Bestselling Author Dr Barbara Becker Holstein Announces New Interview With Award Winning Children's Book Author Julia Cook On Resilience And Self Esteem

Dr. Barbara Becker Holstein is a bestselling author and visionary filmmaker who uses positive psychology concepts to help kids deal with bullying, anxiety, depression, loneliness, school shootings, and social media issues. In the tradition of authors like Judy Blume, Dr. Holstein pushes the envelope in covering the challenges girls really face without sugarcoating it or downplaying the feelings or passions young girls experience.

All of us would agree that growing up has always posed significant challenges, but the modern day environment, particularly for girls grappling with body image, psychological stress, school shootings, lockdowns, anxiety, climate change and cyberbullying is beyond most kids' ability to cope. The traditional roles of parents, grandparents, and educators have been diminished, as many older adults struggle to even begin to comprehend these new realities. This disconnect underscores the need for innovative approaches to support the mental health and resilience of today's youth, ensuring they receive guidance that is both relevant and effective. How can we reach them? And, assuming we can reach them, what should we offer them?

We can't change the world. But we can teach young people coping skills that will serve them.

Resilience, which could be described as the ability to recover from setbacks, adapt well to change, and keep going in the face of adversity, is a cornerstone of mental well-being.

Self-esteem on the other hand is the internal perception of one’s worth and abilities. It is the core of a young person’s emotional health. High self-esteem enables children to approach tasks with confidence, take risks in learning, and engage socially without undue fear of judgment.

Dr. Barbara Becker Holstein recently interviewed award-winning author Julia Cook on her Resilence and Self Esteem Podcast. Their conversation was lively, serious and enlightening. Julia is nationally recognized as an award-winning children’s book author and parenting expert. Her books have been referenced in such publications as Parent’s Magazine, The New Yorker, Green Child Magazine, The Huffington Post, The Chicago Tribune, Yahoo.com, DrLaura.com and BabyZone.com. She has also been featured on CNN’s HLN News and local news shows in many major metropolitan areas.

Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Julia became actively involved in teaching children how to ski, an experience that led to a love of teaching in general. Her Master’s degree is in Elementary School Counseling. While serving as a professional school counselor, Julia often used children’s books to enhance her classroom lessons.

"The truth is there are tons of children's books written," Dr. Holstein stated. "Why was I so excited to have Julia Cook on my new podcast show: Resilience and Self Esteem? Because Julia as a writer goes way beyond just stories for kids. She understands the psychological stresses that kids are under and weaves those stresses into her books in ways that help the children find the courage to go beyond their own moods and disappointments as they read the books. She teaches them to emotionally fly without needing the sky.

"Likewise there are many other devoted authors who have taught kids to fly as they read one of their books. Judy Blume instantly comes to my mind.In her books she has found ways to engage her girls so they are no longer afraid to face so many of the struggles of coming of age that we all have or will fash.

"I remember my sister saying to me that she couldn't imagine making it to adulthood without Judy Blume. Via Judy's books my sister and millions of other girls got comfortable with their periods, divorce, needing a bra, family life that wasn't perfect and so much more.

"I am so eager to have compassionate authors on my podcast. It is time to share their wisdom again and again. Our girls need our help in so many ways to lessen their stress and improve their mental health. A good book that accepts a girl where she is and helps her move forward is a major source of mental health care. Whether the author studied psychology or not. Just like a delicious meal or a wonderful day out you don't always need credentials. But you do need the right forces to come together.

"Let's make sure we bring the best authors and psychologists and others who have helped kids to the forefront. I can do that via my podcast and others can find their own way of helping our girls.

"I know as a positive psychologist helping a girl can be as simple as getting to know the kids on your block. I remember when I was growing up the lady next door took a pottery class and had made a bunny. She gave it to me out of the blue and I loved that bunny for many years. Being kind and inclusive is easy once you start it. I salute Julia Cook and Judy Blume for their courage to share their writing skills and wisdom with so many children.

How To Build Self Esteem And Resilience - New Groundbreaking Podcast Series By Visionary Psychologist And Bestselling Author Barbara Becker Holstein

Unlike their predecessors, today's youth confront vulnerabilities unimaginable merely decades ago. Seismic shifts demand a re-calibration of our perspectives. Sadly, due to these modern-day pressures, a very large percentage of girls today have seriously considered suicide. That qualifies as a seismic shift, and that alone demands we take action.

