 that if Jesus’ coming with the voice of an archangel makes him an archangel, then Jesus is a trumpet too, because he is also coming with the trumpet call of God.

This is all the Jehovah's Witnesses and Seventh Day Adventists got! Nothing shows Jesus to be Michael the archangel; nonetheless, some have distorted those verses to concoct their “Jesus is Michael” fantasy to the detriment of souls. Again, Michael is just one of the chief princes and a warring angel.

As for who Jesus is, consider the clarity of this:

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made”. (John 1:1-3)

Col. 1:16 shows Jesus created everything visible and invisible, including all the angels, in heaven and earth. So before coming to earth Jesus was called "the Word," who created even Michael the archangel. After ascending up to heaven he is still called Jesus:

"Who are you, Lord?" Saul asked. "I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting," he replied. (Acts 9:5)

"I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star." (Rev. 22:16)

Rev. 22:16 further demolishes the twisting of Rev. 1:1 to portray Jesus as an angel. (Rev. 1:1 states, “The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show his servants what must soon take place. He [Jesus] made it known by sending his angel to his servant John.”)

Jesus is never identified as Michael at any time. Likewise, various New Testament writers identified the Lord Jesus by nearly 100 names and titles, each one demonstrating Jesus’ spiritual attributes and significance, and Michael is not any of them. [By the way, the humanity of Jesus does not cancel out his deity any more than his being the Good Shepherd cancels out his being the Lamb of God.]

"Let all God's angels worship him [Jesus]." (Heb. 1:6). So, even Michael the archangel worships Jesus! Moreover, Hebrews 1 showcases Jesus’ deity and majesty, and it lists 8 ways that Jesus is superior to the angels, which includes Michael.

Furthermore, Jesus repeatedly received worship on earth (Mt. 14:33; 28:9, 17, etc.), yet angels never receive worship. When John, awed by heaven’s splendor, fell at the angel’s feet to worship him, the angel stiffly rebuked him, “Don’t do that! I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers and sisters who hold to the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For it is the Spirit of prophecy who bears testimony to Jesus.” (Rev. 19:9-10; See also 22:8-9). In contrast, Jesus receives equal praise and worship with the Father in heaven:

Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that is in them, singing: "To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power, for ever and ever!" The four living creatures said, "Amen," and the elders fell down and worshiped. (Rev. 5:13-14)

Moreover, Jesus is prayed to unlike angels:

While they were stoning him, Stephen prayed, "Lord Jesus, receive my spirit." (Acts 7:59) Others in the early church also prayed to Jesus (Acts 9:14; 1 Cor. 1:2; etc.), but Jehovah's Witnesses refuse to.

If Jesus were Michael the archangel, he should not have been prayed to and worshiped, and yet Jesus was both. The early Christians followed and trusted exclusively in Jesus for salvation, and they received eternal life through him (Mt. 11:28-30; Acts 16:30-31; 7:59; Jn. 3:16; 10:27; 1 Pet. 2:6; 1 Jn. 5:12; etc.). In fact, Jesus is Eternal Life (1 Jn. 1:2).

None of the details about Michael can be logically connected to the Lord Jesus Christ. The Jehovah's Witnesses’ teaching that Jesus is Michael the archangel is mythical and pure religious fantasy.

The proof is clear and overwhelming; though the Jehovah’s Witnesses and Seventh Day Adventists teach that Jesus is Michael the archangel, they do so in violation and neglect of the scriptural evidence. To teach Jesus Christ is Michael the archangel not only downgrades the PRECIOUS Lord Jesus and robs him of his majesty and deity, but it also constitutes serious and lethal error concerning the plan of salvation, to the harm of precious souls.

