Miraculous Visions And Miracle Healings Are Common Occurrences For Pat Chalfant, Author Of 'Spirit Lights'
Oregon Spiritualist Medium Pat Chalfant's amazing psychic gifts have helped hundreds of individuals worldwide.
For most people, miracles in the forms of healings or visions are extraordinary events. For Pat Chalfant, they happen frequently. So much so that she has incorporated these kinds of events into her work and her life. Pat is a Certified CARE Medium who now gives psychic readings and teaches mediumship classes. Pat recently related several of these events.
"Dr. Brumet had barely finished his final comments," Pat stated, "in the closing lecture for the weekend seminar titled 'Meditation in the Noble Silence.' Suddenly, without planning to, I found myself on my feet hurrying up the aisle toward the front of the auditorium where Dr. Brumet stood.
"It seemed unreal to me that I was actually on my way up that aisle to tell him what I hadn’t intended to tell him at all. It was something I had seen in one of his meditation sessions earlier in the week. I decided on the run to just start at the top and tell him what had appeared. It was quite surprising to me and seemed quite mystical, but I couldn’t imagine that it would mean anything to him. Nevertheless, as I suddenly reached his side I said, 'Hello, Dr. Brumet. I’m the mother of Beth Ullman who’s been singing in your presentation and I am an intuitive. As I was watching you yesterday during the meditation portion of the day, I suddenly saw a large circle of white material over your right shoulder which opened up in the middle and became donut-shaped, then inside the doughnut hole, I saw a meditator sitting cross-legged. I saw it for only a few moments, then the donut crumbled and disappeared.'
"Immediately, he said, 'Very interesting! A few years ago, when photographs were taken involving me, that image was seen in the photos. What do you think it means?' I really had thought he might not reply to it at all, so I wasn’t prepared to venture an interpretation.
"Little did I know that there would be more mystical revelations before the weekend was done. Remarkable as the image of the cross-legged meditator was and Dr. Brumet’s explanation of its dramatic association with him, there was more to come.
"We left early the next morning for KC and what turned out to be a really exciting Sunday morning in the church where my daughter was scheduled to sing. The band that worked there every Sunday morning was warming up and it was clear they would be wonderful for Beth to work with, but I could hardly pay attention to the whole thing because, as the old joke goes, 'my feet were killing me.' I had walked long distances on the Unity Village campus where the classes were held and I had worn sandals when I should have worn walking shoes. I was trying to conceal that I was really limping a lot. As Beth went straight into the sanctuary to rehearse with the band, I hobbled into the book store that was right across from the sanctuary.
"The manager greeted me as I entered saying, 'Hello, just let me know if I can help you find anything. My goodness, that’s a bad limp you have there. I do some healing. Would you like me to see if I could help you with that?' I gratefully said that if it wasn’t too much trouble, I would love that. She told me to go into the office that was just off the book store and wait for her while she rang up another customer’s sale.
"It was only a matter of minutes before she came in and asked me to show her where the pain was and I indicated it was my right foot. She explained she would start by holding her hands around my head and then she would end up at the floor working on the foot directly. She lowered the lights and began by holding her hands behind my head. I felt, as she worked, that even with my eyes closed, I could feel her energy and knew exactly where her hands were and what they were doing. Later she bent down to the floor and moved her hands in paddling motions around the foot in question. I began to feel something changing, it seemed there was less pain, then I became so lulled by what was happening that I felt myself pleasantly, peacefully drifting away.
"When she came to a stop with the healing, the lights came back on and she asked me, 'How does that feel now?' I opened my eyes, wiggled my toes, stood up, walked on the foot and was amazed. The pain wasn’t completely gone, but the foot was seriously much better. I was hardly limping. I was pretty much healed. My thanks were profuse. I asked her how she had learned to do this kind of healing. She said, 'I lived in England when my children were small and one day when I picked them up after school, my son’s teacher said that my son had been hurt on the school playground but was fine now because she had healed him. I wanted to know what she meant. She demonstrated the technique and I imitated what she did until she said I had got it right. From that time on, I would just heal the kids with that simple technique every time they got hurt. It’s really effective.'
"I might have stayed and talked with her, but the service was about to start. So I walked over to the sanctuary happy to be without a noticeable limp and in a short while, was thankfully singing a familiar hymn to the accompaniment of the extraordinary church band. But the miracles weren’t over yet.
"As the minister got into her sermon, it turned out to be about healing. She told a story about a physical healing that had happened to her and as she began to speak about that healing, I recalled Dr. Brumet telling about how he started having a serious pain in his body as he sat in the cross-legged way during a Meditation in the Noble Silence years before when he was a student. The students were always urged never to leave the meditative position until the leader dismissed everyone. He felt the pain becoming unbearable but he was determined that he would stay in the proper position no matter what happened. He mentally gritted his teeth and hoped for help, until suddenly, he felt the pain go away. The pain simply disappeared and there was no obvious reason for it going.
"The minister’s story reflected that same sudden change from pain to healing and as she said what had happened to her and I recalled what Dr. Brumet said had happened to him, I felt the last part of the pain and stiffness in my foot simply melt away. I knew positively, without even trying to walk on it, that the pain and stiffness had gone completely now. I knew it was happening because I could feel 'something' move through me that moved the last of the discomfort out of me as the 'something' left."