The realities faced by previous generations were vastly different. They did not include things like school shootings, climate change, and non-stop social media bullying. One thing has not changed, however. Advice given to kids, if it contains any semblance of "old-school," is met with swift rejection by those who would benefit most. So how do we reach this generation of girls and provide them with the resources they need to build self-esteem and resilience?

Dr. Barbara Becker Holstein is a visionary psychologist and filmmaker whose unprecedented selfie films have garnered over 200 placements and awards. Her singular vision is to help girls build resilience, self-esteem, and discover their own talents, abilities, and self-worth. She recently announced a groundbreaking podcast series featuring parents, educators, authors, and thought leaders endeavoring to cultivate these critical qualities in children. Every episode will present ideas regarding how self-esteem can be woven into the fabric of our children's daily experiences. Through insightful discussion, she hopes to find innovative ways to help our kids navigate life's trials with courage and confidence.

"As a positive psychologist and among many other roles in life such as a grandmother, I shiver when I think of what stresses we put on today's children," Dr. Holstein stated. "My mother was a stay-at-home mom until I was 6, when she started college. That meant she and I had long days of going to the park, going downtown to New Haven to Malley's, the big department store where I had delicious lunches and we met up with my grandmother. Other than getting lost one day when I wanted to weigh myself on the 5 and 10 cent scale, which resulted in my mom screaming and finally a tall lady holding me high until my mom saw me, life was containable and understandable.

"I had parents and grandparents and neighborhood kids to play in the dirt with and even a little boy who terrorized me by always telling me he was going to put me in the giant mailbox and I would never see my parents again. Well, it wasn't a perfect world, but I did learn math early from my dad, and made endless puzzles with my mom and loved lunch out and the giant elevator at the department store which was to me at 3 and 4 amazing. No it wasn't perfect and there wasn't much money. When I wanted a baby doll I saved pennies for months in a piggy bank. But there was safety. There was no TV, one radio, and a four way phone. Parents weren't worried about letting their kids cross the street to the park and kids being there unattended. Neighbors could be relied upon to care for each other's children.

"There was a sense of safety that existed and has now been destroyed. How will we repair the world so that normal safety and caring can be assured to our children? Does anyone know at this point? I'll do my best. I hope that if everyone pitches in, we can calm our country down so that good values and caring attitudes can be shared once again. I'm trying through podcasts and films and books to do my part. What will you do?"

The new podcast series is now available at https://www.enchantedself.com/resilience-self-esteem-podcast/.

Dr. Holstein has spent decades developing tools and techniques to help girls enhance self esteem and resilience. Saving Today's Generation Of Girls - Building Resilience And Self Esteem Is The Answer Says Bestselling Author Dr. Barbara Becker Holstein

In the tradition of authors like Judy Blume, Dr. Holstein pushes the envelope in covering the challenges girls really face, without sugar coating it or downplaying the feelings or passions young girls experience. She does this through a number of bestselling workbooks and a group of award-winning films for girls.

As children, we all had to learn to face the challenges the world presented to us. Today however, those challenges loom much larger and are more pervasive. Social media offers both connection and isolation. Loneliness, even in a world that is seemingly completely connected via smart phones and computers, exacerbates the vulnerability of our youth. The specter of school shootings forces us to equip elementary age school children with self-defense skills, while cyberbullying breeds depression and tragically, even suicide. As pixels outweigh spoken words, parents and educators grapple with how to help their children in this digital age.

These challenges are unique to this generation. They spawn anxiety, depression, and a profound sense of isolation among children, perpetuating damaging comparisons and cyberbullying. Amidst this mental health crisis plaguing American youth, attempting to overcome the effects of school shootings, climate change, the pandemic, and peer pressure on an individual basis, using approaches that are many decades old, is frankly impossible. We need new answers for new problems.

Bestselling author Dr. Barbara Becker Holstein has found the answer. She is on a profound mission: nurturing resilience and self-esteem in young girls—a goal embraced by mental health pros, parents, grandparents, and educators. Her approach is multi-faceted and employs many different forms of media, including bestselling self esteem workbooks and films for girls that have won hundreds of awards. Dr. Holstein’s latest workbook for kids, ‘Secrets’, achieved bestseller status in the ‘Teen & Young Adult Nonfiction on Depression’ category, as have a number of other books in the series.

