Prior to starting M2G Dynamic Leadership Solutions, Dr. Gillam was a Senior Executive with the Department of Defense (DoD) at the Pentagon, where she served as the Director of Technology, Innovation, and Engineering.  After military retirement, she worked in private industry as a government contractor for Booz, Allen and Hamilton.  An experienced and seasoned leader, Dr. Gillam has led several organizations and deployed in support of numerous real-world operations.  Prior to her military retirement, Dr. Gillam served as the Director of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the largest Air Logistics Center in the Air Force.  In that position, she was directly responsible for ensuring compliance with numerous Congressional and DoD level mandates to include the Clinger-Cohen Act, the Federal Information Security Management Act and the DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process.

Under her tenure as President of the Oklahoma Chapter of the Armed Forces Communications-Electronics Association (AFCEA), the chapter won the distinguished Harry S. Ingles International Award, and the Model Chapter of the Year Award.  Dr. Gillam has also been awarded multiple military and leadership awards to include the Spirit of the American Woman Leadership Award, and the Federal Women's Executive Leadership Award.  A highly sought after keynote speaker, Dr. Gillam is known for her amazing ability to encourage, inspire, and motivate others to live their dreams.  In 2015, Dr. Gillam will produce and host a local 30 minute television series entitled ‘Leadership Table Talk.’  The show is designed to help individuals grow and develop their leadership skills and talent.  The show will air on the Fairfax County Public Access channel in Virginia.