Life After Death Can Be Proven Says Pat Chalfant, CARE Certified Spiritualist Psychic Medium, Author of 'Spirit Lights a Path To Mediumship'
Oregon Spiritualist Medium Pat Chalfant's amazing psychic gifts have helped hundreds of individuals worldwide.
While many of us believe there is an afterlife, for most it is just that - a belief. But where is the proof? The proof will not be found by science; it will instead be found in experience.
CARE Certified Medium and author Pat Chalfant knows, beyond any shadow of doubt, that the afterlife exists. For Pat and many of her students and clients, the proof lies in the experiences they have shared.
"A client booked a reading with me on March 9th, 2006, and mentioned in the inquiry that she was doing some automatic writing and just needed to think about that out loud with someone who had some professional background and experience in extrasensory perception. She really needed assurance because she had never read about this kind of thing or had any kinds of spiritual or psychic experiences so she had no clue about what was what."
"The two main correspondents were musicians of yesteryear, one who died in the 1970’s and the other in the 1990s, both were extremely well-known. I asked how she had found me and asked if she had put 'psychic medium' in a search engine. She told me, 'You know, that’s a funny thing because I was looking for something entirely different in Yahoo, and your name just popped up.' She said she asked the famous musician who had taken the lead in instructing her in automatic writing and metaphysical subjects in general whether it would be all right for her to speak with me about her doubts, because she needed someone on earth to give her advice about all of it. We’ll call him John, and she said he immediately seemed very happy about that and said that was ok. Previously, he had not wanted her to speak with any mediums because he was afraid they would tell her bad things about him, but he said I was ok with him."
"The reason that I was so enchanted and so convinced by the things this young medium told me was that this man, John, had told her all the right things, everything that makes mediumship safe. And all of this had happened entirely through just practicing her automatic writing on a daily or nearly daily basis for a couple of months."
"She met up with two mediums before she began the automatic writing who gave her important signposts. The first one was at a party at Christmas time and told her that many spirits were around her and making it difficult for this medium to enjoy herself at the party because they were so “loud.” She said that this young woman would receive a present from a co-worker and it would have the musician John’s picture on it and a mirror. She was given an object for Christmas with his picture on it, as predicted, and her boyfriend took off a sticker on the back of it for her to discover it was covering a mirror."
"The next medium came into her coffee shop and said that she wasn’t allowed to give anyone a reading unless they asked her for one. 'So ask me,' she said. The girl, who had never met any mediums or psychics in her life before, but would soon be a medium herself, said, 'Okay, give me a reading.' This reader told her that she was going to be involved with two men who were spirits and their names were John and Micky and they were famous musicians."
"Later this woman said she can hear spirit voices but she hears them speaking as if they spoke in her own voice. After the girl developed the ability to hear spirit (clairaudience) she heard spirits speaking as they had on earth."
"A lot of proofs began to be brought to her of the same sort as had happened with John. These were arranged by the other musician whom we will call Micky. She had gotten a copy of a reality show that had recently been produced and had involved him, even though he had died ten years before, and when she put it on to play it in the restaurant she owns, the lights immediately dimmed, then flashed. She played it several more times and each time the lights did a show for everyone, so that everyone could see it and comment to her on it. That was one of the things she realized early on, that these inexplicable happenings nearly always happened when other people were around so they could tell her about them, verify them for her, and so people began to mention that there was something that seemed almost “planned” about these things that happened around her."
"She found taped interviews of them both and she recognized their voices."
"She had had more than enough proofs that these guys were around her by the time that she gave in and, standing in the middle of her bedroom at 2 a.m. one morning, she said to nobody visible, “Okay, I know you’re there, tell me what you want?”
She realized, then, that there was a pencil and paper by her bed that she didn’t remember putting there, so she said, ‘Okay, if that’s what you want, I’ll try it.' And she did…she sat down, put the pencil to the paper,…felt a slight push on her hand…and the rest, as they say, is history, or it will be when the book that John is helping her to write comes out."
"After she had done a certain amount of automatic writing and had gotten to know the two, she knew that Micky still had unfinished issues on earth that made him bitter and sad, but that John had met Micky because of her and he was on a different plane than Micky."
"Both John and Micky told her they wanted to prove to their families and friends that they were still alive on the Other Side. They indicated that they wanted her to take copies of their automatic writing to their loved ones on earth to prove they still existed and to help straighten out misunderstandings."

This reader told her that she was going to be involved with two men who were spirits and their names were John and Micky and they were famous musicians."

Proof Of Life After Death Offered By Pat Chalfant, CARE Certified Spiritualist Psychic Medium In 'Spirit Lights A Path To Mediumship'
Oregon Spiritualist Medium Pat Chalfant's amazing psychic gifts have helped hundreds of individuals worldwide. She is the author of 'Spirit Lights A Path To Mediumship'
Most of us believe death is the end. We dread the mention of the subject. It is our greatest fear and so it comes as no surprise that we look for ways to deal with it. Not surprisingly, many of us believe in an afterlife or, at the very least, hope there is an afterlife. But where is the proof?