She now has 7 of her award-winning selfie films available at no charge, available as the Self Esteem and Resilience Series on Vimeo and Roku at https://vimeo.com/showcase/10863899.

Coming Of Age, Self Esteem And Resilience - Dr. Barbara Becker Holstein Announces Bestseller Status For New Preteen Workbook, Looking Good, Feeling Good.

Dr. Barbara Becker Holstein is a best-selling author and film maker who uses positive psychology concepts to help kids deal with bullying, anxiety, depression, loneliness, school shootings and social media issues.

Growing up, now known as coming of age, has always presented unique human challenges for young people. All kinds of life-changing social factors come to the forefront, and concerns like body image issues, particularly for girls, start to emerge. These challenges are both physical and psychological.

Mental health especially, while always a focal point, has now taken center stage in a world in which these kids face lockdowns, school shootings, anxiety, climate change and social media bullying. The effects of mental health problems during these years will have lasting implications, extending into adulthood. The roles parents, grandparents and educators can play have become diminished, due to the fact that older adults cannot understand, let alone offer effective approaches, to things they have not experienced and perhaps cannot understand. Most of us have never been told to hide under a desk and turn out the lights. Very few of us have been wakened by a ding in the middle of the night to find out we have been ostracized from our peer group. None of us believed the world could cease to exist before we reached adulthood.

Dr. Barbara Becker Holstein, a visionary psychologist, film maker and author, has spent decades developing tools and techniques to help girls enhance self esteem and resilience. One of those tools, a workbook for girls titled, 'Looking Good, Feeling Good', just achieved bestseller status, an honor that many of her other books have achieved. The ebook hit the top of the Teen and Young Adult Self Esteem eBooks.

In this workbook, Each girl is offered an engaging opportunity to develop her creative talents and potential as she processes and better understands the angst of growing up and how it can be successfully handled. She can bring her own talents to her thoughts and responses to the issues presented which will further take her along a road of enhanced resilience and better self esteem. She can share her creative thoughts and answer questions, and even create poetry, start a play, draw a picture, or she can get out her phone and use it as a diary, or a means of sharing ideas about growing up with a friend, her mom or grandma. Or she can actually make selfie films with her phone which can be a great enhancer for self esteem and sharing one's creative talents.

She has also announced the release of a new selfie film series. The new series includes 7 films:

Self Esteem And Resilience Series - Video 1. The Truth - A Short Film
A young girl shares her diary - falling in love, hating her mother, hating her parents fighting, being afraid to grow up, being upset that they may move, loving the locket her aunt gives her and feeling loved in ways by her aunt that her parents can't seem to muster, wishing the boy she is in love with would grow taller, confronting her disappointment that she has no relationship with him, sharing her glee at having a best friend and confiding in each other, coming to terms with growing up, letting go of her first love, getting ready to move and more.

Self Esteem And Resilience Series - Video 2. Falling In Love - A Coming Of Age Selfie Film
A young teen talks to 'you' via Selfies on her smart phone. In these conversations the girl shares her loneliness moving, losing her best friend, her beginning friendships with new kids, and her realization that she has fallen in love again.

Self Esteem And Resilience Series - Video 3. Secrets - A Coming Of Age Selfie Film
Based on Secrets, Diary of a Gutsy Tween, this 10 minute film takes the audience on the complicated roller coaster ride of being 13. The 'girl' hates her parents, falls in love, has puberty and body concerns, realizes that secrets matter and finds herself in a miserable accidental situation. But all ends on an upbeat note with the girl realizing she is most in touch with happiness and a sense of joy when she is being true to herself.

Self Esteem And Resilience Series - Video 4. Conflict And A Bit Of Magic - A Coming Of Age Selfie Film
The 'Girl' is traumatized by being ditched by a boyfriend, a bully, alcohol and kids taking drugs. Who can understand and help her? Maybe her aunt, who she gets to visit. A seance with a Medium in which the 'girl's' great-grandmother comes through gives her the courage she needs to ask her mom questions and in turn to learn some family secrets.

Esteem And Resilience Series - Video 5. The Medium - A Coming Of Age Selfie Film
The girl, unhappy, goes to visit a favorite aunt who takes her to see a medium. The girl's great grandmother is channeled in and changes happen for the better. Was this real of a set-up? Does that matter?