Florida Immigration Camps And Family Separations Decisions Should Be Tempered By Christian Wisdom Says Donna Louis, Award Winning Florida Author Of 'Book Of Proverbs - Wisdom Vs Wilderness'

Louis is the multi-award-winning author of 'Miracles of Direction' and 'Book of Proverbs: Wisdom Vs Wilderness'

Today the headlines are filled with issues related to immigration and family separations. A recent article in the Orlando Sentinel entitled "Trump considers Central Florida for permanent shelter of immigrant children detained at southern border", presented a vivid picture of the numerous issues surrounding what has become a political hot button.

The political path forward is not a straight path. Every possible solution seems to produce strong emotions from all sides of the debate. Perhaps what is more important is that we begin to see our way past politics and emotion and apply a healthy dose of value-based judgment based on wisdom. Donna Louis, multi-award-winning author of 'Book of Proverbs: Wisdom Vs Wilderness', believes we must first look to wisdom as found in the Book of Proverbs to arrive at a fair resolution of the immigration and family separations problem based on Christian values.

"Today’s society has reached crisis levels regarding many different issues including gun control, hatred, and immigration", Louis stated. "When Jesus walked this earth, he taught us that the most important thing is to love one another. Somehow, we have strayed away from this as well as using wisdom in all areas and issues in our lives."

Louis' latest Christian book, 'Book Of Proverbs, Wisdom vs Wilderness', delves deeply into the timeless human quest for wisdom. As all Christians know, the primary purpose of the Biblical Book of Proverbs is to teach wisdom. The Book of Proverbs provides intellectual depth, insights and exceptional wisdom on how to live a meaningful, joyful and tranquil life by honoring and respecting God as omnipotent.

The new release discusses all chapters in Proverbs 1-31 and brings insight, clarity, and basic meaning to several verses in each chapter. It clarifies why wisdom is not only essential, but mandatory in life, if one hopes to live a blessed life, versus living destitute, empty, or feeling lost or hopeless.

Louis has won a number of industry awards. She was recently chosen as the winner in the 2018 Top Female Author Awards in the Religion/Philosophy/Spiritual category. Louis was chosen from an international field of contestants by a panel of judges. She was also a recent winner in the 2018 50 Great Writers You Should Be Reading Awards.

Louis' recent wins follow three awards in the 50 Great Writers You Should Be Reading Awards contest (2015, 2016 and 2017), and two nominations in the Top Female Authors Awards.

Donna Louis' first book, 'Miracles of Direction, Miracles of Conquest, Miracles of Provision and Miracles of Purpose' helps readers explore miracles both past and present. The book explores biblical miracles that took place while Jesus was here on earth. She then references with miracles that take place on a daily basis in the modern world. She separates these miracles into four categories and presents insightful examples of each type, taken directly from the Bible.

Louis knows her subject well, as she has personally experienced four miracles. As the result of those life-altering experiences, she began an in-depth study of some of Christianity's most well-documented miracles. In her book, she attempts to expand upon and explain both the purpose and the direction of those miracles.

'Miracles' has received rave reviews from readers. One review called it "amazing, uplifting and inspirational". Another stated, "I was profoundly impressed by the writing."

Donna Louis is available for media interviews and can be reached using the information below, or by email at donnalouisgodsmessenger@aol.com. More information is available at her website. Both books are available at online retail book outlets. More information is available at her website at http://www.miraclebook.net.

About Donna Louis:

Donna Louis is happily married to her husband of 35 years Patrick Louis and currently resides in Florida. She lives to accomplish the task that God created her for and on a daily basis to follow Proverbs 3:5-6. "Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths."

The Attack On Grace By Eternal Security Teachers And Catholicism Offer Christians A Distorted View Of The Path To Salvation And How To Get To Heaven Says Evangelical Outreach

Evangelical Outreach, EOMIN.org proclaims and defends the Christian Gospel against various forms of religious deceptions.

Throughout the history of Christianity, the concept of grace has often been misunderstood. What grace is and how to get it is a salvation issue since one is saved by grace. This Heaven or Hell related subject must be carefully examined with scripture. Besides Roman Catholicism the Once Saved Always Saved teachers are the main problems with their false grace teachings. Author and evangelist Dan Corner has this to say:

The biblical term grace has been distorted from different fronts, which has lethally confused salvation itself. Since a Christian is saved and justified by grace (Eph. 2:8,9; Tit. 3:7), to change what grace is or how to get it, is an assault on how to become saved.