CARE Certified Medium and author Pat Chalfant knows, beyond any shadow of doubt, that the afterlife exists. For Pat and many of her students and clients, the proof lies in the experiences they have shared.
"I had worked for several months as office manager for several young men who owned a very successful advertising business in LA," Pat stated. "I was just beginning to think I might study mediumship at that time, but I hadn’t started to study yet. I was doing some publicity for mediums at that time and had gotten a piece printed in a tabloid about Barry Laine, who was a fabulous medium my husband Jay and I had discovered at a Spiritualist church in Los Angeles."
"I took Betty, a girl from my office, to several of Barry’s Friday evening meetings. She was tremendously impressed with his ability. The meeting of Barry’s that will forever remain in my memory was when I went on ahead to Barry’s meeting after work one Friday without Betty who had told me she was busy talking with Steve, one of the partners who owned the business. He had seemed quite agitated that day but I hadn’t been told why."
"I later sat in the meeting place with a dozen or so others waiting for the service to begin and wondering if Betty might not make it after all. Suddenly, just before Barry opened the session, Betty and Steve entered and sat in the front row almost in front of the podium where Barry always stood. In a few moments Barry entered and started the service. We sang hymns, Barry spoke, there was prayer and then the message part of the service began."
"Barry immediately pointed at Steve, asked permission to read for him and began the messages. Barry Laine told Steve that he and his wife would soon be divorced, in fact that Steve had just been told about it by his wife the night before and that she now knew about his affairs (such as the 'girls' that everybody in our office knew the guys often 'lunched with' just down the street from the office) and several other such problems that they had quarreled over. Barry was quite specific about what Betty and Steve had spoken about. He also told Steve that he had always been a skeptic but that Steve would no longer be one because he, Barry, was correct about everything he was telling Steve."
"We didn’t expect what happened next. Steve, looking shocked and overcome with amazement, turned to all of us in the audience and confirmed about himself what Barry Laine could not have known before this service because he, Steve, had only just told Betty about it a couple of hours before the meeting. Furthermore, we learned from Steve that Betty had never left Steve’s presence until they arrived at Barry’s service where Barry had now described it all publicly so that everyone knew now what Steve had told Betty."
"I have never seen anyone as amazed as Steve was that night. Here was airtight proof of mediumship resulting from something that nobody could have told the medium beforehand because Betty was the only person Steve had told so far and she had never been out of Steve’s sight, and absolutely nowhere near a phone to secretly inform Barry of what she’d learned about Steve and his wife. To give Steve credit, he made sure that everyone there heard him as he confirmed what Barry had said so that we all understood that Barry was what he claimed to be, an incredible and marvelously accurate medium. I was so glad I got to experience that. It was an open-and-shut case and something not ever to be forgotten by anyone who experienced it."
"Mediums work with guides who are on the Other Side of Life, so this happening was proof of life after death, as well as proof of the amazing accuracy of Barry Laine. If you’re looking for proof of life after death, attend a Spiritualist church. You just may have a medium bring an identification message from someone you were close to before their death which will convince you that it’s really them and that they are, indeed, still alive. I became a medium in a Spiritualist church so I know that happens with regularity in Spiritualist churches."

Life After Death, The Death Of A Child And The Parent Child Bond Addressed By NDE Expert And Author Brian McLaughlin
The death of a child is overwhelming and horrific. While the pain is unimaginable, the overwhelming need for assurance that the child is okay weighs heavily on the hearts and in the minds of parents. Conversely, from the perspective of a child, the death of a parent is every bit as traumatic.
The parent/child bond is the most powerful force in the human psychological makeup. Whether a parent loses a child, or a child loses a parent, there is an overwhelming need on the part of survivors for assurance that the deceased is really okay.
For most of us, questions such as "Is my child OK?" or "Is my Dad OK?" are questions that cannot be answered with certainty. Not so in the case of Brian McLaughlin. He has the answer and it is rooted in a firm base of absolute certainty.
McLaughlin, author of 'A Flight Without Wings, My Experience With Heaven', offers a message of hope to those of us who can open our minds to the possibility that there really is an afterlife. His message is not based on hope or wishful thinking. It is instead based upon experience. His message offers us the clearest proof we'll ever have in regards to knowing that our loved ones are really okay.
McLaughlin shared: “The trauma from loss remains a painful emotion to endure. Parents, friends, and family members evoke memories that we may feel are lost. The added sense of responsibility in the death of a child makes the process even more debilitating. There are only a few ways to convince someone of the existence of
life after death and that their child is OK.
"One would be faith, and the other might be listening/talking to someone who has first hand experience with the afterlife. Difficult to explain the bright, comfortable, all- embracing light that surrounded my father and me when I saw him in Heaven. It seems that the love and knowledge that passed to me, came from that light and through my father."
"Sometimes I wonder if he felt further comfort in this opportunity to contribute to my life, albeit to ultimately send me back.”
Brian's book about his near death experience, 'A Flight Without Wings' offers readers a look at the near death experience from an unbiased point of view. It is the presentation of the material that sets this book apart from the other books about the near death experience. It is raw and it's real. There is no embellishment and no hidden agenda. While his book has a spiritual flavor certainly, there is no preaching and no religious messages. It is his near-death experience, just as it happened.