Self Esteem And Resilience Series - Video 6. Truth Is Stranger Than Fiction - A Coming Of Age Selfie Film
Two traumatic events structure the 'Girl's' high school year: a lockdown and a family secret. She is shocked yet manages to recover and to understand the importance and value of family and the complexity of truth.

Self Esteem And Resilience Series - Video 7. Lockdown
Three teens find themselves in the girls' bathroom during a lock down in school. Each respond emotionally differently. All are affected.

All the films are available at https://vimeo.com/showcase/10863899, and on the Roku channel, The Enchanted Self Presents.

Dr. Holstein hopes to bring parents, teachers, librarians, grandparents and media together to accomplish one goal: Change in the lives of young people who suffer from anxiety and a growing sense of hopelessness and despair.

Dr. Holstein wraps Positive Psychology concepts in forms of media that young people find engaging, relatable and inspiring. These include:

The Rain Falls On The Just And The Unjust, New Inspirational Christian Book, Announced By Bestselling Author Donna Louis

Louis is the bestselling author of three inspirational Christian books. Louis’ books reveal God’s desire for our happiness and joy.

The stressors we face today can be overwhelming. While mass shootings and police brutality form the lion's share of our current, insanely negative headlines, there is much more all of us must deal with day in and day out. Political conflicts in the US are at an all-high. Inflation is hitting everyone, creating even more unnecessary stress. As always, we must deal with ongoing natural disasters like drought and climate change. High profile wars, marches and violent protests by groups that feel marginalized or oppressed, the ongoing effects of Covid - how do we handle such an onslaught of negative news?

Christians have always turned to their faith. Prayer, reading the Bible, spiritual counseling, group projects and gratitude form the core strategies for people of faith. Now we have another resource that can help Christians make sense of the world and transform these situations into pathways to gratitude.

Bestselling author Donna Louis has announced the release of a new book, 'The Rain Falls On The Just And The Unjust', that can help us find peace in the midst of adversity.

As much as Christians or believers of God would like to believe that just because we acknowledge God in our lives, we should never have any sorrow, it is untrue. We will all have challenges, disappointments, and unfair situations arise in our lives but, as believers of God, we are to handle ourselves so that unbelievers will want to become like us. We are to trust, have faith and believe that God has our back and will keep us lifted above, fight our battles, and always cause us to Triumph.

This book follows the release of her best selling motivational book, Book of Proverbs, Proverbs For The Modern Day. Book of Proverbs recently ranked #1 in Best Sellers for Christian Inspirational, #1 in Best Sellers for Christian Devotionals, and #2 in Best Sellers for Christian Spiritual Growth. The book received a 5 star rating from Readers Favorite.

Donna Louis added, “I have told you these things so you may have peace in Me. In the world you will have much trouble. But take hope! I have power over the world! – John 16:33. The same way in which a conductor–maestro directs an orchestra, that is the way God directs our steps. He knows the plans that he has for us and the glorious future he wants to give us. If we would just communicate with God via prayer and spend time in his presence, since his greatest desire is to have fellowship with us, we would enjoy the greatest lives even in the challenging times when the rain falls on the just and the unjust. What we need to do is just like the patrons of the arts and music do when they attend a concert. We just need to settle into our seats, get comfortable, and enjoy the presentation. If we would just allow God to keep control of the baton, the same way the conductor of an orchestra does, we would have a wonderful life.”

'The Rain Falls On The Just And The Unjust' is available at Amazon at https://www.amazon.com/stores/Donna-Louis/author/B00P5Z3OV2?ref=ap_rdr&store_ref=ap_rdr&isDramIntegrated=true&shoppingPortalEnabled=true.

If you are struggling with daily life itself or maybe even deeper issues like suicide, anxiety, hopelessness, and depression these books will help you. Surprisingly, the answer to these and many other challenges have been around for thousands of years. If you're looking for hope, peace, happiness, prosperity, wisdom, and the fullness of life, look no further.

'Book Of Proverbs: Proverbs For The Modern Day' delves deeply into the timeless human quest for wisdom. As all Christians know, the primary purpose of the Biblical Book of Proverbs is to teach wisdom. The Book of Proverbs provides intellectual depth, insights, and exceptional wisdom on how to live a meaningful, joyful and tranquil life by honoring and respecting God as omnipotent.