Unwittingly, even the utility companies mention a grace period, when one doesn't pay his bill on time. Along with all the religious attacks, that has also aided in the misunderstanding that grace is unmerited favor instead of favor, as the Greek word actually means.

If grace were unmerited favor, then everyone would get saving grace, which is surely not true for the proud and unbelieving. It takes humility to get God's grace, while the proud are opposed (1 Pet. 5:5). It also takes a faith in the Lord Jesus Christ to get in grace (Rom. 5:2), but that same faith can afterwards cease to exist (Lk. 8:13; 1Tim. 1:19; 2 Tim. 2:18; Rom. 11:20-23). If it were not necessary to have a submissive faith in the Lord Jesus Christ for salvation by grace, then Universalism would be true, which is impossible (Mt. 13:41,42; 25:46; 2 Pet.3:9; Jude 7; etc.).

The grace changers (Jude 4) of our day are the Eternal Security (or Once Saved Always Saved) teachers, who have equated their fraudulent doctrine to grace, and thereby automatically attempt to discount all opposing views as something else, such as a work's salvation, legalism or cult. Also, their once in grace always in grace belief is demolished by Gal. 5:2-4, which shows a Christian can fall from grace to the place where Christ is of no value at all, meaning he no longer has salvation.

From a totally different angle, Catholicism attacks grace by teaching Mary is the mediatrix and dispenser of all graces and “to Jesus through Mary”, meaning we get to Jesus by first going to Mary. In contrast, Jesus taught us to come directly to him (Mt. 11:28; Jn. 5:40; 7:37; etc.). The Catholic view is also disproved by the repentant thief, who bypassed Mary at the foot of the cross and successfully went to Jesus and was saved (Lk. 23:42,43).

Catholicism also teaches grace comes through their sacraments with babies getting born again at infant baptism. If that were true then infants, who can't repent or have faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, would get saving grace, which is impossible.

The result of these ongoing attacks on grace have resulted in multitudes being lethally deceived about salvation and the holy image of Christians being smeared. In reality, God's grace teaches us to say "No" to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age (Titus 2:12). True grace does not allow for wickedness, and the gospel of grace includes a conditional security for the believer in Christ (1 Cor. 15:2; Col. 1:23).

The counterfeit grace has deceitfully allowed for Christian drunks, adulterers, thieves, liars, etc. with no one living holy and obediently, as Christians do (Lk. 8:21; Phil. 2:12; Heb. 5:9; 1 John 2:3,4; etc.). The prevalent counterfeit grace teachings have produced millions of counterfeit Christians. Remember, God is not holding and keeping Christians to the place where we can't turn away and die spiritually (Rom. 8:12; James 1:14,15; 5:19,20; etc.), getting back on the road to hell again, as has happened to many.

True salvation by grace includes humble repentance (turning from sin) and a submissive faith in the Lord Jesus Christ to the place of unashamedly following, serving and obeying him. Salvation by grace is gained without Mary or water baptism, and it is not unmerited favor. We have eternal life as long as we have Jesus (1 Jn.5:12,13), which can change (Mt. 10:33; Jn. 15:1-6; Rom. 11:20-23; Rev. 3:16; etc.).

Jesus taught to make every effort to enter through the narrow door (Luke 13:24), while the spurious say, “make no effort because that is works and legalism”. Obedience is not legalism. We must continue to sow to please the Spirit and not give up to reap eternal life (Gal. 6:8,9; Rom. 2:7) and to endure hatred to the end for salvation's sake (Mt. 10:22; Heb. 3:14; Rev. 2:10,11). Consult the books, The Believer's Conditional Security and Is This the Mary of the Bible for much more.