McLaughlin's experience changed the course of his life forever. It instilled in him what we all seek - certainty about life after death. And with that a peace of mind that can never be shaken, nor can it be doubted. His near death experience brought a sense of clarity. It brought a sense of real, lasting peace. He now knows with certainty that we exist forever. It is that simple message he brings to his audience, both through his book and at his speaking engagements and in his media appearances.
Brian has won numerous awards. He was chosen as one of '50 Great Writers You Should Be Reading' in both the 2015 and 2016 Book Awards.
Reviews of 'A Flight Without Wings' have been overwhelmingly positive. Dr. Penny Sartori, author of 'The Wisdom of Near-Death Experiences', said "This book will help others who have had an NDE to make sense of their experience and will also help those close to someone who has had an NDE because NDEs affect close family members and friends too."
Jack Magnus, a reviewer with Readers Favorite, called the book a "well written and moving memoir that neither delves into the fanciful or dogmatic,...” "…Well worth reading, and is highly recommended." Another stated, "Being a mother who lost her only child I found it to be a great comfort to me." Another said, "I have read many accounts such as these, but this beautifully written account simply touched my heart in ways that previous ones have not."
Mark Feuerstein, Actor (Royal Pains, USA Network) wrote: “I have read it and I think it’s an inspiring tale of deep insight and so personal and yet so universal . . . such profound perspective.”

The Death Of A Child - Life After Death Is Addressed By NDE Expert And Author Brian McLaughlin's 'A Flight Without Wings
The death of a child is a pain that never goes away. It is a loss that is unlike any other loss. It is overwhelming and traumatic and reshapes our entire existence. The pain is unimaginable.
When a child is taken away, our need to care for that child is not taken away. The parent's desire to protect the child is deeply ingrained, one of the most powerful forces in the psyche. It is hardwired into our DNA. The unexpected death of a child often turns that parental instinct into a searing need to know, to find answers.
Unfortunately, "Is my child okay?" is a question without a firm answer. We can hope, we can believe, but ultimately we don't really know. If we knew beyond any shadow of doubt, perhaps we could rest in at least some form of assurance of safety.
Brian McLaughlin, author of 'A Flight Without Wings, My Experience With Heaven', offers a message of hope to those of us who can open our minds to the possibility that there really is an afterlife. His message is not based on hope or wishful thinking. It is instead based upon experience. His message offers us the clearest proof we'll ever have in regards to knowing that our loved ones are really okay.
McLaughlin recalls: “I was gifted some extraordinary insights and intuitions through my death experience (NDE). My vision of what happens when we die, and what Heaven is like came to me as a first person experience. My clarity is not a compilation or summery of other people’s stories, packaged neatly into a lesson."
"Although my book recalls only the tips of the icebergs I encountered through death, and a visit to Heaven, the depth of my event unravels when I speak about it."
"The parental instinct that causes so much anxiety over the loss of a child poses questions that can only be answered by someone who has “been there”. It would really require some measure of faith to believe in an afterlife, however, those who do can gather a lot of clarity and comfort from listening to someone directly altered by such an experience."
"I try on many occasions to answer questions like: Is my child ok? Are they alone or scared? I know the answers. I know how they are feeling... I know if they feel scared or alone. Even though knowing these answers will not bring their loved one back, it may be a comfort to be able to clear their plate somewhat.”
Brian's book about his near death experience, 'A Flight Without Wings' offers readers a look at the near death experience from an unbiased point of view. It is the presentation of the material that sets this book apart from the other books about the near death experience. It is raw and it's real. There is no embellishment and no hidden agenda. Is My Child Ok Is The Question Asked By Survivors After Death - NDE Expert And Author Brian McLaughlin Offers A Message Of Hope
McLaughlin's book about his NDE details his totally unique near death experience. It is raw and it's real. There is no embellishment, no preaching and no hidden agenda
When we lose a child, the question we ask is "Is my child ok?" We can't answer that question, though it haunts us.
Many grief support organizations, such as The Compassionate Friends, offer support to parents after a child dies. The Angel of Hope Children's Memorial offers parents an opportunity to create a memorial to the memory of children lost. Others like Bereaved Parents of the USA, The Dougy Center, The COPE Foundation and many more offer help and support to those left behind. Churches, psychologists, peer groups and a multitude of others approach the issue from myriad perspectives. We are not without help, yet we are still left wondering.
Not so for near death experience survivor Brian McLaughlin, author of 'A Flight Without Wings, My Experience With Heaven'. McLaughlin offers a message of hope to those of us who can open our minds to the possibility that there really is an afterlife.
McLaughlin reveals: "The single most asked question I encounter by people who have lost someone special is: Is my child (or special person) Ok ? By that, I have assumed that they are concerned whether their child, family member, or friend are lonely or scared or want desperately to return."
"I find myself in a unique position to answer these and other similar questions through my experience of dying, spending some time in Heaven, then returning."
"Will the deceased remain looking the same as when they left ? Will I recognize them if they age as we do here on Earth ? I think some people liken it to a High School reunion, when you see people you knew decades ago, and now, don’t recognize them at all. The personal experience I had in seeing my deceased father convinced me that it’s not like that in Heaven."