This updated version of 'Book Of Proverbs: Proverbs For The Modern Day', discusses all chapters in Proverbs 1-31 and brings insight, clarity, and basic meaning to several verses in each chapter. It clarifies why wisdom is not only essential, but mandatory in life, if one hopes to live a blessed life, versus living destitute, empty, or feeling lost or hopeless. The book is rated 4.9 on Amazon. One reviewer stated, "If you want to gain wisdom this book is yours. Great book."

Donna Louis’ previous best-selling book, ‘Thriving in Every Season of Life with God’, gives us a road map to create a mindset - a new life in which we can learn to prosper in any circumstance, however dire. This book achieved bestseller status in two categories: Spiritual Self Help and Motivational Self Help.

To understand what it means to "thrive," we must look beyond the dimension of finances. The concept of thriving can be applied to our health, our relationships, our habits and our peace of mind. God wants us to thrive. But it does not just happen - we must take action to make it happen.

Set against the backdrop of four "seasons of life", Louis, in the tradition of writers such as Joel Osteen and Joyce Meyer, discusses how you can thrive, prosper, and flourish. Much like growing crops, we prepare in spring, grow in summer, harvest in fall and rest in winter. At times, we must nurture and cultivate, at other times we bloom and reproduce, and at other times we harvest and replant.

'Thriving In Every Season Of Life With God' is a book that can be read in just a few hours and provides readers with powerful ideas and concepts that can be implemented immediately, allowing them to thrive in the midst of adversity. The book received a five-star rating from Readers Favorite.

Donna Louis' first book, 'Miracles of Direction, Miracles of Conquest, Miracles of Provision and Miracles of Purpose' helps readers explore miracles both past and present. The book explores biblical miracles that took place while Jesus was here on earth. She then references with miracles that take place on a daily basis in the modern world. She separates these miracles into four categories and presents insightful examples of each type, taken directly from the Bible.

Louis knows her subject well, as she has personally experienced four miracles. As the result of those life-altering experiences, she began an in-depth study of some of Christianity's most well-documented miracles. In her book, she attempts to expand upon and explain both the purpose and the direction of those miracles.

Louis has won a number of industry awards. She was chosen as the winner in the 2018 Top Female Author Awards in the Religion/Philosophy/Spiritual category. Louis was chosen from an international field of contestants by a panel of judges. She was also a winner in the 2018 50 Great Writers You Should Be Reading Awards.

Louis' recent wins follow three awards in the 50 Great Writers You Should Be Reading Awards contest (2015, 2016 and 2017), and two nominations in the Top Female Authors Awards.

'Miracles' has received rave reviews from readers. One review called it "amazing, uplifting and inspirational". Another stated, "I was profoundly impressed by the writing."

Book Of Proverbs, Proverbs For The Modern Day By Bestselling Author Donna Louis Helps Us Cope Mentally With Challenges Such As Inflation, War, School Shootings, Political Unrest And Climate Change

Louis is the bestselling author of three inspirational Christian books. Louis’ books reveal God’s desire for our happiness and joy.

It has been said there is nothing new under the sun - but that statement can sometimes be misleading. Yes, we have always been forced to deal with war - but not the threat of nuclear war. We have always been affected by murder - but not the murder of innocent school children. So while form may change over time, generally the content does not.

The Book of Proverbs has been popular with Christians for centuries for it's penetrating wisdom and rock-solid advice in learning how to trust God when attempting to negotiate the madness on Earth. Those verses however, written thousands of years ago, can seem dated when viewed in context of modern day issues. That is where Donna Louis' bestselling Christian book, Book of Proverbs, Proverbs for the Modern Day, can be of real value. Donna recently issued a statement in which she addressed how the Book of Proverbs can be applied to today's challenges:

"Let’s face it - right now the world appears to be a scary place," Louis stated. "However, if you believe in God, you have no reason to fear. It is just a matter of changing your perspective and making a shift in your thought process. The only fear you should have is a fear of the Lord and that should only be a reverential fear. Reverential meaning - expressing or having a quality of reverence, honor or respect felt or shown. God says in his word, 'The fear of the Lord is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.' - Proverbs 14;27.

"Technology has changed the world; cars can drive themselves and we are now moving into a culture of plant-based foods and so, over time, nearly everything changes. However, we need not be afraid. We need to take the time we spend on worrying and stressing out and instead apply that time to prayer and press into God. He did say, 'The fear of the Lord tendeth to life: and he that hath it shall abide satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil.' – Proverbs 19:23.