"Secondly, from my own personal experience again, I was not desperate to return. In fact, when my father told me I had to ‘go back’, I was disappointed. That may be a hard pill to swallow for some (it was for my family), but if you think about it... Imagine how content one would have to be, not to want to return, even to say goodbye".
Brian's book about his near death experience, 'A Flight Without Wings' offers readers a look at the near death experience from an unbiased point of view. It is the presentation of the material that sets this book apart from the other books about the near death experience. It is raw and it's real. There is no embellishment and no hidden agenda.

Proof Of The Afterlife Is Not Available To Science, But Exists Nevertheless Says Author And Certified Medium Pat Chalfant
Oregon Spiritualist Medium Pat Chalfant's amazing psychic gifts have helped hundreds of individuals worldwide. She is the author of 'Spirit Lights A Path To Mediumship'
All of us experience death. It might be the death of a spouse, the death of a family member, the death of a child or a close friend. It is the most devastating experience any human must endure. Not surprisingly, many of us believe in an afterlife or, at the very least, hope there is an afterlife. But where is the proof?
Finding proof of the afterlife is no easy task. This is because many people believe that proof of existence of something must be scientific proof. When science cannot prove the existence of something, including the afterlife, many people take the easy path and simply discount the idea entirely. The more rational seeker understands that not everything that exists can be proven scientifically - awareness, the presence of thought, etc. It is not that these things do not exist; it is instead that they do not fall under the umbrella of science.
CARE Certified Medium and author Pat Chalfant knows, beyond any shadow of doubt, that the afterlife exists. For Pat and many of her students and clients, the proof lies in the psychic experiences they have shared.
"In one situation a woman called for a reading and I was able to reassure her that her daughter was still living but wanted her to know that she had inadvertently killed herself," Pat stated. "All the while I was in contact with the daughter, I was in tears—reflecting her tears. Another wrote me asking if I could get her in touch with the person that she had gone to radio and TV shows hoping the famous mediums who worked on those shows would connect her with again, only to be overlooked after paying hundreds of dollars to attend these events. As I read the e-mail she had written me, I saw three images, one after another, and I immediately wrote back to her describing these to her. She replied just as quickly saying I had hit the nail on the head and said she would be forever grateful for my proving adequately to her that he still existed."
Pat's inspirational book, 'Spirit Lights A Path To Mediumship', explains how Pat, a real skeptic regarding such matters, developed mediumship abilities and now lives a life transformed by the spiritual. Mediumship is a controversial issue and Pat understands this, but she also believes that credible mediumship holds the promise of real benefits for mankind that have not been fully explored.
She has written a column on parapsychology and interviewed Hollywood stars and the psychics who read for them for a national newspaper. Other topics she’s taught and written about are: past life therapy, death and dying, the Edgar Cayce work, the Cathars, and Spiritual healing.
The Association for Past Life Research and Therapies newsletter published a series of her interviews with psychiatrists, psychologists, and hypnotherapists who were all west coast pioneers of past life therapy. She also teaches internationally online and intermittently hosts an online Spiritualist circle, Spirit Lights Chapel.
Pat offers one-on-one client readings arranged via email, and offers classes in mediumship. She hosts a Youtube channel that offers information on mediumship. All are now available at her site.
Pat's online courses are exactly like the ones she teaches regularly in a classroom setting in Portland,Oregon. These classes are held online so that anyone can take part no matter where they might be in the world. Students receive one-on-one, private instruction - instead of sharing instruction with a group of students. This approach can produce results in a shorter amount of time.
Private psychic readings can be done over the phone and can be scheduled by email.
Pat Chalfant is currently appearing on The Authors Show. Her interview is available now at The Authors Show site. 'Spirit Lights A Path To Mediumship' is available at her website and at Amazon. Pat is available for media interviews and can be reached using the information below or by email at pat.chalfant@patchalfant.com. She is also available for inspirational lectures. What The Afterlife Is Like - Multi Award Winning Author Brian McLaughlin Chosen As One Of '50 Great Writers You Should Be Reading' For 2016
McLaughlin's book about NDE, 'A Flight Without Wings - My Experience With Heaven' details his totally unique near death experience. It is raw and it's real. There is no embellishment, no preaching and no hidden agenda.
Brian McLaughlin, author of 'A Flight Without Wings' has been chosen as one of 50 Great Writers You Should Be Reading' in the 2016 Book Awards program. McLaughlin was chosen from a field of hundreds of authors through a public voting process. This is the second year in a row he has qualified for the award.
Brian McLaughlin is one of very few people who have had the near death experience. The simple message he offers as the result of his NDE holds the key to peace, freedom from fear and the power to change the world and everyone and everything in it.
Brian McLaughlin shows us clearly in his book how, through a single key concept, we can experience a life filled with peace in the midst of discord. We can find freedom from fear when faced with uncertainty. We can overcome any form of anxiety, even while facing down threats from within and without. Depression, despair and dismay can easily be transformed into peace, confidence, contentment and joy in one single stroke. What is this most powerful concept that will allow us achieve these states?
The key is to accept that the afterlife really does exist - without question. This has nothing to do with religion and everything to do with truth. While the afterlife cannot be proven using a scientific method based in the physical, it can be proven through one's experience. McLaughlin is one of very few people who have had that experience. He speaks from that experience and his readers and audiences reap the benefits.
Recently McLaughlin stated: “Each Near Death Experience that people might return from, offer similarities. The differences appear to be mostly in the different presentations. Although I never set out to write something to be specifically “different” from most of the other accounts, it became unique by the way it spoke to the readers.
"In explaining my experience in my book, I tried to engage the readers by being honest and simple. I left room for each individual to gather support of their own belief systems without having to subscribe to anything outside their ‘comfort zone’ . I have stated before that my concept of Heaven was not met in my experience, but it was never the less, profound in its own right.
"I was not disappointed in what I saw and felt, it just lacked the fanciful pre-conceived notion that I had of Heaven. I didn’t make the comparison until I returned, when I thought back and realized that I hadn’t seen any halos or wings or archangels. What I experienced was pure and simple.”

And with that a peace of mind that can never be shaken, nor can it be doubted. His near death experience brought a sense of clarity. It brought a sense of real, lasting peace. He now knows with certainty that we exist forever and it is that message he hopes to bring back in the interest of giving back. It is that simple message he offers to his audience through his book, at his speaking engagements and in his media appearances.
Brian's upcoming media engagements include:
Chapters Rap TV - Dr. Jeff Fox, Pure Dental. Dr. Fox traveled with Medical Wings International, a team of ten medical, dental and vision care professionals along with in-country American Airlines employee partnership, joined forces and committed their resources towards helping those less fortunate than themselves. They treated over 1200 patients in a non-stop, three day medical mission and provided services to the people of Ataco, El Salvador.

Certainty About The Afterlife Eliminates The Fear In One's Life Today - Brian McLaughlin, TV Host, NDE Expert And Author of 'A Flight Without Wings' Announces Events
McLaughlin's book about his NDE details his totally unique near death experience. It is raw and it's real. There is no embellishment, no preaching and no hidden agenda
All human beings experience fear. However it is fear that lies at the very core of every negative mind state. So, if fear is eliminated, can that help us overcome those negative mind states? Is that even possible? Brian McLaughlin, NDE expert, TV host and author of 'A Flight Without Wings', believes it is possible.
The list of things we fear is endless. There are the almost universal fears of sickness, old age and death. We fear changes in our relationships with other people, other countries, other races and other philosophies. Some of us are afraid of the big movements in the stock market, big money, big pharma or big government, large dogs, small snakes, tiny germs, viruses or bacteria. A spot on our nose. A pain in the chest. Our own thoughts.
If we could overcome our fear of all of those things, how would we view our lives? What if fear did not exist? How would our lives change? What if we knew, conclusively and beyond any doubt, that there is no reason to fear - anything at all? Many of us would call that "heaven". That is precisely the message Brian McLaughlin, author of 'A Flight Without Wings' offers to his audience. His message is not hopeful. It offers no room for uncertainty. His message is based in certainty and fact. It is a message that everyone needs to hear, as his simple message holds the power to change the world and everyone and everything in it.
Brian McLaughlin shows us clearly in his book how we can experience a life filled with peace in the midst of discord. We can find freedom from fear when faced with uncertainty. He now knows with certainty that we exist forever. It is that simple message he brings to his audience, both through his book and at his speaking engagements and in his media appearances.
McLaughlin stated in a recent interview: “It was a pleasure to read a review from a reader who dismissed the small literary mistakes I made in an attempt to appear honest and transparent. After all, the most important part of non-fiction would be accuracy.
Beyond that, presenting believable honesty in a comfortable way was my goal. That convincing came from jumping back and forth on a timeline much the same as a conversation might. It is difficult to summon every nuance in the first go around.”
Brian serves as co-host of the Chapters Rap Show on MadhouseTV.com, an Internet television show that is broadcast worldwide. He uses this forum to showcase people who make a difference. He recently interviewed Emily Rachael, a singer confined to a wheelchair who is involved with the training and placement of service dogs. She is truly an inspiration to all that encounter her. Upcoming interviews include members of the Job Corp., discussing well kept secrets for young people looking for a direction in life, and how to find help and support to accomplish their dreams.
Brian was chosen as one of '50 Great Writers You Should Be Reading' in 2015. He has again been chosen as a finalist in the 2016 '50 Great Writers You Should Be Reading' awards. Reviews of 'A Flight Without Wings' have been overwhelmingly positive. Recently a reader posted this review on Amazon: 5 Stars -"Good Book, Meaningful"
"As some of the other reviewers pointed out, the writing isn’t the best as it is repetitive at times and bounces around a little, however this is not a novel. This is a guy sharing his near death account and other lessons that he learned in his life. He is trying to help people with real life issues rather than create a written masterpiece. At no time in the book was I lost or confused about what he was saying; it may read a little rough, but is certainly acceptable writing. I also want add that the fact the book wasn’t filled with over elaborate details indicates a honesty in what the author is saying.
"I have read many books on the subject and I did truly enjoy this one. While a lot of the book doesn’t have to do with the Near Death Experience itself, I felt that I gained something and I was kept intrigued throughout all of the book. The Near Death Experience itself was very interesting and I very much enjoyed reading about it."