"Why don’t we take him at his word and remember all his blessings and goodness?"

'Book of Proverbs - Proverbs For The Modern Day' provides a summary of Proverbs and Proverbs quotes, layered with examples of how these concepts can be applied to modern day issues. The book achieved #1 Best Selling status within 10 days of its release in Christian Devotionals and Christian Inspirational. It received a 5-star rating from Readers Favorite.

If you are struggling with daily life itself or maybe even deeper issues like hopelessness and depression, this book will help you. If you're looking for hope, peace, happiness, prosperity, wisdom, and the fullness of life, look no further.

Proverbs For The Day - Proverbs Summary and Proverbs Quotes Are Available in Donna Louis' Bestselling Book, Book of Proverbs - Proverbs For The Modern Day

Louis is the bestselling author of three inspirational Christian books. Louis’ books reveal God’s desire for our happiness and joy.

Modern day life is difficult to navigate. For Christians, the difficulty can be mitigated through Bible study. However, it is sometimes challenging to see how those verses might be relevant to modern day problems. Bestselling Christian author Donna Louis shows us how these ancient words of wisdom can be applied to modern day problems in her bestselling book, 'Book of Proverbs - Proverbs For The Modern Day'.

An interview in which she discusses 'Book of Proverbs' will be aired May 13 through May 15, 2022 at The Authors Show https://TheAuthorsShow.com. Two other interviews for her other award winning, bestselling books, 'Miracles of Direction' and 'Thriving In Every Season Of Life With God,' will be aired during the same time period.

Donna Louis’ prior best-selling book, ‘Thriving in Every Season of Life with God’, gives us a road map to create a mindset - a new life in which we can learn to prosper in any circumstance, however dire. The book achieved bestseller status in two categories: Spiritual Self Help and Motivational Self Help.

Donna also presents powerful ideas and concepts via her YouTube video series, ‘Motivational Mondays With Donna’. The video series is available at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJCieSU2FYdC09F3YNkfzDw.

How To Alleviate Stress Using Principles Available For Thousands Of Years: Donna Louis' Bestselling Book, Book of Proverbs - Proverbs For The Modern Day, Shows Us God's Answer To Modern Day Problems

Louis is the bestselling author of three inspirational Christian books. Louis’ books reveal God’s desire for our happiness and joy.

We are in the midst of a mental health crisis. That crisis has been brought about by stress. Stress levels are at all time highs. A years-long pandemic that caused millions of death, coupled with loss of employment, social unrest, lockdowns, political infighting - the list goes on and on. According to the CDC website, "Stress can cause the following:

Feelings of fear, anger, sadness, worry, numbness, or frustration
Changes in appetite, energy, desires, and interests
Difficulty concentrating and making decisions
Nightmares or problems sleeping
Physical reactions, such as headaches, body pains, stomach problems, or skin rashes
Worsening of chronic health problems and mental health conditions
Increased use of alcohol, illegal drugs (like heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine), and misuse of prescription drugs (like opioids)"

There are hundreds of approaches to alleviating stress - everything from yoga to psychotherapy, vitamins and natural remedies, music, breathing, walking, chocolate, journaling, prescription drugs - the choices are endless.

There is another way to help alleviate stress that goes directly to the source. It has been with us for thousands of years. And for century after century, it has worked. That remedy is faith. Bestselling Christian author Donna Louis shows us how these concepts can be applied to modern day problems in 'Book of Proverbs - Proverbs For The Modern Day'.

"Stress kills," Louis stated. "It weakens the heart and brains. How do you overcome that? You follow Proverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

"Now the key words here are trust, lean, and acknowledge. We must learn how to trust God the same way we trust a man-made roller coaster that when we get in it, we trust we will enjoy the ride and be back on the ground within 4 to 4 ½ minutes safely. We need to lean on God knowing that he is a strong tower and will always work things together for our good because he said in his word, “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” – 3 John 1:2. God made it very clear when he said that he is a jealous God.

"We must acknowledge God always - daily. The Bible says, “For thus saith the Lord that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the Lord; and there is none else.” – Isaiah 45:18.

If we dutifully give significance to these three words and keep God as the MAINLINE and not the sideline whenever stress comes, it will roll off our back like water rolls off a duck's back."