What The Afterlife Is Like - 'A Flight Without Wings' By NDE Expert Brian McLaughlin Gives Us The Answer
McLaughlin's book about his NDE details his totally unique near death experience. It is raw and it's real. There is no embellishment, no preaching and no hidden agenda
Fear is the most debilitating state any person can experience. Fear lies at the very core of every negative mind state a human being might experience. As demonstrated in the last few days, even something as common as a Presidential election can strike mortal fear into the hearts of large segments of the public. But it goes far beyond that.
Fear affects every area of our lives. There are the almost universal fears of sickness, old age and death. We fear changes in our relationships with other people, other countries, other races and other philosophies. Some of us are afraid of the big movements in the stock market, big money, big pharma or big government. Large dogs. Small snakes. Tiny germs, viruses and bacteria. A spot on our nose. A pain in the chest. Our own thoughts. The list of the things we fear is endless.
We fear all of these things (and more) because we believe we are vulnerable.
But what if fear did not exist?

McLaughlin admits: “I have allowed myself to explore and realize a certain amount of Freedom from Fear. It is one of those benefits I describe in my book. Imagine being able to approach a given situation fearlessly. Remove the fear of: failure, of embarrassment, of rejection... the list goes on. Fear often holds us back from success. We will retreat in the face of it and lose opportunities to better relationships, change our work performance, and most importantly improve ourselves.
"Fear is like a silent killer of opportunity and advancement. Though just a 'notion' in our minds, it has powerful consequences on our behavior. Overcoming it can start out a simple as you might accept.
"Give in to displaying a smile to someone who might otherwise intimidate you. Anticipation of the result, whether it be rejection or embarrassment will be evident right away. Should you receive a negative response, just excuse it as the person having a bad day. Don’t pass up the next opportunity.
"A collection of these simple yet effective events will discipline you to face fear, which is all important in overcoming it. My suggestion in severe cases is to approach it in baby steps... little by little. My experience is that the results come faster than the efforts”
Brian's upcoming media engagements include:
November 14 - Co-Host on Chapters Rap Show (MadhouseTV.com), focus on youth hero (autistic) who ran NYC marathon and an interview with Young Starr, an advocate for victims of domestic violence.
November 15 - Speaking engagement at ATRIA Senior Community, focus on fearlessness.

Proof Of The Afterlife Will Likely Not Be Found By Science Says Brian McLaughlin, Author Of 'A Flight Without Wings, My Experience With Heaven'
McLaughlin's book about his NDE details his totally unique near death experience. It is raw and it's real. There is no embellishment, no preaching and no hidden agenda. He believes both science and spirituality are correct
A recent article on the Telegraph website entitled "First hint of 'life after death' in biggest ever scientific study" presented information that was published in the journal 'Resuscitation'. A group of University of Southampton scientists spent four years and looked at 2,000 cases in which patients suffered cardiac arrests. The information was gathered from 15 hospitals in the US, the UK and Austria. Dr David Wilde, a research psychologist at Nottingham Trent University, was quoted in the article, stating, "There is some very good evidence here that these experiences are actually happening after people have medically died."
There is a huge divide between science and spirituality. On one side stand the scientists who believe that the near death experience cannot be proven scientifically. On the other side are those of faith, who believe that the near death experience is real nevertheless. Brian McLaughlin, author of 'A Flight Without Wings, My Experience With Heaven' believes both sides are correct. A mental experience cannot be proven scientifically. Yet there is no doubt that something has happened during that mental experience. Even Albert Einstein was open to the possibility that the "spookiness" of some aspects of quantum physics could be the result of something science was not able to measure at the time.
In a recent interview McLaughlin stated: “How can science prove or disprove what you believe? It can’t. Scientists look for proof of an afterlife, when in fact using the typical methods with today’s theories, really IS impossible. Often times, in debates of this issue, the science end of the spectrum try to get answers from the 'believer' end of the same spectrum. People in general are hanging on to every thread and breakthrough on the consciousness after death argument. This is just the wrong way to investigate this phenomenon. Dr. Ray Moody alluded to the same suggestion as Albert Einstein. They both suggest to some degree that science and scientific theory has to catch up to human realities.
"The nature of a Near Death Experience (NDE) is cerebral. All physical properties of one’s body are left behind. Believing in the afterlife requires a certain measure of faith, or spirituality. The concept of God surely is one that science cannot prove or disprove. It falls into a realm which lies beyond our 5 senses and 3 dimensions.
"During my own NDE, I experienced telepathic type communication. Information, along with understanding and clarity were filling me like a dry sponge. It was almost exhausting. When I returned, I realized that I had no sense of time there, and from the knowledge and understanding I came back with had to be done at lightning speed as I was only there for a short time (assuming).
"As you might imagine, this would be as hard to prove as any other facet of the experience. I am comfortable with the cryptic nature of the event because I have had 20+ years of epiphanies that have validated the event for me. There is more than enough room here for both sides to be right… The perspective just comes from a different direction in each case.”

Scientific Proof Of The Afterlife Will Never Be Found By Researchers Says Brian McLaughlin, Author Of 'A Flight Without Wings, My Experience With Heaven'
McLaughlin's book about his NDE details his totally unique near death experience. It is raw and it's real. There is no embellishment, no preaching and no hidden agenda
While most people would love to see scientific proof of the afterlife, it is very unlikely that the existence of an afterlife will be found by scientific researchers, for a number of reasons.
Only a very small percentage of scientists believe in the afterlife and do not consider it worthy of study. When we combine that with the fact that an NDE is a mental experience and not a physical event we begin to realize that proof of the afterlife lies beyond the reach of science. Brian McLaughlin, author of an award winning book about the near death experience, 'A Flight Without Wings', believes science will never get there because science CANNOT get there.
"Some people may have noticed in the recent past, headlines that indicate scientific proof of an afterlife," McLaughlin stated. "The criteria that is used in metaphysical studies or quantum physics has not changed. There is no way to prove the existence of an afterlife or Heaven that way."
"A certain measure of spirituality is critical to the proof of the afterlife theories. Proving a realm beyond our 5 senses and 3 dimensions is impossible using traditional scientific methods. Progressive thinking that falls outside that strict envelope is required, but difficult to accept for some. Determining causation may be difficult to the traditional scientist, so one may need to examine the theories of people like Dr. Ray Moody, or Deepak Chopra, or even Amit Goswami. It appears that their thinking is open ended, with more infinite possibilities."
"This proof we seek, for an afterlife and/or Heaven has to come from someplace outside our 'normal' methods. While science demands something tangible, an NDE is not and will never be tangible."
"Ask the questions… how would anyone describe absolute and total peace? Or pure love without agenda? Or freedom from fear? Can we smell it- touch it- feel it- see it or taste it? These are the 5 senses used in traditional science to 'prove' things. Peace, love, or fearlessness falls outside those measurements. We will need to use unconventional means to establish 'proof'. Most people are satisfied believing that there is or isn’t an afterlife, just based on their upbringing, or the belief systems they have defined through life. Those who require proof will have to embrace a more progressive way of thinking."
'A Flight Without Wings' offers us a look at the near death experience from an unbiased point of view. It is the presentation of the material that sets this book apart from the other books about the near death experience. It is raw and it's real. There is no embellishment and no hidden agenda. "If science goes looking for a man in the sky with a flowing gray beard, it will never find that certainly," McLaughlin concluded. "Yet science can prove there is a life force. How we use the word 'God' is a personal choice. Science can prove the existence of God, if we use the term 'God' in a different context. Likewise science can prove consciousness survives death of the body, but cannot prove the experience of love, peace or joy consciousness has after the death of the body."

It is that simple message he brings to his audience, both through his book and at his speaking engagements.
Brian McLaughlin will be making several live appearances in the Long Island, NY area in the coming months:
Sat. August 27 - Rockville Center, NY - Street Fair
Sat. Sept. 3 - Freeport, NY- Book Signing
Brian McLaughlin was chosen as one of '50 Great Writers You Should Be Reading' in 2015.

Life After Death - Afterlife Differs For Near Death Experiencers But Present Common NDE Themes Says Brian McLaughlin, Author Of 'A Flight Without Wings'
McLaughlin's book about his NDE details his totally unique near death experience. It is raw and it's real. There is no embellishment, no preaching and no hidden agenda. McLaughlin will make appearances in the Long Island, NY area in the coming months
Is there proof of life after death? Modern day medical techniques now allow us to speak with many people who have been there and back. We are fortunate to live in a time in which that question is finally being answered definitively. While these experiences vary widely, they present us with some core messages.
Tracy Morgan - met his deceased father, who asked him to come back and finish his mission. He came back with a different perspective and now looks at relationships in a totally new way.
Jane Seymour - asked God to send her back and He did. She believes the only thing we take with us is the difference we make in the world.
Actor Robert Pastorelli - turned away from his interest in a job and security, and gambled everything on his acting career.
Larry Hagman - came to understand that the meaning of life is love - period.
George Foreman - gave up boxing and became an ordained minister.
Many books have been written on the subject - 'Proof Of Heaven' by Eben Alexander, '90 Minutes In Heaven' by Don Piper, 'Life After Life' by Dr. Raymond Moody, 'Consciousness Beyond Life' by Pim van Lommel, 'Embraced By The Light' by Betty J. Eadie - the list is populated by people from all walks of life. Nearly all paint the near death experience in a positive light. If there is one thing that is common to a very large percentage of near death experiences, it is that the individual who has the experience comes out of it with a totally changed perspective. The new perspective is that relationships and love are the core of human existence.
'A Flight Without Wings' by Brian McLaughlin offers us a similar message, but it is the presentation of the material that transforms this core message into something that hits us directly in the heart. It is raw and it's real. There is no embellishment and no hidden agenda. While his book has a spiritual flavor certainly, there is no preaching and no religious messages. It is his near-death experience, just as it happened.
McLaughlin stated: “Surely a Near Death Experience will never be considered a scientific event. Removal of Spirituality or Religion from the equation may transform it into a benign dream. For many however, the belief in God is a part of everyday living. Love, kindness and Goodness motivates us in nearly all facets of life. The celebrities mentioned above really had no choice but to recognize the importance of love, and somehow integrate it into their existence… no matter how complete their lives appeared.”
It is that simple message he brings to his audience, both through his book and at his speaking engagements.
